My son felt calm and had a good experience during his procedure with Dr. James, he is very polite, friendly,caring, professional, gentle with the kids. This clinic is awesome for kids overall. Caring and great service. Kids enjoy watching 📺 and relax. I do too with the baby. Very clean and sanitized! Never too busy or crowded now with ongoing pandemic. Friendly reminders and the kids gets prices😉We 2 kids enjoy being their patients, even my baby is calm and not scared to he there. I am sure she will like Dr. James and all staff too in the future😃

I wish I knew the names to everyone that was working today to thank each and every person there. My 4 year old is extremely shy and they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. She didn’t even want to hold my hand when she was getting her teeth cleaned. I was very grateful.

My 5 year old permanent tooth was coming behind her baby tooth. I called the office and they said to bring her in ASAP and did an X-ray that showed two permanent teeth coming out. They said they were able to remove that same day. It was quick. I’ve been bringing my daughters here since they started seeing a dentist so 5 years now. I’ve always had a great experience and totally recommend to other moms for their kids. The staff is wonderful!

Dr James was extremely condescending and judgemental. My son had multiple cavities and I went here for help. Instead of encouraging better oral health he shamed both me and my 8 year old son for his tooth decay. My son even refused the toy at the end and I left nearly in tears. We reluctantly returned the next day and saw Dr Sade (sp?) who totally redeemed this business. She was kind, understanding and encouraging. She filled my sons cavities and applied two crowns. He was relaxed and denied feeling pain during his treatment. Our visit to this business started out awful with Dr James, but ended up being great with Dr Sade. Perhaps consider asking who will treat you child when you visit.

I love how kind and loving they are every single time my daughter has an appointment! I love how safe and cared for they make my daughter feel because she is very shy and she says she loves it there, always gets excited to go to the dentist now! This place never ceases to amaze me! My son had an appointment with Dr. Sade and it was magical! My son is very hyper and energetic all the time- which can pose a problem with dental appointments, but Dr. Sade and her amazing assistant Angie made the visit unbelievably perfect. Angie was kind and attentive as soon as we got there. She made my son and I both feel welcome. She encouraged me to be part of his process, telling me to sit close and offer comfort where I could. Dr. Sade was amazing. Her tone of voice was calming and constant, and it worked! She did this counting thing- one to five- that calmed my son all the way down. By the time she was working on his teeth, he went from extremely energetic and crying to perfectly calm and still. Quiet. I was shocked. Ive never seen him like that- and Im his mom! After the visit, my son was back to his energetic self- if only I could get Dr. Sade and Angie to put him to sleep at bedtime every night!! Love this place!

I can’t say enough about how AMAZING this whole office is! They got my son in the next day for a procedure that was scary for my son and I. They immediately made my son feel comfortable, which made me feel comfortable. During the procedure the dr and nurses went above and beyond to make sure my son was ok. Joking and playing with him. The only bad thing is I wish I had found this office sooner. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Very pleasant front office staff. I had trouble finding the entrance to the office because of the construction on the street. I called the office and the ladies talked me through how to get there. I was a little surprised that they had the exam part of the office with 2 chairs and other patients and parents could hear and see the kids getting worked on by the dentist. Overall, the office was clean and staff was very nice.

The staff were very sweet. Professional and fast. And I love that they do natural fillings and composites.We had to come back for both my daughters treatment today. My 3 year old did super great and the dentist and staff were awesome. My 5 year old had much work to do but she was scared and that’s understandable, the staff was still awesome.

My husband and I have taken our daughter here since she was old enough to see a dentist. We have NEVER been dissatisfied with the service we receive. Not only are all of the staff so kind and gentle with our babies, the Dentist is A-MAY-ZING!!! This should be the only childrens dentist in the Antelope Valley. They are that good!!!

The comfortable atmosphere and warm bed side manors of the male doc and staff is a breathe of fresh air. Doctor Seth really does care about his patients in all aspects of their health Im really does take the time to explain to you how important dental hygiene is for the body to function appropriately. He also makes it a point to make you feel comfortable in his establishment. And they barely run off of schedule they have a very solid rotation and fluidity to their office even with the transfer of new front house staff. I definitely wont take my children anywhere else I wish I could be a patient myself.

Lancaster Childrens Dental is hands down the best place to take your kid(s)! Each and every staff member was kind, professional, and went above and beyond for not only my child but us, the parents as well. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, they will answer ALL your questions and put your mind at ease!!!! Even with sensory sensitivities, they did incredible. My family will forever be grateful we found such a great dentist and company (anesthesiologist, etc.)

My daughter needed two teeth pulled. Dr was amazing and my daughter was surprised that the teeth were already out. She didnt feel it at all. Dr and staff really made her comfortable and talked her through the whole thing and even made it a game.

