My husband went into Family Dental today, he was in a lot of pain because of a tooth. Long story short the office took advantage of the situation and charged him $2700.00 justifying it by saying he needs this and that..... They never gave him a price break down of what our insurance would cover and what would come out of pocket. They insisted the $2700 was covering the cost of what the insurance didnt cover but was NEEDED because our insurance only covers our co-pay of $20.00....My husband not fully understanding because of the excruciating pain. He thought they were taking care of him. When I called for more information Brenda the one who took care of him was very RUDE. She would not answer my questions and in the middle of me sentences hung up on me...I had to call corporate to file a complaint luckily Elizabeth heard me out. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I feel like this office takes advantage of their patients. What they do is unlawful, wrong, they lie, and give half information of what is needed and what is considered an upgrade treatment plan fully knowing that the basic treatment is good enough....What they practice is unlawful, deceptive,and is an abusive act…….. don’t go here

Loved my first experience here! Both my boys were nervous, as most children are, but the staff was VERY friendly! Asked them about their interests and kept them talking. My boys left feeling calm and at ease! Thank you to Andres for making sure my boys felt comfortable 🥰 it really makes all the difference for kiddos. After trying different dentist offices I we have found THE ONE ☝🏼

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very unwelcoming and unfriendly. Definitely made me feel uncomfortable. The woman who did my X-rays was very sweet however. The exam with the dentist felt very rushed and not very thorough. He was chatting it up with the other staff more than speaking to me directly. This was my first time at this office. I will be finding somewhere else.

Loved this place! My son has been passed around for months now by dentists that wouldn’t do what was needed, due to him being so young! This office not only saw him on a Saturday, but also did the work “SAME DAY”! Super accommodating, and I 100% would recommend! This was my sons first ever dental work! He is no longer scared to go to the dentist because this office made him feel so comfortable!

No no no no! Don’t even think about going here. My daughter needed a cap on her tooth 3 months ago. And I had pretty darn good insurance working for the county and they told me that my insurance would not cover her procedure and it cost over $300. So I ended up having to leave my job and her procedure did not get done. I went somewhere else but my twins still went there. Fast for it now are use Medi-Cal dental and I called them to make sure that my children would be assigned to family dental one way or another there was a mistake either by the insurance company or the office. I went in last week to make an appointment for my twins. And let me tell you not only were they packed again but this lady was so rude to me and told me to call in to the hotline to make an appointment. But I prefer to make appointments in person. She ended up making them an appointment so I handed the lady my insurance cards she accepted them and put them in the system, made them appointment for this week. So I go Into the appointment yesterday two hours early at 12:00p because if you’re on time they will make you wait for about an hour. They told me they cannot take my children this early and come back at 2 o’clock for the scheduled appointment I asked if there is any paperwork I can do ahead of time to speed up the process. I had two packets to fill out I sat in the car with my three children to fill out these two packets for until 1:40 PM. Let me tell you guys I was so upset when I went back in to check in my children in again just to find out that my kids were not assigned there. One way or another there was miscommunication & I know I did my part but they were not only rude to me but wasted my time they should’ve known that my kids weren’t assigned there from the first time I made the appointment I will never ever return here with my children or or myself and I highly do not recommend it that you bring your family here!

Everyone there definitely knows what theyre doing and genuinely cares that their patients get the best possible treatment. I definitely will be returning.

Terrible experience. I went in with tooth pain of about a level 6. I was told they would clean the tooth and prepare it for a root canal. The procedure was suppose to numb the pain. They shot me in the gums about 4 times and drilled down my tooth. By the time they were done my pain was at a level 12. Doctor Amir Hemmati is impartial impatient and rude to his patients and staff.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I have not been to the dentist in almost two years so I was a bit nervous going in. I need my wisdom teeth pulled out and I wanted braces. The orthodontics was such a cool guy, he made me feel very comfortable and calmly broke everything down and cracked some jokes as well. I will be going here from now on.

Rey did his job excellently. The dentist was doing a good job and suggest what I could do at home. He cleaned my teeth thoroughly and fast service. I will definitely recommend this place. I will absolutely coming back for more cleaning.

I am terrified of dentist due to being tortured by a dentist when I was young. The shot and the drilling was excruciating. But my experience at Family Dentist has changed my entire outlook!!! Thanks to Dr. Yaghobian and Dr. V (Vanessa), who were both super nice, very patient and gentle, I walked out with a smile on my face and pain-free! My crowns are beautiful, too!!

