I had a great experience with this office. I’m new to the area, and was referred by my cousin, for my daughters dental work. Upon arriving, I was immediately greeted. The new enrollment paperwork was a breeze. Within 5 minutes, my daughter was taken to the back for X Rays. Shortly after, I was greeted by a coordinator to discuss my daughters dental needs. After the brief discussion, I was then greeted by the head dentist. We developed a plan, and proceeded with the procedures. This all took place within an hour. The facility is clean, and very welcoming. The staff were cheerful, and excellent with their approach. I really adore the set up of the office and work space. It’s set up in which you can actually see your children being serviced. I recommend this facility, because it’s clean, it has a nice setup, and the staff present a vibe as if they love what they’re doing, and you can actually see and feel it.

Be careful when you come here for treatment. I started treatment back in July of 2020. I recently moved in august and switched my treatment to another office. The office I started going to showed me all the flaws this office did and explained how they are going to fix it. They also have hidden fees they don’t explain to you about. I still have to pay $800 out of $2300 for an Invisalign case they made for me. I only used 1 case because I ended up switching to braces. When they did the breakdown of payments they never mentioned that the $166 a month I was paying had to go first to the $2300 for that one invisalign case. So not only does my treatment get extended because they messed up a few things but I also have money to pay them for fees they never explained. Note to self is always keep the paperwork they give you of payment breakdown when you do pay for anything so you have proof 😊

My experience with Snow has been extremely wonderful! They are always accommodating and on top of things. I was told by another professional that I could not have invisalign, that I may even need jaw surgery! Snow reassured me that would not be necessary and were able to use invisalign to treat my teeth! That was amazing news to me, being a glasses wearer. My experience has been rather smooth and Im excited to continue my journey!

We have been patients at Lancaster Snow Orthodontics for two years now and very happy with them. Appointments have been on time with very little waiting, pleasant and knowledgeable staff, and overall great treatment. My daughters are nearly finished with treatments and their teeth are looking amazing. We got quotes from several places before starting treatment here and by far this was the most affordable without sacrificing service/care.

Snow Orthodontics office is always trying to scam the patients. When my daughter finished her treatment, they were giving her the cheap plastic retainers, I had to call and let them know that I didn’t want the plastic ones. The lady I spoke told me that the wire retainer were not included in the plan I paid for. That it was the plastic ones. I couldn’t believe it, after paying more than 3k for my daughter treatment. Finally they ended up giving her the wire one, but they made seem that they were doing me a favor. NO it was not a favor, I PAID for it. Well, unfortunately her upper wired retainer was lost, so I had to reorder the retainer again. Once again, I called them I told the lady I spoke to, that my daughter needed her upper retainer, she NEVER mentioned to me that the retainer was going to be the cheap plastic, that she was giving the first time. I gave her my daughters information, and she knew what I was talking about. Well the day came to pick up the retainer, and to my surprise is the cheap plastic ones AGAIN!!! I called the them back to ask her, why she was getting the plastic one and not the wired ones. She just made up some b/s excuses, and told me that if I wanted the wired ones, I would have to pay $350. I just had paid $160 for cheap plastic. I’m just writing this review for anyone that is doing or planning on doing their dental work at this office, to make sure that whatever you are getting is in writing, because these people don’t keep their word, once you have paid them in FULL. Even if I have to pay for her wire retainer again, I will look for another orthodontics office in A.V, my money will not support this office anymore, they are not the only orthodontics in A.V. I will file a BBB complaint as well.

If you value customer service and convenient hours go somewhere else.

My daughter got her bottom braces today the lady that did it (Melissa) didnt glue them right and a bracket fell off and she said she was going to leave it like that and they were going to fix it in the next visit (that was 5 weeks later) I asked her to please fix it and she responded that she has to take her next patient. Well finally she fixed it. When we got home my daughter noticed she also left some glue on her teeth 🙄 I will call tomorrow about it.

I had braces for FIVE years — yes, five! My teeth were an absolute mess and Dr. Snow fixed them and made them look amazing! He was always so kind and patient and every time he saw me on my visits he made me feel like I was the only patient. His assistants are so kind and sweet; I always looked forward to my visits (and I had to go every week lol). Im very picky about where I go for any kind of dental work, and Dr. Snow and his team were phenomenal. Very reasonable prices and they truly take the time to address any concerns and make sure your teeth are properly taken care of. Eight years later my teeth still look fantastic and I always get compliments. I used to hate my smile but since straightening my teeth, I love it! Thank you so much Dr. Snow!!!

