Low leave of patient care!Doesnt take his time when working and always rushing through the process. I went to his office with a simple case and instead of helping me get better he made 10X worst. And when I called the office to tell them they told me to come in again and when I went he took the quickest look at my eyes and then told me to continue with the eye drops that were making my pain 10X worst and causing me blurry vision and causing my eyes to be red.

Horrible experience. i went with my entire family at the same time. since we spoke spanish, so i had to translate for my mom. we all did our exams and they told me that my vision will get worse over time and that i will get horrible vision. i wanted to know why, but they just told me cause i’ll be growing more. they should’ve at least told me what i could’ve done more of. also with my mom, they just told her “cause of her age” she’ll need glasses for reading, and i told the person that her eyes got tired he just told me to buy eye drops from the supermarket. seriously? none of the ladies even told us the prescriptions. and the best part, we were ready to get called to pick our glasses. guess what they did? they told us that we can leave. we were so confused. we went and asked why if we have to leave if we didn’t even get our glasses. they told us the insurance couldn’t cover it. what? why would we get checked and KNOW that my eyesight is bad and not get glasses for it? I don’t know if they did that for everyone, but it seemed so rude. they didn’t even tell us we need to pay a difference or how much glasses could cost. they just told us to leave. this place is not somewhere i could recommend and i had a horrible experience. please do not go here.

Overcharged me beyond what my insurance said it would cost. Gave me the wrong script and no one ever came out to help me decide if I wanted glasses or contacts. Im hoping my insurance takes them off the preferred provider list. Definitely wont go back.

Dr, Krulewski difficult to work with. Would not recommend.

Proficient staff! Dr K is very nice and provides good patient care. I have been visiting this office for 5+ years and had no issues. I can’t understand how people can give bad ratings here.

Another FANTASTIC experience... just had the other eye done! Dr. K and his staff are the best. I actually enjoy going for my exam. My response to the negative posts is, there are doers and there are talkers. Dr K is a very talented doer. My vision is now perfect!

Do not allow Dr. Thomas Krulewski to perform surgery on you or your loved one if you want any chance of preserving what eye sight you do have, or regaining any eye sight. Completely incompetent, and not to mention incredibly condescending and rude.

Friendly but not helpful charged me a lot of money to refer me to another Doctor just unfair make sure you research your needs before you go

Dr. K. is a great doctor. When the time comes for my cataract surgery, I know I will be ingood hands. My technician, Meagan, was great. She was so patient and understanding.I hope to have her next year when my appointment is due. Thank you.

I like the Dr. He is very personable. I feel as though he is competent and that I am getting good care. He gives confidence in his treatments. The exams seemed rushed when an assistant did them. I didnt trust the results. Also, when checking out this time , I felt like the staff was paying attention to me. One other time, I felt as though they talked among themselves when they were waiting on me. I didnt feel like I was the main focus. But this time it was much better. *****

Excellent care for my husband and I for years. Cataract surgeries and regular eye exams. Even get my glasses there . Staff are always kind and well trained. Dr. K. is professional and courteous. Happy patient .

Easy and polite check in procedure.Eye exam and visual field test went very welland the results were great too! Dr. K was so nice and explained all was well and seemed happy with all test results. Thanks for the professional and friendly experience.

