Every time over the past several years I have tired to use this place there is an issue. My eye med beneits clerly say eye exxam is $10 and contact lense and fitting is $40. I do not need a premium exam since i have been wearing contacts for 20 years. I was told I would be charged $125 since eye med does not cover contact fitting. Clearly not true. Avoid at all cost