I was brought here by my moms who goes here for her care. They are on point! They get you in fast as they can and get straight to work. They are direct to care service to patients. I love it and if my mother approved it... its official. My mother doesnt play when it comes to her and her family care.

Today we had a wonderful experience. My daughter needs braces and we put it off for a year as I havent had the down payment. We came in and although clear aligners are a bit more and usually require a large down, they worked with us on what to apply down. Seriously they went above and beyond. So now my daughter gets the aligners that she wants and I am not stretching out of pocket to pay for it. Thank you so much!

Overall clean facility, nice and professional staff from the greeting of walking through the door to the X-ray tech it was a total awesome experience. Took the time to explain the procedure I was going to have done I truly felt taken care of & I would highly recommend them.

Andres is super friendly and caring, really enjoyed our visit. He made sure my daughter was comfortable.

Manager attempted to scam us out of money due to stating our insurance would not cover a procedure. I called with the exact same codes and insurance stated they had already sent over authorization granting us 100% coverage of the procedure. Documented the authorization and proof of receipt and reported to the Business Bureau. I am glad they thought they could get over on me and I hope they learn via fines it’s not okay to try to get over on hard working people.

The entire dentist staff is very polite respectful and patient, I will refer all my friends and family here. I had a fantastic experience with all the major dental work that I am getting done. My dentist Dr.Yaghobian and his assistant Vanessa are detail oriented and they are the best, love this power duo and I will continue to request all my dental work with them. They OVERBOOK with only 2 specialists so if you dont mind waiting 2 hours or MORE in the lobby then this is your dentist. I kid you not, there was 5 people booked with 11 am appointments.My daughters appointment was at 11 am, she did not get seen until 1:45 pm. The procedure literally took 15 minutes.If this dentist office really cared about the COMMUNITY and the people of Lancaster they wouldnt overbook knowing they dont have the staff to cover.It seems as if this dentist office daily goal is to see how many insurance companies they can bill instead of a goal of, how we can be of SERVICE to the community and the children of our community. Having a child fast and wait for more than 2 1/2 hours to been seen is NOT service!!! Its money driven SERVICE!!!!They are very inconsiderate of peoples time and this isnt the first time this office has done this. The service was so horrible all the way around ALL 3 TIMES, I will be switching my familys dental provider.Reviews, referrals and GREAT CUSTOMER= keeps your customers... FYI to the person in charge of this establishment.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place is practically a walk in clinic, even if you make an appointment, you still wait for HOURS. There is ONE doctor on staff, they MASSIVELY overbook (they had 4 patients needing anesthesia and said the doctor had to stay in the room until the patient came out of it). Despite somehow having enough money to buy a gorgeous new office, they cant have enough doctors??? Then when you express you are irritated because you have a life and have other things to do than wait in a doctors office all day the staff start speaking condescendingly to YOU, even though THEY are the ones overbooking!! Most of the people left and we finally walked about after waiting 2.5hours and repeatedly being told they had no idea how much longer it would be.

They have different doctors since I first started with them years ago. Their clerical staff don’t follow through with paperwork which put my services a month later and the procedure i had done years ago only took me three visits and they fitted fine, I don’t have confidence in it now and I have had at least 4 visits. Wait times are sometimes ridiculously long.

From front office to back office staff , they were friendly, and it was easy to schedule an appointment. Having wisdom teeth pulled was no fun, but they did a great job, and I really like going here for my dental needs.

The clinic was clean, the staff was friendly and organized. I felt safe with everyone masked up! The dental work was great too.

I would appreciate it next time for your office to notify me 24 to 48 hours in advance if its not necessary for me to come because I have not been cleared by the insurance. Otherwise I appreciate the service I get. Thank you.

The back room staff was polite and friendly. They greeted my child and I. The technician who took the x-rays was perfunctory at best and not very friendly especially to be working with a child. He repeatedly expressed pain and she just kept replying Dont move. A little warmer bedside manner would have been nice.

Clean. Air conditioned. Friendly staff. Minimal wait. Xrays done efficiently and correctly. Saw the dentist right away. Dentist did a quick, thorough exam. I was explained my options and prices. Excellent service all around.

I continue waiting an at 11:55AM I have approach the receptionist and ask her to cancel my appointment and also told her that I was going to report the issue with the consumer agency This place is money hungry. They will keep you waiting Over charge your Insurance card.

