I was hesitant when I went to the dentist today due to COVID-19. I was please with the staff. They practiced safety and I was calm and relaxed when I had my teeth cleaned. It was a great experience. I would recommend Pacific Dental Care to anyone who’s looking for a great dentist.

This office works well with my dental insurance.

The staff here is amazing. Every single one of them are extremely friendly. They pay attention to everything you say and really try to help. There is nothing that I ask for that they refuse to do.

First of all, I would like to state that I usually dont do reviews unless something has seriously goes wrong or something is really worth mentioning and commending....This office has exceeded my expectations! From the moment my son and I got there, they really made us feel comfortable, especially my son who was really nervous about the whole visit. I did not have a wait and we were in and out very fast. Everything was organized and very professional, from the X-rays to them explaining my insurance benefits. What was even better was that they were very honest. I had gone to a prior dentist that said I HAD to replace all my fillings because they were too old. Pacific Dental however told me that I could wait and watch some and I really only needed to replace one. I appreciate that! They are not just out to get my money!

Everyone at the office is great! Get you in right away and do a great job, best I have experienced!

Actually I called several different offices before I decided to go to Pacific. Tanya , the office manager, was actually the person who answered all of the questions I had over the phone. She was the only one from the many different calls I made to different dental offices that was able to give me a straight up answer over the phone about my insurance. I appreciated that. I went in for my appointment and was pleasantly surprised I did not have to wait in the waiting room. The staff and doctor were very thourough and nice. I did not need anything but a cleaning. It was also the first time I did not gag over the X-rays . The nurse knew exactly what she was doing! I walked out of there with a good cleaning and happy. It was a good experience so far. I will definitely go back!

My family has been happy here with Dr Park amd his staff for past 4 years.One of the kids got braces here and never any problems with the orthodontist.The staff recommended a root canal dentist at their west Palmdale location which also went nice and smooth.Dr Park was happy to replace my crown after the root canal with a reasonable fee.I recommend this office to my neighbors and friends.

I visited them today was very pleased with the conversation over the phone. I went in and my Doctor and his assistant have amazing personalities. I have to go back but I will be happy to go back.

Great office. Excellent staff and the dentist is good.Really nicely layed out.Othodontist is awesome too. She is very kind and thorough with my kids. Since its in the same shopping center for Stater Brothers,I check them in and go for groceries. By the time I come back, kids are ready to be picked up!If we go in for appointments mid day, they take their time and no waiting.

Wonderful dentist office. Sorrounded by many others but this one stands out for me and my family.Great and kind staff and the dentist was very thorough and gentle.I happened to be visiting the goodwill center next to it and also made an appointment for my husband who had not been to a dentist for a long time.I was able to make an appointment with ease for my hisband who happily reported having a good cleaning and check up.Free braces consultation from their orthodontist is next for my son!

I have been coming here for past 5 years. Same dentist, Dr Park has been seeing me for every appointments.I was recommended by a friend to go and seek his opinion for my treatment needs that I desperately needed.After getting discouraged by couple of opinions I received else where with overwhelming dental needs, I came here hoping to find a dentist who can help.Dr Park explained EVERY SINGLE treatment necessary in details showing me the problems on the x rays and with a mirror.He was very patient to explain and allowed me to understand the situation.Then he broke down all the treatments in sequence over a long span of time to take advantage of my insurance from the most needed to wait and see.My past 5 years of experience has been nothing but stellar and I highly recommend Dr Park and his staff.

They tell you to get dental work you don’t need. Though The staff is very nice. when my fiancé and I went in they told me I had 8 cavities and needed a deep clean and told my fiancé he needed a crown and possibly a root canal. We got a second opinion from a more seasoned doctor. Turns out I had 1 cavity and only needed a normal clean and he just needed a filling. My dentist told me that younger dentists have so much debt that they will upsell anything they can to make a commission but this seems unethical.

Been a patient here for few years. Same dentist who took care of a lot of dental tx for me and my family.Now we are on maintenance stage where we just come in for check ups and cleanings.Dr Park listens to all my self diagnosis ( lol ) and concerns with great care then organizes and comes up with a plan to take care of all issues step by step.

This place is awesome! I Diffently recommend this dental office to anyone!