On 3/28/18, I took my 3 year old for an eye exam with Dr. Krulewski. He was the ONLY person able to get her in quickly so I jumped on the appointment. Upon making the appointment, I advised the receptionist that my daughter is autistic. Any young child, regardless of medical diagnosis, behaves less than ideal at the doctor but I wanted to be up front and clear.Dr. K told me she had to cooperate and then asked me if she was even speaking English when she was mumbling as he shined the light into her eyes. I again told him that she is autistic and will behave his way when uncomfortable. He then proceeded to tell me that he overheard me in the waiting room and that I shouldnt give her everything that she wants to make her listen/behave. I then became flustered and ended the eye exam and walked out, proclaiming my disgust at the front office receptionist and prospective patients.I dont care if he graduated from Harvard, owns a practice and is a multi-millionaire with high net worth. You DO NOT speak to people in that manner, let alone a child. You DO NOT treat paying customers that way. He should have kept whatever thoughts he had to himself and conducted his business in a professional way.I DO NOT recommend him for your eye care needs. It costs $0 to treat someone with respect and kindness. How dare he treat me like a piece of trash that just came in off the street for an exam. A nicer tone of voice could have put my daughter at ease and we could have completed the exam. What a TERRIBLE experience. I hope that no other mother has to put up with his condescending remarks. He should be ASHAMED and EMBARRASSED!

Every appointment has been handled so professionally. I had 2 eye surgeries and i had great results..I trust this practice and the employees. Is suggest going here for any eye issues.

The tech that took care of me was amazing! Friendly, smart and thoughtful. Dr K. was pleasant while he checked my eyes health. This was my first visit!

Just had cataract surgery and am very pleased with the results. Dr. Krulewski corrected my severe nearsightedness and Im not using any corrective lens for that eye. Am looking forward to having the other eye done in 2 weeks. The office staff have been and are very helpful and professional.

Office staff not well informed. Billing has been an issue. Was told by Accumed billing that they are out of network but this is not correct. Dr. K might be good but he doesnt have time to answer your questions. I went to a more customer centric practice.

My cataract surgery was a breeze. I wore glasses since 1960. Now i dont need them anymore. Great staff! Dr.Krulewski is the best.

Dr. K and staff are always prompt and courteous! Only complaint is the receptionist who often seems overwhelmed. Everyone else is great.

I took my child who also has ADD here for an eye exam when he didnt pass his vision test at school. The receptionist friendly personality was the only good experience we had. When we finally saw the Dr. after an hour wait in the waiting area..He was not very personable or friendly at all. His talk was very dry as if he was being forced to say hello. When he proceeded to give my kindergartener his eye exam he was getting very impatient very quickly because my son was antsy in his seat..he wouldnt keep his eyes open for the eye drops and I refused to to hold my child down and force his eye open when asked..not once did he make my son feel comfortabl... he stated to my son just sit like a normal child and then asked me I bet he has behavior problems at school, doesnt he?... not in a question of concern..more so a rhetorical question to insult him. Most unprofessional doctor I have ever come across in my life. I wouldnt trust him with his medical opinions. In note of it all my son wasnt even misbehaving but nervous because it was his first eye visit.

Very frustrating. I have a special needs child and was assured that the office knew how to handle her. We arrived for our first appointment and she was obviously scared. The nurse did her best to work with her, but when it came time for Dr. Thomas Krulewski to examine her he did not acknowledge her. He did not look at her, or speak to her. He spoke only to me. When she became terrified about dilating her eyes, he again did not address her concerns. Instead of addressing her fear and trying to create a relationship with her ( Autistic children need to trust the adult working with them ) he instructed me to hold her down Um.. I dont think so. We got out of there fast. I would NEVER recommend this practice to anyone. Dr. Thomas Krulewski seemed rushed and impersonal. I am extremely disappointed.

Eye Physicians of Lancaster were wonderful..Staff were fantastic and Dr Krulewski was very informative and so pleasant..I am glad to have found an ophlamologist that will be taking care of my eyes..thank you

The whole staff (with exception of receptionist who signs you in) was very, very RUDE! Envy to those of you giving kudos to the dr and staff for not having your experience. Not going in to details about apt but will say if you are taking a loved one with any type of health problems (mine was hearing loss and elderly) I would reconsider and find another place. My mother wants a 2nd opinion because of the horrible appointment. Good luck

Very unsatisfactory customer service, front office staff not well informed, billing staff rude. Dr. K is good but it is hard to get a hold of him, I would say go to a different practice.