I came here in April to get my teeth checked just a normal check up, was told I have cavities so had them worked on ever sense my one of my tooths is sensitive to hot and cold drinks and another tooth get jolts of pain when I chew with it now. Cant even see my dentist again cause she has the same days off that I do and I cant see another dentist unless she refers me to another one.

I Never leave a review but the service was so terrible . I hope to save anyone the trouble of coming here. If you love yourself do not. The dentist left roots in my mouth was in a rush the entire time they were over booked . The dentist also banged my teeth with drill making them jagged . Another one of their staff treated me like I was crazy and didn’t know what I was talking about in my own mouth. Now I’m uncomfortable waiting for my mouth to heal to go to another dentist.

Let me start off by saying how much I hate going to the dentist. The whole dentist experience just gives me anxiety and I tend to procrastinate and talk myself out of going. What an awesome dentist he was so patient and answered all my concerns and questions and took his time! nothing about this experience felt rushed everyone took their time and accommodated and were very caring. Dr. Nima Aleahga was so gentle, I can say now that my fear of the of the dentist has changed he is so professional, friendly and gentle handed. I highly recommend him to all my friends, family, coworkers anybody that’s looking for a new dentist this is you’re bee dentist and the staff and dental assistants are all amazing!!! By far the best Dentist!!! in the whole Antelope Valley. This place is very unorganized for the pediatric side. My sons first time there and we Waited OVER an hour . Over heard other patients saying they have also been waiting an hour or more. Didn’t even get to met the dentist. I had to leave, And an other patient was right behind me. Consultations help offices to somewhat know what will be expected for the following visit.Therefore a simple calculation of procedure time will help in notifying the patient of the expected time waiting .If your patient enough to wait up to 2 hours. This is the place for you.

My personal favorite place to go to for my dental care. Andres the X-ray tech was quite humorous, kind and professional Dr Y and Dr Amir are by far my favorite dentists. I have never been so disrespected in my life like I did today this place that is supposed to be a “professional” dentist office and it’s is the worst place I have ever been too. To begin the Receptionist “Summer” I think her name is, Is the most rudest person I have come across she was so rude the way I was just standing and she would just be on her cell phone talking alot of bad words in Spanish and gossiping to who ever was on the phone with her and would ignore me when I would try to give her filled out papers or insurance information she was so rude that she had to tell who ever she was on the phone with “it’s because theirs a patient in front of me and whisper something” about me I was not ok by the way that I was treated as if I was bothering or in the way of her gossiping on her cellphone. I don’t know how or why they would have people like this working there.

I had an appointment for my son at 12pm he wasn’t seen for x-rays until 1:30 so I don’t even understand what the point is in making an appointment. They told me as soon as a room was available he would be next but 3 other people went before. It’s is now 2:30pm. No one knows what’s going on and I’ve been here for 2 1/2 hours WITH A TWO YEAR OLD!!!! I am beyond frustrated and will not be recommending this place or coming back due to the lack of organization. The dentist was great with my son during his x-rays but that’s only how far we gotten before getting frustrated and leaving.

Wait was EXTREMELY LONG!!! Was called earlier in the week to come at 4pm instead of 4:30 saying they closed at 5pm. Wasnt even seen by the dentist until almost 7pm. Unacceptable especially when children are waiting that long. Hopefully wait times in the future wont be that miscalculated.

This is a Very professional COVID-19 Clean and friendly staff and Dentists. This office go that extra mile to ensure all children and adults are treated with the upmost priority and respect. Children are given balloons and toys to engage trust and friendship. I LOVE THIS OFFICE AND ALL THE STAFF.

Horrible service if I can give them 0 stars I would. They had me pay thousands in advance only to give me the run around for a few months. Every time I had an appointment they would reschedule, and when I finally was helped they never knew why I was there they previously pull half my teeth and were suppose to make dentures for me and they never knew what was going on. I haven’t ate properly in 2 months because I’m missing so many teeth that they said I had to get removed. I still haven’t heard what’s going on. Please please consider twice before going to this horrible place.

