This was absolutely the best dental experience I have had! All of the staff are friendly, and even though youre in pain, they can have you laughing and give you the most enjoyable time that you can have in a dental setting! Very experienced, I have had dental experiences in the past that were just excruciatingly painful, and this experience definitely surpasses it all! You will be blessed by the Lord Jesus stepping through the doors, as it has been a blessing to me in my family! Be sure to visit them and you will find out what Im talking about!

Dentist and and Hygienist ate excellent but the staff at the desk are not efficient. They do not communicate or keep records . Was sorry to leave my Dentis.

I have been going to the same location for 25 years, back when it was Carano Dental Group. Dr Carano is now teaching dentistry at a university and has retired from the practice. Even though it is under new ownership, I continue to go there. Most of the same staff have stayed on over the past few years since he retired, and Dr. Stuccio is wonderful. I had some restorative work done recently on old bonding/composites because they were discolored from 25 years of red wine. In less than an hour she had my smile ready for my next Zoom Conference call ! Thanks Dr. S. !

I visited this office for the first time recently. I was having pretty extreme pain in my tooth. Dr Angstadt reviewed the X-ray and thought that my pain was coming from a nerve and I would need a root canal. After investigating further, he was pretty sure if he fixed a large cavity I had, it would fix my problem and I would no longer need the root canal. Sure enough, he fixed the big cavity with a filling and my pain has gone away and I avoided a root canal! He also came into the office when they were closed just for me. He also checked in with me via text later that evening to see how I was doing. I appreciated that he not only saved me money, but he was very accommodating and kind!

Overall the office is mediocre. The dentists and support staff are friendly. The tools and chairs are heavily used and appear old. I had an appointment on October 9th and could not make it due to a conflict in my schedule. I was very rudely told that the next appointment would be in February (4 months away). I thought it was a joke at first, but they were serious. I was also told they have a call list, but I would not be called because they never get to it. I personally would not go to a dentist that cannot see you for four months, so I have since switched.

The staff would not apply the new patient promo they advertise online for our first visits and booked my apts back to back instead of simultaneously as I requested. They knowingly list their current providers in- network with insurance plans (that their billing provider does not participate in) without regard for the financial impact of that misleading practice on new, unknowing patients. The cleanings were not thorough or in line with the high quality of other providers we have used. The staff did not communicate well from the start and are not service oriented. I would not recommend them.

First time going in I was seen quickly. The hygienist and Dr. Pete were very professional and knowledgeable with what my issue seemed to be. I plan to change my current dental provider to them.

Dr. Innacola is a wizard. The dentist is like my biggest fear and Ive had bad experiences in the past with previous dental practices but this dentist is amazing. I always leave pain free and everything is fixed quick and easy.

These guys are great! Ive been taken care of by Peter and Anne on different visits, both for fillings. Their attention to patient comfort is the best and they are very friendly and kind. It makes going to the dentist so much better when you know theyll take care of you and treat you well.

Outstanding customer service and dental work. If you have anxiety about seeing a dentist this is the office to visit. They have a natural gift to make you comfortable and at ease. My husband and I live out of state, and when its time for our next visit we will be making either a very long drive or flying to come here. Its that worth it!!!

Ive never been a huge fan of going to the dentist, especially after a bad experience as a child. Im also not a huge fan of needles at all, so a needle in the mouth terrifies me!I started to see another large dental practice in the Lancaster area a year ago and was not completely satisfied with the treatment plan that was created for me. I decided to visit Carano Dental Group since I heard good things about them. I have to say that Ive had nothing but GREAT experiences with their practice. Everyone in the office has been super pleasant to interact with and have made something that Ive been terrified of easy to get through. Ive had fillings and Dr. Innacola and his assistants have been awesome! The front-office team is friendly and great to deal with as well.Overall, I would recommend Carano Dental Group. Ive had nothing but great experiences!

Went in for a second opinion. not only was i impressed on their hours; making it much easier to GET to the dentist outside of my work schedule, but the customer service was A++. I had the pleasure of working with Dr Kelly, she was very knowledgeable and personable, you can tell she is passionate about her profession. Im very happy I came here for a second opinion, they assured me my minor previously assigned issues were false, plus they helped me with my desired treatment THAT DAY. I was referred to this office by a friend, and I will definitely be passing along the favor of referral for Carano Dental Group. Thanks guys!

Customer service and professionalism have met and exceeded my expectations

This is probably the best dental office Ive ever been to!

Avoid Caranos circus. Horrifying, unconscionable, room-temperature IQ staff. I was 4 minutes early for my appointment, and they canceled it. They gave me a song and dance that I was 11 minutes late so they refused to honor my appointment. The truth is that they made a mistake with the appointment, and I was actually early. I still have the voice mail message to prove their idiocracy. Go somewhere else, Caranos is a corrupt and unethical dump with Broom Hilda at the helm of the ship as the receptionist from Hell!