I took both my son and daughter today, and let me tell you they made it a really easy experience for them both and my son needed a lot of work done and yet they made him feel really safe and comfortable . From booking his appointment to The treatment i give them 5 stars. Have recommended to my family and coworkers and will continue to use them for my children.

This was my toddlers first time at the dentist and it was absolutely fabulous! Everyone in the staff is incredibly kind and patient. My child felt safe and comfortable, that is what is most important. We were also attended quickly and thoroughly, we did not spend more than an hour there. Truly a fantastic dental office!

Great staff. Friendly and supportive. Communicated well with the children and put them at ease.While this was the case for the first visit, subsequent visits ended up being difficult. My kids have some dental needs to be addressed for sure, but unfortunately they manner in which they were addressed were not favorable. I’ll be taking my youngest children to All 4 Kids dental going forward I’m sorry to say. Maybe it was a busy day, but the communication was lacking. The support staff at Lancaster Children’s Dental is/ has been amazing, but I can’t sit while my children cry during work being performed with little empathy. I’m sorry.I’m sure for less sensitive children, this is the perfect dentist.

We were referred by my sons orthodontist. I am beyond happy I took my son! They are so caring, have patience and are perfect for the children that get nervous when talks about dentist comes up. They always accommodate appointment time too as this is the second time I need a last minute appointment and they scheduled me for the following day. They are following COVID 19 measures and I felt safe and at ease because of it. My son who tends to get nervous always leaves satisfied with the service. The staff is great and friendly. I am happy to have found such a great children’s dentist!

After the dentist check my daughter We got a wrong and incorrect info that my daughter teeth is good and no cavities were found Unfortunately we found there were a cavities.We will definitely call the place to recheck her.This is not acceptable from a professional dentist. Definitely the particular dentist needs more practice or training.App date was Friday 11/13.

I sat in the office for 2 hours without any kind of treatment with my 1 year old foster daughter. These children deserve more respect than this, and so do the families who care for them. I hope this office considers changing their scheduling practices to accommodate the amount of children they are actually capable of treating.

It is the greatest place that my grandson is very comfortable with all the staff.

They are AMAZING! The most kid friendly dentist we have ever gone to. I live over an hour away and I will never take my kids anywhere else.My kids have gotten cavities fixed without a problem and my son (5) had his tooth pulled today with no tears, no pain, no discomfort at all! The Dr made sure he was comfortable and distracted, sang to my son and made him laugh as he was numbing and pulling the tooth. Definitely worth the drive.

The dentist is very profesional and spoke to me in Spanish so I could better understand him. However the staff is rude and doesn’t try to accommodate for an appointment time. They don’t care if you like their customer service or not. There are long wait times and they aren’t taking into account that patients should be wearing their masks properly.

Long wait and the waiting room crowded. Dentist no patient and no nice with my 4 year old. Also my daughter needs a filling they couldnt refer a pediatric specialist no other than one in Bakersfield. The office staff no nice at all very rude!!

Great service. Staff was polite, informative, and clean.Dentist was also very informative and made me feel comfortable when I was nervous about the pain my son would have. She explained he would have some tenderness and didn’t make me feel like I was over reacting.

Doctor and his assistants are incredibly professional very attentive to my son as well as others. You may be there a bit longer than usual but its well worth the wait, the attention to detail the attention to my childs specific needs is much appreciated. My son had to get two fillings, the doctor and his assistant literally sang to my son the entire procedure... they were dancing with him joking with him they made him feel incredibly comfortable. They went out of their way to make sure that he could get the fillings he needed while feeling comfortable and being happy while actually getting the treatment. The doctor is very kind and you can tell he works hard to accommodate his little patients. Im really happy that my son my son has the opportunity to go to this dentist because they care.

Love love love all the staff here! I have never had an issue with any worker or any work done for my daughter here. My daughter is now 9 and I have been bringing her here since she was about 2 or 3... Dr.Sep,, Isabel,, and all the staff down to the receptionist are always so friendly and welcoming. My daughters treatments are always done accordingly never have a problem with wait time with appts.. my daughter doesn’t have a problem coming to the dentist she’s never scared or hesitant and the workers are excellent with kids 😇! I take my 4 children to Lancaster Children’s Dental always have a great experience. From the lady’s in the front desk to the lady’s in the back, nurses, assistant and doctor all make us feel at home and give a great experience for my children.

All of my kids go here and I love them. The staff is kind and accommodating and the dentist is wonderful with kids. I highly recommend this dentist office!! Also, if they cant serve your children, they will send you to a reputable place.

The staff was very fast and friendly, I would recommend taking all children here. My 5 year old had absolutely no issues she didn’t cry the whole time and we were literally in and out in less than 45 mins. Awesome staff did a great job.