I used to come here growing up. And have had some interesting experiences.REGULAR DENTIST: 1/5BE CAREFUL!!! I was very distrustful of the general dentist at this clinic when I became an adult because of how they would treat my parents and I even got up once when they wanted to fill in non existent cavities and left. I say non existent because the dentist couldn’t show me where they were on an X-ray or even what was going on, because I went in for a cleaning and next thing I know he shows up with drills, when I questioned him he was shocked and didn’t know what to say. If they can’t show or prove something to you or get angry at you for just wanting know more about your teeth or alternative treatment or if you just feel like something is off go somewhere else at the very least for a second opinion.Always! Always! Always, ask questions!!! If your dentist doesn’t answer those questions or get hostile and try to bully you into treatment go somewhere else. Always pay attention to the X-ray before they say anything. And pay attention if they recommend a deep cleaning a regular pocket is 1-3 and you can get away with 4 in the molars. Do not let them recommend one if you know they are healthy. You know your teeth!! You know your habits! It looks like this place just hands these out and root canals like candy. If you need work done always get a second opinion and look for other offices you can go to! A root canal should always be the last option! You need to try and do anything you can before that to save a tooth, and yes deep fillings are a thing they are called pulp caps don’t let the dentist here bully you into thinking you only have 2 options. A tooth has a fighting chance if nerve has not touched the decay.I went in for a crack I got on a back molar a few years ago when this place did my wisdom teeth extractions. They never addressed this when I came in after and I told them about it. I finally went in to this office again because I didn’t have a choice and this was now not just a crack but had turned into a cavity. When I saw the X-ray I saw that the cavity had not touched the nerve and the dentist tried bullying me into either doing a root canal or extraction, but apparently deep fillings are a thing and the decay hadn’t reached my nerve yet and I had no pain. He didn’t even cold test my tooth to see if it could be saved it. He also didn’t like it when I asked questions. He then assessed my teeth pockets for a deep cleaning and said I needed one, but I was paying attention to the numbers and my gums are healthy, and according to my new dental office I over brush so doing this would have been really bad for my teeth and gums. Did you know you can have receding gums from over brushing too!! I had no idea!!! Not once was this ever addressed nor did they ask about my dental habits.I don’t even think they screened me from oral cancer.A good dentist is always willing to explain and make your experience better not make it worse.And watch out for the insurance person they will try to convince you too accept certain treatments by using buzzwords to scare a no into a yes. I don’t blame them or the staff or anyone really this is just the way people here have always been trained for as long I can remember.I ended up going to Av Sierra Dental and got the help I needed. I went in terrified because of my experience at Family Dental Practice and walked out with a restored faith in my dental practitioners and what they are here to do. You just have to look for what’s right for you, and Family Dental Practice was not it for me.MY WORDS OF ADVICE:1. DO RESEARCH2. ASK QUESTIONS3. FIND A PLACE YOU CAN TRUST.Look up the places on Yelp, google, shop around see what feels right for you because I can tell you when you’re not anxiously sitting in the chair because you don’t trust your dentist any treatment goes by way smoother. This dentist office dont no what their doing. I have been without teeth for more than 3 months. I have gone to the dentist 4 times and each time I had to leave cuz they didnt contact my insurance. So myself called my insurance and the women from my insurance company ask for your phone number and called the dentist office and told them my insurance was good. So thats how I got the appointment for today. Something had to be done please. Just think how you would feel with no teeth. The women in the office there need to be train d better. They act like they dont no what they are doing.

My first visit was expected care. Nothing special. I had initially asked for a female dentist upon making the appt, but I was told by Vanessa/the dental assistant, that her favorite was Dr. Nima G. So, I chose to see him. He was nice and funny at times but after my second appt for the deep cleaning, and refilling, he demonstrated an attention deficit manner during the work in my mouth. He did not floss my teeth after the cleaning, either. I was numbed so I could not feel the left side of my mouth and the composite filling was not filed down enough in order for my bite to be correct in my mouth. I had appts for cancer treatments after that day and I was not able to go back to the dentist to finish the deep cleaning for the top row of my mouth and to fix the composite to fit in my bite.When Dentist Nima G. was finished with the refilling that day, he walked away without giving any directions on when to eat or drink with the numbing of my left lower jaw. I asked the front desk for clarification on his behalf.I do like to be seen at the appt time and I feel that this office needs to work on that. I will be going back to complete the deep cleaning for the upper row and refilling of an upper tooth, so I will give another review then.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! My appointment was at 10. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork the receptionist was too busy talking to other staff to give me all the paperwork needed as a new client so I had to be given more after I was already made to wait in my car. I waited an hour and forty minutes in my car to never be seen. After waiting an hour past my appointment I asked how much longer it was going to be. I was told The doctor was running behind due to a treatment taking longer than expected but I only had one person ahead of me. So I waited another 30 minutes and go in to check on progress to overhear another patient saying his appointment was at 9 am and he was told there was one person ahead of him.

