I started my treatment here about three years ago. Being an adult, I was definitely nervous about my orthodontist treatment, but they have gone above and beyond to make my experience incredible, including a room where adults can be seen and not with the children. I think Ive seen almost every member of the staff throughout my time there, and each person welcomes me warmly each time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

My daughter was referred to the amazing staff at Albright and Thiry six years ago by our dentist. She has finally finished the process and her teeth look absolutely incredible. Perfectly straight, overcrowding and overbite long gone. If you want a great smile, go here! The front desk and financial offices get a shout-out, too. When you call, a staff member answers by the second ring and are always polite, friendly and helpful. The financial office is willing to work with you so you can afford the treatment they provide. They also have great coffee in the waiting area. Best orthodontic ppractice ever. Friendly, professional staff are clearly intentional about caring well for children. Every person with whom we interacted looked my daughter in the eye and engaged her conversation. Their token system is designed to celebrate successes rather than hounding children to keep up with lists of expectations. They were clear and easy to understand.

My children are patients of Albright & Thiry Orthodontics and every member of the office and medical staff have been wonderful with them. They are incredibly accommodating with our very busy schedules and very sensitive to one of our daughter’s shyness. My husband and I decided to raise our family in Lancaster because of the people and the community.We are so blessed to know the Albright / Thiry Familiy. We have two daughters-Ages 11 and 13. Here is just ONE example of the quality of care you will receive with this practice:Last Wednesday my youngest had a wire from her braces that was poking her in her back gums...It was dinner time-but apparently this had been going on all day. She didnt tell us.I called Dr. Thiry b/c I tried to cut the wire myself. Bad idea. We had no wax...It was NOT working.Dr. Thiry offered to have us come in to the office. We would have to practice social distancing and wear masks. I felt that I could not ask her to do this. It was 7:30 at night...she insisted.Dr. Thiry took care of my daughters wire plus changed her bands. Words cannot express my gratitude. I could not have fixed this on my own.This type of individual care and responsiveness is so very rare. Thank you to all the employees and staff at Albright and Thiry-All locations! Upon my second visit, I was racially profiled by the secretary here. I’ve only had two appointments at this office so far.After my appointment, I went to the front desk and asked if I could pay my bill early. The secretary’s response lacked confidentiality, and common sense. She loudly disclosed my financial information with everyone in the lobby. She implied that I would have issues paying my following bill by asking if the payment would be okay. Then proceeded to insist that I wait until my payment had gone through. When the the lady that handles payments came to let me know that my payment went through, I asked her, “Is this something that you guys do here? Do all customers have to wait for their payment to go through before leaving?”. She looked at me and smiled uncomfortably.That was my second visit. My first bill was not even due yet. As I said I was paying it in advance. I’m just shocked at the fact that without any payment history, but just my race, this secretary implied that my payment would not go through. You guys need to work on this because:1. Lancaster isn’t made up off all white people2. Other members of your staff opperate in discriminatory ways.Why would the other employee go through with something like that. I’ve never heard of any business telling someone to wait so they can make sure their payment goes through.Work on it!

Our experience with Albright and Thiry has been amazing! Their Saturday appointments worked perfectly for my step son, who at the time was only with us on weekends. The staff is super friendly and accomodating to our needs. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful smile!

I sought guidance as an adult after a bad bicycle accident. I received professional and expedient care over a period of almost two years to correct the damage and adjust for previous issues. The results are beyond what I would have ever dreamt possible. This Team is one I would highly recommend.

Really liked them here, I got braces when I was younger, and theyre very keen to what you have to say. I have TMJ (lockjaw) and theyve been with me since I got it. They ask me about the symptoms, and do their best to help with them. Have been going there for years, and they will always be who I go to first about mouth issues (not dental).

Im so glad we chose Albright and Thiry Orthodontics for our families smile improvements😉. I was delighted to find the office just as pleasant, if not more, than when I last visited as a teenager myself! The environment includes both a professional and a personally inviting atmosphere. The staff is ready to help patients feel as comfortable as possible, which was incredibly important to us. Our daughter has had some fear of dentistry because of a tough cavity when she was younger. The staff who have worked with her at ATO have certainly taken extra measures to help clam her nerves, and she is a completely new patient in all dental appointments. These are reasons enough to trust ATO, but the fun reward tokens make it even more worth it! The kids love earning prizes! And my younger daughter is allowed a toy, out of the younger siblings toy bin, which helps her feel included as well. The waiting room is stocked with a great play area and books to keep her busy too, not to mention the nicest front desk lady!!! I highly recommend Albright and Thiry Orthodontics to friends and family and anyone in search of a good orthodontist.

Jaime is great I cant said enough about her and how nice she is. I am a coffee drinker and I love the colombian coffee they have.
