The employees and Dr. Hopkins make me feel very comfortable. They take their time to make sure all my questions are answered and examination is thorough.I appreciate the way Rich, Kim and Barb goes above and beyond for their customers. Staff are all very friendly, attentive and I always have a positive experience here! I have been coming here for a few years now and they are great people. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Facility is clean and easy to get in and out of. I would recommend them to anyone! Services are affordable as well!

I purchased my glasses from True Vision not too long ago and they are the first pair of new frames that I’ve had in eight years. I didn’t meet Dr. Hopkins, but her staff was incredible. I brought my sister in to help me find the perfect pair and we ended up making two visits in the same day due to another eye doctor being difficult. I had my prescription done in February of 2019 and they wouldn’t release it to True Vision for some reason, but the staff at True Vision was so kind and understanding. They worked with us and even called down to try and get my prescription personally. Although I still had to physically go there to get it, once we returned, they still welcomed us like we never left. It took me almost two hours to make a decision and I even FaceTimed my mother for help. I forget their names, but the two women who helped us were awesome. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll always recommend True Vision in Lancaster.

I took my son to Sears the first time to get his eyes checked and then I panicked when they closed. I noticed True Vision was closest to my house so I decided to give them a try. Let just say you we have been going there for 3 years now. From the moment we walk in the door we are treated like family. I don’t know how they remember us from year to year but they do! My 10 year old looks forward to going and getting his eyes checked. This year I had to take my daughter as well. She normally won’t go anywhere without me but they put her at ease. She looked at me and told me that I didn’t need to go back in the room with her. I highly recommend True Vision to everyone.

I used to see the famous Dr Dill before he passed. He was the only Dr that ever took time to listen to me when I explained an issue I had with my eyes. When I had to seek another doctor and found Dr Anna Hopkins I was nervous. But for years she has been my doctor. I explained my being nervous, my reason for respect of previous doctor, and wishes for the results he had found. Dr Hopkins always listens and cares. She always checks into other options but has never changed a single thing on me without it being the actual script or talked about. This is something so very important to me and this office staff and Dr Hopkins has my greatest review not enough stars to give! They are the BEST

I have not been to see Dr. Hopkins for a while because I had no insurance, but now, I have insurance and she is covered so I am so glad! I love the atmosphere, and the staff are always so friendly and courteous. Dr. Hopkins is very informative in explaining your test results and helping you find the best fitting glasses (or contacts in my case). She is always very friendly, and can fit you in when needed, and answers any questions you may have thoroughly and in terms that I can understand! This was the best experience Ive had shopping for frames/lenses in a very long time. The selection of frames is wonderful. Such a variety to choose from instead of the same blah crap at other shops. The lady who helped me was perfectly wonderful! She brought out several frames and helped me choose without being pushy. Her style matched mine and she knew exactly what I was looking for. I will absolutely go here again. When I went to pick them up, the dr fit them and adjusted them to sit perfectly. Ive had no issues. Great experience, highly recommend!

Dr. Hopkins is one of my favorite people. She has cared for my sight for years and her diagnosis is always right on the money. Since she has moved to her new location it has become more of a challenge to get to her office since I no longer drive because of medical concerns, still I would rather make the effort than trust my most valued possessions (eyes) to someone I dont know. Her staff is also very friendly and helpful and dont try to upgrade you to something you dont need.

We have been going to dr. Hopkins for the past 12 years originally it was just for eyeglasses but then I found out that I had glaucoma and she has been treating me for that the staff is friendly and very attentive