I’ll do a short preface, I’m 34 years old and I started invisilign last year. I had been made fun of my whole life, called snaggletooth by my closest friends. My own grandma and uncle would complain about how bad my smile as a young adult. My teeth have always been a sensitive subject for me. Fast forward to yesterday, I’m on tray 30 something and I go in for a rescan for two reasons. 1) my “snaggletooth” stopped tracking, I guess is what they called it, a long time ago and I even mentioned it in the beginning and I was just offered chewies. 2) I’m human, it’s pretty difficult to wear them 20 hours a day every single day since sometimes I forget them at work or home etc. This is my first time I’ve needed a rescan and that went great, the lady that did the work was amazing. Dr Dan comes in after the rescan and proceeds to tell me that since I’m not getting my 20 hours a day in “we’re wasting time” and “spinning our wheels in the mud” and that I “should just throw in the towel now” and buy metal braces. “Sorry to be the bearer of bad news” he says. I was so confused. I thought he was cancelling my treatment but then the nurse started scheduling me for more visits. I don’t have the kind of money to spend on invisilign plus braces. I left feeling so frustrated and I was starting to actually like my smile for the first time in my life. This guy is telling me to give up on that. I rescheduled all my appointments with the Palmdale office instead. Maybe they’ll notice earlier if the snaggletooth stops tracking again and do more than offer me chewies. I didn’t ask to switch liners every week, I was given the option. After him drilling in to me over wasting everyone’s time I’ll never again make that mistake! 2 weeks no matter what.

First the receptionist sent me to get a mask and then I come back with a mask and she said she’s not allowed to see me because I was 13 minutes late but she sent me to get a mask.😷

They are really polite and quick. They also check your temp as soon as you walk in. Very clean and would recommend.

Im typically not the type of person to write negative reviews but I just had the worst appointment experience Ive ever had so felt one was needed.Ive been seeing Snow orthodontics for over 3 years now for my invisalign treatment that was supposed to take 1.5 to 2 years.Appointments at the Palmdale office are nearly impossible to get within a timely manner. Good luck trying to reschedule your appointment. I usually have to wait over a month or two to been seen if I have to reschedule.Ive rescheduled at the Lancaster office to be seen sooner and both times have been a disaster so I would not recommend that office either.Ive experienced too many issues overall to list here.I tried contacting someone in charge to express my complaints but I was told Lyndsay was too busy to take my call. So instead I spoke with someone at the Lancaster office who brushed off my complaints.Looking forward to finishing my treatment so I dont have to deal with Snow Orthodontics again.

Weve been with Snow for 6+ months and for the most part the experience has been pleasant. Everyone treats us with kindness! During a mix up one day, Reilly went out of her way to get it sorted out for us so we did not fall behind on our treatment schedule. So far every time I have any issue, Reilly is the first to jump on it and help us through it! Truly blessed to have someone like this at our fingertips who takes the smallest problem seriously! Always a great experience coming here. I went in for my morning appointment. Didn’t even wait 3 minutes to get called back to a seat. The staff and the doctor is always friendly! Took care of me right away was in and out in about 20 minutes. Definitely recommend coming here

Dr. Snows office is amazing! I have severe anxiety and the entire staff has been so supportive and they do their job exceptionally well! A woman named Velvet is in charge of my braces and she is AMAZING!! The financial department makes it easy to set up payments and do not pressure you to do anything your not comfortable with.

I would highly recommend them. Both my son and daughter have had braces done by them. They are very good at communicating the course of action being taken to correct any problems with your teeth. They are very flexible with the payment scheduling. We have the best patient manager, Carissa is amazing!

Dr Snow straightened my teeth but left a huge gap between my molars. Then he tried to play it off and said just chew on the other side. What a joke. I wouldnt recommend going here because that was very dishonest. He should have gave me a discount or corrected it, but he offered nothing for this horrible mistake. I would have rather kept my teeth the way they were before the braces so I could at least chew my food normally.

Brought my daughter here and they are just amazing. Every single one of their staff is polite and extremely helpful. Their appointments are quick and so are they. I will not take my children anywhere else.

From the first time we stepped foot in the office, every team member has worked to answer all our questions and meet all our needs.We only met with Dr. Snow himself for the initial consultation. At first we were a little disappointed that he would not actually be our sons doctor. Our disappointment quickly disappeared as soon as we met Dr. Karmen Massih. She always makes us feel important and welcome. Dr. Massih is always happy to personally sit down with us, at each and every visit, and answer our questions as well as discuss our sons goals, needs, and treatment options.But I have to say, the icing on the cake is Velvet. She is assigned to our sons treatment and we have each of our appointments with her. Velvet has always attempted to talk to and get to know our son, not an easy task when dealing with a shy teenage boy. She always shows an interest in him as well as the rest of our family, whom she has never met.Lets face it, orthodontic treatment is not fun. But the folks at Snow/Lancaster make sure you know that you are important and cared for.

What a great staff and service. I had been searching for a good orthodontist for my daughters invisalign and finally found a great one. From the moment we walked in, it was terrific customer service, and what a friendly staff. Emma outlined exactly what the procedure was, cost, and within minutes my daughter was getting her 3d xrays. So glad I came here and took a chance, and am looking forward to the next 18 months. Great service, awesome tools and soooo clean. Highly recommend giving them a chance.
