Dr. Doane was very kind, professional and made my SMILE surgery a breeze. I waited a couple months after my surgery to write a review and everything has been good. Its so nice to able to see without glasses or contacts. Easier to manage my busy life. Surgery was painless and recovery was too. I was blurry for awhile but they told me in advance about that aspect. They offer affordable financing and everyone was really helpful. I see Dr. Parsons in Independence for my regular exam and follow ups hes been great too. If you are even slightly interested in getting corrective vision surgery take my advice and just DO IT. I had Smile surgery back in May in Myrtle Beach where I live. I had an issue with my left eye. After months or research my doctor decided to send me to see Dr. Doane. I flew out on the 3rd of October had the surgery on the 4th and flew home on the 5th. Dr. Doane made me feel very relaxed and as soon as he saw my picture he told me he could fix it. What a relief. I had the surgery and was in a lot of pain but I went in the next morning for a follow up and not many surgeons come in the check on you but Dr. Doane did and showed up in his work out clothes. That made me even more relaxed. This man is one of a kind and cares for every patient but makes you feel like you are the only one. Between my doctor and Dr. Doane I am now on the road to 20/20 in both eyes and I can not think both of them enough. Thanks for all the work and research to get me better.
