Called them for hours with no answer. When I logged on to the website, it said my prescription was ready. I went there to pick it up and they said it wasn’t ready and my insurance wouldn’t cover it because I was just prescribed it a few days earlier. I did not get that prescription it was my husband who got the antibiotics. Make a long story short they’re over worked and lacking in staff. Big delays and confusion on what’s going on. They need new management. ASAP this place sucks. Not the people just the system.

Need to fill my meloxocam script. Fairly common drug for arthritis but they couldnt fill it and said thay wouldnt get any for almost 3 weeks.

Literally the nicest Walmart Ive ever been to. I live in Vegas and youd think we have great customer service. But you know what? They totally out do themselves out here. They dont make a fool of their stores like all the other walmarts. During peak hours, all the registers are open. Its amazing.

I had the most professional experience I ever had.....the pharmacy in Lancaster on 20th and J on the east side. The employe named Angel.I have been dealing with trying to get Norco.Which I understand the epidemic & the government tightening up.I also have a workmans comp script, I have kaiser so I can’t get it filled there. So I have been going to Walmart. So to make a long story long. I had been waiting for 3& a half weeks.Finally I went to the store on J and 20th.Angel was an Angel. She not only filled it because I came a little early....but she called workmans comp and they approved it. They stopped covering it @ least 2yrs ago.Overall Angel should be recognized as one of your best employees. She was very professional, great attitude ,and just a great spirit.She even said happy belated birthday....my birthday was July 17th two days ago.I would like to give her a 10score overall.Walmart should be proud to have her as a employee. And maybe give her employee of the month