Everyone in office is super nice and cooperative I love this dental office my teeth look great and I loved the assistant alex she was so friendly definitely 10/10

I had to get my root canal done somewhere else because I have particularly big roots that are twisted... but once that was done I went back to my main office, for my crown.. the doctor sent it back three times because the lab didn’t make it properly;. it didn’t fit right.. they were very good and I just got the final permanent crown this week… I don’t even feel it.. It feels like a normal tooth, much better than the two that the doctor did not agree with; so he made sure that it was done correctly, which I extremely appreciate.

First time coming to this office and I loved it! Felt very welcomed. Doctor explained everything to me from X-rays to what treatment needed to be done. Daisy was also very helpful. She made sure to explain the financials very well and was able to get me to start treatment that same day. I will be making this my permanent dental office.

Was scheduled for a consultation in the middle of the day on a Saturday only to be asked a couple questions by one of the dental assistants and that was it. Could have done that on the phone.

The staff here are wonderful individuals! Upon walking in you’ll have somebody check you in and take your temperature. My experience today was great. I was seen fairly quickly within ten minutes of waiting. Their new facility is spacious and clean. All staff comply with the personal protective equipment necessary required during the pandemic. Dr. Yaghobian, Andres and Zoila could not have attended me any better. They are attentive and maintain a high aura of professionalism. Thank you so much for your work. You are greatly appreciated!

First time at family dental practice and had a great experience. Kenia made me feel comfortable while taking my X-rays, she was very sweet. Great staff and friendly service, and I’m sure under their masks they all had smiles.

This office is very unorganized! I drive 50mins to this dental office just to be turned away. I had an exam done 2weeks ago. They told me what needed to be done. We set an appointment for me to be seen 2 wks down the line. They made changes to my appointment without giving me a courtesy call, so I wouldnt waste my time or money! I go in, just to be turned away....again!!! Thats the 2nd time something like this has happened with this particular office! I know I have HMO, but gosh!! I wont be returning 😡

Thier over booked and just please don’t trust them

My son had an appointment at 9am we were seen until almost 10am. They had several other patients at the same time. Once we enter the office thex-ray lady had very little experience in doing x-rays another lady had to assist in taking x-rays on 7 year old. Once we were place in the room, my son was briefly seen by Dr, who pointed to one out of 8 cavities. He did not have a cleaning done and that was the whole appointment. 2 hours in the office just for that.

The staff was extremely slow, I waited 3 hrs or more after my appointment time. I initially went in for a chipped tooth but ended up getting a wisdom tooth pulled. . An unrelated issue that wasn’t even causing me any pain to begin with but was told they couldn’t help me with the chipped tooth! They discharged me with no pain meds which left me in AGONIZING pain for hours until I could get the prescription filled and picked up and I can feel the stitches all the way in my throat. My mouth is still numb, I didn’t know what I was getting myself into and this surgery wasn’t explained to me beforehand, I feel duped, like it was done just for a paycheck and not for my benefit. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this place deserves it.

Its been 3 hours and yet I have not seen the dentist. I had an appointment set so it could be faster because I came on lunch break and man I hope I dont get written up.i walk out of the office twice and spoke with a lady to get the doctor .still no doctor ...Funny thing is in writing the review from my chair at the doctors office.still waiting.

This place is NOT A GOOD PLACE AT ALL!! If you an appointment at 10:00am you will not be seeing until two hours later, they live to waste your time. I’ve been there more then 3 times and all of three times I have been disappointed..

Office nice and clean. Techs were very friendly and adaptive for disabled. Dentist very thorough and explains procedures needed. Wait was a little long thats why not 5 stars.

The wait times are EXTREMELY long more often than not. They do NOT give you the courtesy of telling you that in advance, so youll have the option to reschedule. My appointment today was at 10am, I arrived at 930am. Its 11:30 am and Im STILL WAITING TO BE SEEN. They dont seem to go in order of arrival either which is unprofessional. When I asked for an estimate of how much longer itd be, no one had an answer. Its like they scheduled everyone for the same appointment time. The parking lot is FULL of people waiting. Im only staying because I have braces and need my bottom rows put on, which they were supposed to do 2 VISITS AGO! Honestly, Id never recommend this place. Hate to say it 🤷🏾‍♀️ Once my treatment is complete they NEVER have the business of my family again.

I love the service very quick and helpful. Doctor and staff are very cool and truly care about their patients.

