I had filling that had partially come out and they were able to get me in the next week to get it fixed. The staff was awesome and i was in and out in half an hour before heading to work. Dr Baker was great!

Today I went to my 9:00 am appointment about 5 minutes early and when I got to the receptionist desk, the dental assistant was happily waiting to take me to one of the many rooms where the dentist applies his trade. He greeted me before I could get myself in the chair. I had lost part of a filling so a new filling was necessary. A quick and painless shot was given, an x-ray taken, and within minutes I was numb and the new filling was completed. I was escorted to the front desk where I paid my copay and headed out the front door to my car. When I got in and started my car the time was 9:25. This is how my appointments go each time I have one. Friendly Dental gets a “10” from me.

My family and I always enjoy our visits. The staff is very friendly and appointments are on time. Usually a few minutes early. My 4 and 3 year old are comfortable when getting their cleanings and ask when they can come back.

I had a tooth that chipped. Ninety minutes after I called, I was in the chair and Dr. Baker examined the tooth, smoothed the edges, and fifteen minutes after going in to the office, I was on my way home.Everyone was great.

I have been a patient at Friendly Dental Care for at least 20 years. The care and personalized service I have received from the staff has been exemplary. They are friendly, laid back, honest and caring. Once they get to know you, youre almost like family. They take the time to get to know you personally and they are truly interested in knowing all about you. You are assigned a specific hygienist once you are established who will provide your basic cleaning and pre-evaluation who you will see each time. This puts the patient at ease and provides confidence in knowing the people providing your care know exactly the issues you are having and will take their time to ensure those are addressed and resolved. There is no better dental office in the Lancaster, Ohio, area and I would whole-heartedly recommend them to everyone. The office has three dentists - Dr. Bruce Baker, Dr. Robert McDavid and Dr. Jessica McDavid. My own dentist is Dr. Jess and my dental hygienist is Jaymie, who has become a good friend. In short, this group of professionals is AMAZING and you wont find any better.

Had my first appointment today and had a great experience all around. Scheduling my first appointment was very easy and they were able to get me in very quickly. Everyone was very welcoming as soon as I walked through the door. They were very thorough during my appointment and I felt that I was well taken care of. They explained all billing before I left and even took the time to contact my insurance and get a quote on my future appointment. Definitely recommend!

Yes this office is friendly but the dentists and the techs are extremely qualified. They seem to be using the very latest in technology which was impressive to me. Prices are not outrageous but not the cheapest either. From my experience they want the best for their patients and will make an effort to treat you fairly. All procedures are explained and that can be quite an education. Glad I found such a high-caliber dental office.

I arrived early to fill out first time patient paperwork only for my 8 week old daughter to start fussing. The staff was amazing. Holding her for me to do my paper work, walking her around to keep her content, even allowing me to interrupt my cleaning to breast feed! My husband was late coming home from working his third shift job and I had to bring her along, so having a staff with such understanding and active participation in making us feel welcome was not only what I needed (unexpectedly ), but it was above and beyond Friendly. Thank you for all of your help and support! Without that level of understanding and help, I wouldve had to leave and postpone my appointment; which if you ask the hygienist that cleaned my teeth, would not have been advisable!! (Id waited too long already!!!) Cant thank you enough! Ill be recommending Friendly to everyone - dont worry, NOT for babysitting!!! Although.....that was great too! :)

Jacqui has been my hygienist for a couple of years. Shes is terrific and efficient. We solved all the issues of children and grandchildren this morning.

I was very impressed with the efficiency - only a 2 minute wait before I was taken back. Also, the dental hygienist and the dentist were both very friendly and comfortable to talk to. The check out/billing staff are all kind and helpful as well, working to get me the best deals with my insurance. I have been there 2x and they are for sure now my permanent dentist.

All the staff members are very professional and friendly. Im a little anxious about going to the dentist but they made me feel relaxed and comfortable.

I have been going here over a year now and everyone is super nice and they do a fantastic job. I moved out of town but it is worth the drive!

They got me in quickly and were friendly but charged me 3 time what the highest charge Ive received from other dentists for the same service.

My advice is to receive an estimate before you have any work done there and then call around to get other estimates. They wanted to charge more than double to extract 2 baby teeth from son, and then an extra $70 on top of that for the use of laughing gas to do it which nobody told me before booking the appt! Nice people but highway robbery! Do your homework bf you spend unnecessary money.....

I have been a patient at Friendly Dental Care for about 8 years and I am very happy with everyone in this practice. From the Dentists to the Hygienists to the office staff they are all total professionals. I wish I had found this practice years ago! I am still amazed that Dr. Brown could fit me for a Crown on a 4 root molar with no pain at all! My previous Dentist still has my fingernails embedded in his ceiling when he did this to a different Molar. Dr. McDavid is great as well and his advice keeps me on track to keep my natural teeth for life, which is my goal at the age of 58.No Dentures for me, but you need a good Dental practice to keep your own teeth. I have found mine!

The whole office is so awesome and great with children. They did a wonderful job at entertaining my 2 and 4 year old while I was getting my teeth cleaned :) As a mom this was so nice!!

Highly recommend!!!I needed a tooth extraction, everywhere around Lancaster was 1-2weeks out...I had never done business here however I was welcomed in and given a next day appointment. I had doctor Jess. I cant begin to express the level of care and compassion they showed for me. I hate the dentist and being so nervous and scared. They did such a great job with the process. The process was truly and honestly pain free. I dont fill out these type of reviews but the level of service and comfort I was show led me to fill this out, I hope this helps someone who is looking for a dental office.

Great dental care, they live up to their name FriendlyI had been with one dental practice since I was a child, took my children there and traveled to North Columbus for over 40 years. I have tried several dental practices in Lancaster and have not had favorable experiences. I am so glad that I gaveDr. Robert McDavid and the dental practice a try. Their reminder system is great, if you have to cancel, they re-schedule without complaining. I have had a lot of dental work completed in the last year and 1/2 and have had the best explanations, a reasonable treatment plan and very minimal pain. I highly recommend this dental practice!!
