Very nice office, front office is very polite, Tyler is very patient and explains all treatment thoroughly. Nelly does excellent X-rays without any pain. Dr Naguib is great as well, and highly recommended. He has great chair side manners and explains all diagnoses. I’m glad I’ve found this office, the dentist isn’t my favorite but they have made me very comfortable at my visit. I will refer my family and friends here.

Came in for my appointment and I was quickly attended by a beautiful dental assistant by the name of Karla. I would definitely recommend this dental care office for people who are looking for the best service.

Moved to the area and was very careful about finding a great dentist. Many years ago we had a dental nightmare with one of our kids. Anyhow, this place is exceptional. The front office staff is wonderful, the hygienist is amazing, and the dentist is awesome. We will eventually get my sons braces here as the orthodontist is in extremely informative as well. This is a great place for adults and my kids love it too.

I don’t recommend this office to anyone. I walk to go to check in and I don’t even get a greeting. Okay fine. Whatever maybe they’re having a bad day? The same woman is wearing an AirPod while sitting up there. If I’m coming to a dental office and I am not even greeted and you’re wearing an AirPod are you serious? The reviews written on here are obviously fake. How does everyone have only one review?They are so disorganized and RUDE. I saw the way they treated me is the same way they treated all the other patients.. like garbage. When they take a patient back it’s never a hi how are you I’m so and so it’s a (insert name) and they start walking back. Like? They are so unfriendly! My god. Waste of my time.

I just had the best experience at a dentists office in my 68 years. Dr Ramy is by far one of the best dentists I have come in contact with, my tooth extractions was painless and quick. I recommend Premier Dental Care and especially Dr. Ramy.

Absolutely love this place. Theyre all phenomenal professionals. I wont go anywhere else. Theyre totally COVID-2019 compliant. I feel completely safe there!I live in Mojave, theyre conveniently located on the BLVD right across from the library.They take their time to make sure Im completely comfortable. Im not afraid of the dentist like I hear others are, Im actually more in fear of being numbed and they work great with me.Ive had lots and lots of procedures done here over the years from cleaning, extractions, root canals and implants too. All of which i am completely satisfied with.Complete dental care is what they do! They take PRIDE in what they do, all of which is outstanding!!Thank you for being there!!

The doctor was AMAZING! He made sure I understood everything before my procedure, and also made sure i was comfortable through the process/surgery. However, the front desk was absolutely unsatisfactory. I inquired about oral sedation 3 separate times and was told the doctor said it wasnt offered, just to be asked by the doctor himself why I had CHOSEN not to be sedated in any way. I ended up being fully awake and aware during the procedure as a result of the office ladies lackadaisical job habits. The office staff gets 3 stars.

I called to ask about a consultation for tmj problems because their website lists that they provide those services but the girl who answered the phone told me to go to my dentist and get referred to a specialist because they don’t do that…. Why even list that type of help? If you have tmj problems I would waste my time calling here.

If they mess up your appointment you can count on them to reschedule you months after your original appointment. I was scheduled for a 4:45pm cleaning, only to find out they don’t schedule anything past 4:15pm, yet I was originally scheduled for that 4:45 time slot. Never have had any issues with this dentist office but schedule mishaps definitely stopped me from giving this place a 5 star review.

They have the worst aditude there. They act like they are the only dentist around. They speak about you like if you are not in front of them. There bed side manor is terrible. I go to the Palmdale office. They are 100 Xs better in treating you like a patient.

The best experience I’ve had at any dentist! The staff was so kind and welcoming. Especially Stephanie, she really went out of her way for me! They were so accommodating, as well as the Dr who did my wisdom teeth extraction. He was very thorough with me and made sure to go over everything with me himself. For someone who pays for dental all out of pocket it was a good and reasonable experience, especially for wisdom teeth removal.

Let me start by saying, I absolutely hate the dentist. Ive always had bad experiences as far back as I can remember. Im 31 now and finally had to do something about my wisdom teeth on top of a broken molar I had as well. I Googled for a few days and read reviews ended up going with Premier Dental after all the good I read. From the first time I walked in the building the entire staff was AWESOME! Very friendly and helpful, funny, easy going like they actually like their jobs! Did all my x-rays and pre teeth removal mumbo jumbo all without any pain whatsoever. The nurse who did it all was fast and extremely easy on my face! Surgery time came April 3rd at 8am, I walked in at 750am paid my money joked about how nervous I was. They came to get me to go back at 758, I got in the chair they had me hooked up and ready to go, IV in and at 805 I remember looking at my watch and I went out. The Surgeon who did my teeth as well as the 2 dental assistants who helped him are FANTASTIC! I woke up at 835am done, with gauze in my mouth packed, and all numb! I dont remember his name but man he is freaking Fast and Amazing at what he does. Im typing this up about 36 hrs after my surgery and my mouth feels fine. Barely any swelling, no bruises, I honestly could have done this without the Tylenol, I maybe have taken 2 since surgery, I had 4 wisdom teeth and 1 molar pulled out! 5 teeth gone and stitched up in under 30 min. I was able to walk in my own house up my stairs not even 30 min after surgery. If I see this doctor again Im buying him a case of beers. Cant explain how happy I am with these people. If you are nervous or hate the dentist like me, do yourself a favor and go see Premier Dental. My doc also called me about 8pm, 12hrs after he pulled all my teeth and Im assuming after he was done with his day, from his personal cell and told me not to hesitate to call him of I had any issues whatsoever. But I havent because he did a phenomenal job! Thank you to the entire staff at Premier Dental, you guys are awesome! Made my worries of the dentist dissappear and you will be my go to place for everything now as long as I live in this valley! Im honestly excited about doing all my Dental work with you guys! Again thank you all!

I recently visited Premier to go over what work I need done and they were very thorough and gentle with their x-rays and inspections. Also very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and clearly explained the steps that need to be taken. The office staff was all very friendly. Stephanie in particular was very helpful with all the information I needed and gladly answered any questions I had! Highly recommend Premier Dental!

Literally the ONLY office I will go to for dental work (I have massive anxiety at the dentist). Staff is kind and friendly and Emilie is the best hygienist. She is gentle and made my cleaning an altogether pleasant experience. Dr. Naguib is great, too. He answers all of my questions and listens to any concerns. Never any treatment recommended beyond what is necessary and appropriate. Only good experiences here so far and I am not even dreading my next appointment!

Took my adult son in for a cleaning and exam. He had not been to a dentist in several years. Premier Dental Care had a cancellation and was able to get him in in one day. They spent a good amount of time getting his x-rays done, cavities filled, and the hygienist took extra care in getting his teeth cleaned. The doctor went above and beyond to take care of all his dental needs in the one day that my son was in town. I’ve always been careful when it comes to visiting new places. So I was a little nerves to come. But after my first visit those feelings went away. My hygienists we also very comforting, the got straight to the job and I didn’t experience any pain. The doctor was also very professional and was informative of the condition of my teeth. He took my personal goals into consideration and set up future appointments to achieve those goals. I was very impressed with the staff and how smooth the entire process was. Today was our first visit. Both my girls (4 & 1) had exams. Kali needed an extraction. I kid you not, it was the FASTEST procedure Ive ever seen. It probably took them about 5 minutes!The girls at the front desk were very friendly and understanding.