Excellent and friendly staff. Get in to your appointment timely. Get in and get out quickly. Staff treats the children so good. I personally wouldn’t consider taking my children anywhere else. My son is very comfortable there. The office is very clean and they do everything possible to make the experience good. Reception is nice -everyone is nice.

First time taking my 9 year old and absolutely loved it. The staff are super nice and friendly. The doctor explained everything detail by detail. Loved the experience and would recommend.

I love this place!!! My son was traumatized from a previous dental office I use to take him & when I came here they made 100% effort on making him feel very comfortable & didnt rush anything. It doesnt feel like a dentist office for adults. They go beyond their way to make the children feel comfortable.

Everyone is great but they need a better scheduling system. My appointment was at 11am and my 4 yr old son ran out at 12:10 because the dentist did not see him. Instead he was taking care of other kids that came in after my son.

My young son has extensive dental problems from chemotherapy and Lancaster Childrens Dental has been so helpful. They have provided us with necessary referrals to get him the care that he needs, and done as much of the work as they can themselves. The staff has been compassionate and helpful, going out of their way to get him the care he needs.

Dr. Sep and his entire staff are outstanding!!! My daughter had a filling and an extraction at the same time and she had no idea what was going on. She just played the game that she thought they were playing. Not until we were almost home did she realize her tooth was missing! Thank all of you for being such an outstanding office. Very fast! I had no wait. They were so kind to my daughter too. She is scared of the dentists and their quickness, efficiency and caring made this visit a delight.

The wait can be a bit most times but theyre professional and courteous and handle the job quickly and efficiently. My only issue and the reason for a lack of 5 stars is solely based on my bad experience with a referral to first class dental they gave me. Seems to me if youre going to give out recommendations to other dentist maybe get to know how they operate. Other than that, very good experience.

I Love this place! They treat us like family, they are kind and very clean! If your child needs dental care, this is the place to go!!! Even though my daughter had a hard time with the drilling, the office made her feel secure. At the end, the reinforced her desire to come back with a toy and a hug!!!

This dentist is the most amazing kind, gentle dentist I have ever met. He sang songs and played games with my 4 year old son while pulling his tooth.My son had to go back for a filling a week later and was so excited to play the game again.Wow this place is truly amazing

Amazing service!

We’ve been using this Dental group for about a year for my 6 year old and our almost 3 year old had his first appointment today. They are amazing here, our 6 year old struggles with being around people he doesn’t know, especially adults and they’ve always handled his personality perfectly making him feel comfortable the whole time. They did an Amazing job with his fillings he needed done give him confidence whenever he comes in. My 3 year olds first appointment went great and they were very patient with him, while he learned to behave at the dentist. They are very thorough and make sure you know exactly how to help teach your kids how to take care of their mouths and very helpful when you have questions. I’ve never felt anything but welcome and taken care of with the entire staff! They are honestly amazing!

This is my second time bringing my little one to Lancaster Childrens Dental and the staff is very friendly, attentive, and efficient. The space is comfortable for children but not too busy that it’s distracting. The dentist is definitely experienced with toddlers because he’s able to be kind, check their teeth, and make dental recommendations in a quick manner. Check it out!

I absolutely love Lancaster Childrens Dental. The staff is unbelievably amazing, caring, gentle, organized, etc. My daughter loves going and is extremely comfortable from beginning to end. Theres one Assistant (I believe hes a Dental Assistant?) named Jose, he goes above and beyond to make my child feel safe. We even see him at the booths at the AV Fair and stuff...he even remembers my little girls name. Oh, and I dont think Ive ever waited more that 5 minutes after my scheduled time for my child to be in the dental chair! Huge plus since were talking about a childrens office!! I would recommend this office to EVERYBODY!!

The Dentist is absolutely amazing. He is always friendly. He fixed my two year olds cavity today and before he did anything he talked me through it. While he was fixing the cavity he told my son what he was doing each time he did something different. He sang to him and cheered. This made him feel so comfortable which of course made me feel comfortable also. The wait is never to long and the office is always clean.

If I could put 0 stars I would.I brought both my kids here and my youngest is 2 he needed some work done and they wanted me to take him to a specialist in Bakersfield and put him to sleep for the procedure!!!! Not to mention they were charging me 250 a tooth for the white filling, I went to another dentist around here and they took him in and they did the procedure he needed with just some sedation and the full procedure was covered by my insurance with white fillings !Then on my other son he is 4 they didn’t allow me to go back with him for X-rays they told me he had 4 cavities. So decided to take him to the other dentist that worked on my 2 year old and they told me his teeth were perfect and no cavities and I was in there for X-rays and everything. Horrible place would not ever ever go back.
