I am actually new to the area and am a recent graduate from Lancaster Theological Seminary. A gentleman said that his wife was an oral hygienist and works for a really great dental facility so I thought Id read the reviews and I feel pretty confident that this may be my home because teeth care is a serious service. Super fantastic experience. Love the docs, love the staff. Truly the best dental experience Ive had, and am a new customer for life. The time they take to educate, and to make sure youre comfortable, and to make sure the work is just right, is one of a kind. Traveling over an hour is well worth it, and besides, who doesnt love visiting Lancaster!

We have been clients of Loeffler & Pitt for over 20 years. Everything about their practice is excellent! They are all very caring, friendly and interested in the patients. Due to some gum issues I go every 4 months. I have had fillings and crowns, all of which were painless. I tell people I Love going to my dentists! Highly recommend them!

Dr. Stephens and her staff are very professional, understanding, and explain what is involved with the procedure answering all questions clearly. I never feel rushed and get the best care possible. Their administrative assistant Lisa has been so helpful with scheduling appointments and returning all calls promptly. She is welcoming and always has a smile on her face to greet you. I have been going to Loeffler & Pitt since I was a young child and I just turned 50. Such a warm and inviting atmosphere from the ladies at the front desk to all the staff! I encourage everyone to check them out! Also a special shout out to Tina, the BEST hygienist in the entire planet! A gum massage after a cleaning, who does that? Tina does! The best!!

I would give this wonderful dental practice 10 stars if I could. The expertise there from both Dentists and Staff is incredible. Beyond that, the atmosphere is very warm and caring from the front desk to the professionals!! I am very happy with the experience and results!!!

Since my first appointment in Feburary 2017 Dr. Pitt and his staff have taken care of all my dental issues with top notch professional care and concern on the phone, at the front desk and in the dental chair.
