I have been going to Spark Orthodontists for 4 years, They have been so helpful and have made my teeth look way better than before, and the employees are very friendly and always welcoming.

Since the beginning of our new journey in March 2016, an amazing transformation has happened for my son! His teeth are better aligned, space is made for adult teeth and although concerned with beginning so early on, we were guided well!Scheduling to avoid missing school is sometimes tough as well as the wait time for a scheduled appointment.The staff is pleasant to work with and the billing department is superb!

Most wonderful staff, so friendly and helpful. They explained everything clearly and have been diligent about getting all the info to the insurance that was requested. They go above and beyond to take care of their patients needs.

Outstanding service!!!! My daughter is currently being treated, she loves coming to the office. Everyone she comes in contact with is always very nice and explains all procedures thoroughly. This orthodontics group most definitely makes whats best for the patient their top priority.

I really like going to Spark orthodontist because there is always something to do there, whether it is to watch a movie or play a video game. The first time i got braces, i was worried cause all of my friends said it hurt when they got theirs. When Spark did mine, it didnt hurt at all. They are high quality professionals that know what they are doing to help kids teeth become amazing.

Personnel ,Greeting & tour from Girls @front desk was Wonderful. The Dr. & Young lady who helped us in regards to finance was EXCELLENT, Wonderful! The treatment you experience is like youre family. Plenty of options & flexibility for treatment in case insurances dont cover.Never had I entered a Doctors office that was so BEAUTIFUL! They have entertainment from the youngest to oldest client. Video Games, Movie theater, Tvs all over the Beautiful office building which was designed by the Orthodontic Doctor. He definitely has a magic touch❤

We have had nothing but excellent service from you guys. I have never had any issues with scheduling appointments that work with my busy work schedule, everyone is always smiling and making my daughter feel totally at ease. She just had her braces removed on Friday and she has not stopped smiling and showing off her teeth since, she was especially excited for all of her treats you guys gave her that she has had to steer clear of lol. The office is beautiful! Very kid friendly my 3 yr old comes with me on occasion. I have been lucky to get your staff to distract and keep my child safe while Im getting treated. I appreciate that very much. The one and only reason you did not score a 10 is because EVERYTIME I dont get Jess to treat me something breaks and Im right back in the office having her fix it. Jess does a remarkable job! She is very skilled at what she does and takes the time to make sure its done right!

We were seen quickly for our first appointment and given a tour of the building. And Spark was able to take x-rays right away that day rather than needing to schedule a separate appointment.

All in all, my experience with this ortho was beneficial but they seriously need to get rid of the lady at the front desk with the long hair- she has a serious attitude and needs better customer service skills. I thought that the facility itself was very clean, state of the art, friendly staff and the people who actually apply and remove the braces are kind and informative, the Dr was also informative, although not as attentive as I would have preferred. The pregnant woman who removed my sons braces was super sweet and that made up for any issue I incurred so at the end I am happy to leave a positive review. My only advice for future patients is, be sure you have all of your general dentistry completed before putting braces on, no matter what the dentist says, because if you run into an issue and need the braces removed for awhile, this office is not going to be helpful to you. Lucky for me, my insurance allows my son to have his braces replaced somewhere else so it worked out for us, but others might not be so lenient. But my sons teeth were significantly straighter once removed so I was happy with the results.

Everyone was super nice & professional. Only down side was we were there over 30 minutes before the appointment and still werent seen until almost 20 minutes past the appointment time

The decision to go down the road of orthotics at the young age of 24 was not an easy one. I was referred to Dr. Hartman from my dentist and as soon as we concluded the consultation, I knew it was an excellent fit. Dr. Hartman showed genuine interest in my case and never once pressured me to choose Spark(at the time, Bethlehem orthodontics) over the competition. My specific case was rare in that I still had 2 baby teeth with adult teeth that had grown sideways in my gums. Based on my research, this type of case has around a 10% chance of being successful. Thank God I chose Spark because I am now included in this 10% Dr. Hartman and his staff create a family environment for all patients. I genuinely felt their interest in helping me achieve my smile goals and I could not be happier. If youre hesitant, I understand, but please do yourself a favor and stop in for a consultation. You wont be disappointed.

We were patients of Dr Knepley who sold his business to Spark right at the end of my sons treatment. All of our payments had been made prior to their purchase so they were very quick in getting us out the door, but in the process informed us our appliances would be replaced once if broken. Now 6 months later when the retainer cracks from grinding the office manager, who was the one who told us originally, told us she never said that. Also when I called the other day, the Bethlehem office had to set everything up for us to come in and told me it was because the Lancaster office has no phones because of their future move of offices. Well, I’m sitting right here and they have phones, so I ask the office manager why they didn’t have their phones the other day when I wanted to discuss the replacement and she got an attitude and told me they always had phones and that the Bethlehem office said that because my sons chart was a paper chart and not computer. This whole thing is very confusing. I have never been happy since there taking over and will not being any of my other kids here if they need work.

My experience was a really well one. The office was nice, the staff was amazing, and just ingeneral it was a really good experience

The staff at Spark are always smiling and friendly. They make you laugh and treat you well. The reason the score isnt 10 out of 10 is we waited over 50 mins for our appt without any warning of them being so behind, no apology or anything. I had 2 children with me, so that was not fun!
