I went in with Dr. Kim for an annual check up on the eyes and recieved the perscription so strong! Very unnecessary. It was not helping my vision. It actually felt like I didnt see clear after I recieved my glasses and or could not focus my vision correctly.

So the issue that Ive had is with the vision center, the lady named Donna was extremely unhelpful and from the beginning she didnt seem like she wanted to help at all. First issue was me trying to get my prescription to her she kept saying I need a hardcopy I told her that I can have it either emailed or faxed over to her from the doctors themselves but before I could even finish she just continued repeating herself. After overcoming that hurdle she then proceeded to tell me that when she received a prescription she wasnt able to fill it because it was an out-of-state prescription. Now Ive never had any issues with filling a prescription for contact lenses before and I currently dont live in California but Colorado so with me having a little bit of skepticism I called another optical place and they told me that they have no issues with filling out a prescription as long as its not expired and that it did not matter what state it was located it. When I proceeded to ask her why one Store would but another store wouldnt if its a state law she just kept repeating herself saying that it was state law now I asked her where she could find this so we can reference it in that seem to be an inconvenience for her. If I can get the optical section zero stars I would this lady seem to be very unmotivated very depressed individual and I really hope that she can get some good training and to fix the way she goes about helping people.