I have been to this office on a couple of different occasions, and it seemed to get worse as the visits went on!First, they spread out your appointments for seemingly no particular reason. I have never been anywhere that doesn’t do your teeth cleaning same day if there is nothing else to be done.Second, it really doesn’t matter what time your appointment is because you’ll end up waiting 2 hours anyway.The only upside is the staff is nice, and their new office is clean as well.Seems they schedule to many people at the same time, and then the service they give you once your actually in is very lackluster.

Fast.service staff is very polite. Dentist was willing to explain things and seemed very knowledgable

I brought my 11 year old son in for an exam and ANDRES was very friendly, easy going and professional. I appreciate his patience, as I know working with children is not easy but he did it with so much kindness. I give him 10 stars if I could. Keep up the excellent patient care/customer service!!!

Staff is very friendly and polite to patients, however the wait time is too excessive. My appointment was at 11am and did not get seen until around 12:30pm. X-rays were taken and then was seated in a room to wait for the doctor. Doctor came by 30 min later and was gone within 5 min. All seemed ok and his recommendation was just a deep cleaning. At 1:40pm I was still waiting to get the cleaning done. Staff were standing around, cracking jokes and being a tad unprofessional (doctors talking about patients in their language as well as assistants talking in Spanish about patients). I got up and left almost unnoticed. My family also went there last Saturday, their Appoinment was at 9am and they weren’t out until almost 2pm. I’d rather go to my dentist in LA where I get seen at my Appoinment time and get more than 5 min with my dentist to make sure my dental health is on point.

They make multiple appointments at the same time for multiple patients. I had a 2:00 appointment and I heard at least three other people say there appointment was for 2:00 with the same doctor. Why?

My first experience at The Family Dental Practice of Lancaster took place on November 17, 2020 was outstanding. From the moment I checked to getting screened, my X-rays, dental exam, and finally the scheduling of my follow on appointments I was treated with upmost care in a very relaxing environment. I would proudly recommend this clinic to anyone. Thanks so much to the associates and doctor who took excellent care of me. I will see you wonderful folks very soon and keep those 80s tunes playing in the background. Lol!

Well let me start by saying I myself work in the dental field & I absolutely LOVE this office !! The staff is so sweet & patient & the back office assistant Andreas is my FAVORITE! He has been working with my younger sister since she was a little girl 🥺 & he was awesome ! You can tell he loves his career & when we can tell , that is everything !! 💜 other than my own office lol this is my fav !

Today I came in for my appointment and Andreas helped me he has been helping me since I been little I feel comfortable with him because he is the Best he is so sweet and patient and you can tell he loves his job but I love the whole staff they are so nice and they don’t have any attitude or anything this place is so amazing.

The Staff was courteous, friendly, and most accommodating. I needed an urgent tooth extraction, and rather than put me off, they had me come in the very next day (a Saturday), and got me in & out in under 2 hours. The on duty oral surgeon (Dr. Morrisette) was great.

Keep the patients happy and chairs full thats what family dental practice brings to the table😁 Thank you for always providing good service they have wonderful doctors and great staff Andres always takes good care of my family thank you family dental.

I had this place do a referral for a oral surgeon, to remove some teeth that a orthodontist ask for ( ortho wrote down what teeth needed to be removed. they did the referral but put down the wrong teeth to be removed. Thankfully I had ask what teeth they were going to be pulling out. Double check anything that comes out with this people. All they care is about the money n how many people they can schedule.

I have been to this practice a few times each time they put a request for work done and never contact me again one time I called because I received a letter from insurance saying they needed better X-rays i had to call the dentist office to get more done that was a year ago and I have not received a response which leads me to believe second X-rays were not turned in my last visit was at 12:30 I was in the waiting room waiting for 2 X-rays till 2:10 pm then put in a room and made to wait again when the doctor was told I was next he said she is limited And she can wait

My son’s Appointment at 9:00am, wait for 3.5 hours till 12:30pm ONLY had X-ray done( that took about 10min), We asked for the estimate waiting time to see dentist, no one was able to give the answer.🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I don’t see the difference between walk-in and Appt. It was totally messed up. Then we were told either reschedule for the cleaning and sealing or wait another 30min to get service. I’ve never heard of any dental visit for almost 4 hours Only for a basic cleaning and sealing .The lady in the front desk had an attitude when help us reschedule. She would repeat her questions loudly as if we didn’t understand English. Bad service, bad experience , wouldn’t recommend to anyone!😫😫

The first time I went i did not like the dentist I saw at all. But when I went back for my fillings the dentist and his assistant were amazing!
