I hate the dentist and I mean HATE the dentist but coming here makes that a little less. This guy knows what he’s doing and his assistant is the sweetest. Your teeth will be taken care of and you will leave in better condition. - someone who had to get a whole lot of fillings and her gums needed help and no other dentist did jack squat.

Dr. Kauffman and all the staff are great. They go out of their way to get everything right and make sure you are satisfied. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

LOVE THIS OFFICE! BOTH LOCATIONS HAVE SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF! THEY TAKE THE TIME TO KNOW YOU AND THEY ADDRESS YOU NAME (which makes me feel super special)! DOCTOR MARTIN IS AWESOME! HE PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ALLOWS YOU TO BE FULLY ENGULFED IN THE PROCESS. I TRULY APPRECIATE HIM FOR THAT. I WILL DEFINITELY LET HIM HANDLE ALL FUTURE DENTAL NEEDS AND REFER OTHERS TO HIM.

Dr K promptly returned my call, addressed my issue and after a brief consult, repaired my upper denture - restoring it like new! Great service, great price.

I recommend this practice and this dentist without reservation. My husband presented a huge challenge to Dr. Kauffman. He ended up having to send us to an oral surgeon. It takes a big man to cry Uncle. Ive worked with lots of doctors, and it really isnt their nature. It was challenging series if events to go thru, and it seemef like communication was lacking, but they were in uncharted waters also! Everything was very professional and above par, in terms of service. Dr. Kauffman is the grandfather type Id choose. Caring, courteous, and skilled.

Onelia was great! First visit and it’s like we were friends for a long time. After my check up she took the time to explain why flossing is more than important, it’s as necessary as brushing.Glad I chose this dentistry

This was my first appointment, having been with another dentist for over 40 years. This Family Dentist was so kid, helpful in questions I asked and let me know how my teeth looked after they cleaned them. I want to personally thank them for their professional knowledge regarding my teeth. Also, the receptionist was so very kind and has a beautiful smile.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Kaufmans for over 35 years. Dr. Kaufman is an excellent dentist with very dentistry standards. All of the people who work at The Family Dentist on Columbia Avenue, Lancaster, are very professional and pleasant.

BEST DENTAL PRACTICE...EVERRRR!!!!! 100% quality dental work. They make you feel at home and relaxed. In 58 Years I have been terrified to go to the dentist. NOT anymore!! Dr. Martin is wonderful. And Liliana and Heather make my time at the dentist easy and fun. The entire staff here are top notch and they truly care about their patients. This is the worst dental office I have ever had to deal with. They did a re-filling of a back tooth and since then I have had nothing but issues with food being lodged between my teeth. I also need a root canal done on one of my other teeth and the assistant was encouraging me to have it pulled because of expense. So unprofessional! I needed a new bite guard to wear at night (my dog ate my one Ive had for years!) And I never heard from them!.. then I called to have some records forwarded to a new office and the lady couldnt help me. This office needs to get their act together!

The staff was awesome so friendly. Dr. Kaufman very professional. Told me every step of the procedure. He made me feel at ease. I went in on a Thursday not wanting to smile. Friday the very next day, I left there smiling from ear to ear. I havent stopped smiling since. My confidence went sky high. Thank you Dr. Kaufman I love what you have done for me. I have always been afraid of the dentist. I needed to do something about my situation. I decided to give these guys a chance. I needed dentures in a bad way. After a few appointments i had my top denture in. I was totally shocked when i had no pain afterwards. Everyone just loves the look of my new teeth. They say they are natural and great looking. I look for a reason to smile now. The cost was cheaper than any other place i checked into. I had Dr. Martin and he was great. He took the time to listen to my concerns and together we came up with a plan. You never have to wait at your appt. when you get there its already your turn. If you are in need of dental assistance i strongly recommended this business. In 2 weeks getting my bottom plate and looking forward to it.
