Front desk staff were very nice. The optometrist was absolutely rude and abrasive. Treated both my husband and I like she did not want to be there and because of all this my contacts do not fit properly. I can not afford another box of them. My husbands glasses do not fit his face properly as they never had him come in to adjust them when they came in. Took over a month for my contacts to come in. Normally takes days. Will never go here again. I dont care if our insurance says free. Absolutely a waste.

Rude optometrist and impossible to get the office on the phone. The optometrist was incredibly short with me and acted like it was an inconvenience to answer any of my questions about my eye health. You would think its standard practice to discuss the health of your eyes when theres a family history of eye disease. Instead she wanted to toss me my prescription and throw me out the door.

This place is amazing. The staff are truly helpful. Everyone is so kind. They got my glasses in with a small wait time! Im very impressed. Dr Hager, Tonya and Anastasia were all so great to work with! Definitely will continue coming back here!! ♡

This is the best Eye place I know of. As a mom of 5, being able to go to a place that has kind people working and arent rude is amazing. I know it also may be small but my little is very happy that they fixed his glasses for him today. He is very glad, no more tape mom! 😁

Optometrist are rude. They are short with you and don’t care to answer questions clearly. They gave me a prescription that was to strong, said I had 100% stigmatism, my prescription was horrible. I went back in couple months later due to Covid and they re examined me just to find out later my whole prescription both times were totally to strong. I had blurred vision, headaches, etc. I went to new eye doctor and I had no stigmatism and my glasses were to strong for me. I called in here 9 months later bc I didn’t get insurance and they won’t make it right.Do not go here they are horrible. I hoped this helped someone. I’ll never recommend or return to this facility again

I took my 4 year old son to primary vision care to get glasses. We felt so comfortable and everyone was so friendly. They were also very informational about our options for glasses. Renee and Nikki were very gentle with him and kind. We will always go to Primary Vision Care!

I was looking for a new eye doctor that is local. I found the staff to be very professional and polite. My appointment was on time and everything was made clear with regard to what I needed versus what I was looking for. Highly recommend.

The office ladies always make us feel like family. Ryan, Nicole, Renee and Nikki are always friendly and willing to help out. The doctors are knowledgeable and explain everything.

They are very friendly, professional, and courteous here. The only issue I had with this office was the receptionist seems to be, somewhat, uninterested in helping us. I called in to schedule an appointment and the receptionist said, Well call us back when you figure things out, and ended the call immediately after we had to schedule my appointment out 3.5 weeks. The receptionist that answered the second time was wonderful to schedule with. The receptionist that was there in the afternoon when I came in was unpleasant, acted like I was bother her. She also told me that my secondary eye insurance I have was no longer valid (VSP), and I called in while I was there and they said nothing was wrong with the policy, and it was still active. So we used the primary anyway. It isnt the companies fault that something weird was going on with the insurance policy, but the lack of interest of the receptionist to even bother looking into it was frustrating. Other than this experience, great service, fantastic people to work with.

We love Nicole and Nikki. They both helped me and my husband pick out the perfect frames and specialty lenses that fit our special needs.

Came in for a yearly visit and was greeted with a smile by the receptionist Tonya the doctor and the aids were very helpful will definitely be returning for my next visit

I used to always go here. I do not recommend it anymore. I walked in and the receptionist claimed I did not have the eye insurance I have. Even though I used it 2 weeks ago. Refused to even look it up. Did not really want to take cash or other forms of payment either. So I said I will just leave and go somewhere else.

Great staff and Doctor. Ive never had to wait more than 15 mins. And your glasses come back within a week
