The doctor I had was very friendly and professional. He spoke to me like a human being which was quite refreshing considering some other experiences I have had in other medical settings. The whole process ran smoothly. All the staff I dealt with handled their tasks efficiently. I was in and out of there in no time. Highly recommend.

I came to the ENT center for migraines, they got me in so quickly! The providers that i saw were so knowledgeable and understanding, they really listened to my problems and got my migraines under control. i have been to many doctors and nobody has taken such good care of me and actually took the time to understand and get control of my issues!!! If you want to be in good hand go to the ent center in lancaster and they will be there for you every step of the way!!!

Very clean, nice staff, everyone is very polite and the doctors are really good.

It is really hard to reach anyone to talk with anyone in person. Yesterday morning I called with a simple rescheduling question and left a message. No one returned my call, and when I tried to call again after 24 hours of no response, I was on hold for at least 15 minutes (kept on pressing 0) until finally someone picked up the call. I sure hope I never have to call Dr. Dorf for any reason. I may not be able to get through or have my messages returned in a timely fashion. The staff is friendly when Im there, but the phone service could use some help. --Doris Beachy

If I could give this place no stars I would. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, after driving an hour to get there only to be told that I was at the wrong location. The office specifically told me that I was to be at the Lancaster office. She had me sit in my car for over 30 minutes trying to squeeze me in, even though I had a scheduled appointment. I was told that they could not see me and to please reschedule. This is such poor and unprofessional business practices. I will definitely not be rescheduling and will be letting all of my friends and family know to avoid this practice.

I had a hearing test done here. I lost total hearing in my left ear.... After the test I was told the doctor would be in touch. Well that was in may and its now August and the doctor never called. Also my hearing hasnt come back at all...... I will be going to a different ENT doctor that will actually help me

Very friendly and professional staff. Out of nowhere sinus infection that keeps going away then coming back. Very depressing for a guy who lives in the gym and running. I really hope he fixes me up!! Thanks for being caring.

GREAT Staff, Easy Check-in with staff being very helpful on forms. Doctor was OUTSTANDING and did a very detail exam. Answered all my questions and left glad I went to have my hearing checked. Also glad I did not need hearing device even though my wife said I did...... I would recommend them to anyone.

Had our first visit Monday, got tubes done Wednesday by Thursday my little babe was perfectly fine. They were wonderful, quick and informative. The confidence from the staff translated and made this such an easy procedure for us. Excited for our follow up appointment to see how far weve come.

Had 30% hole in my ear from tubes. They were the first ones to agree to operate because of position of hole. They were able to get my hearing above average.

My wife had a procedure done here in January. The nurse attempted to put something in her nose to numb it so a tube could be inserted for the procedure. The nurse proceeded to get some of the fluid in not one - but both of my wife’s eyes. The doctor was concerned that she’d have trouble seeing. To add injury to insult, I received an itemized statement of charges the following month. They had overcharged us for approximately $40. When I called and inquired, they acknowledged that we had a $40 credit and wondered if we wanted a refund or if they should save it for our next visit. I said we weren’t planning on coming back so I wanted a refund. I asked what would have happened if I hadn’t asked for the statement and noticed the credit. Would we have received a refund at the end of the year? The answer was no. They would have kept the money and not informed us of the credit. Not a good experience in any way.

I have been coming here for several years. It started when I had fluid in my ears. Dr. Bodner is so friendly and put me at ease right away. In fact, the entire staff is top notch. Ive had tubes inserted in my ears by Dr. Bodner and Dr. DaCosta, and reconstructive surgery in my left ear by Dr. Miller. The audiologists are very patient, too. I often refer my friends here for different issues. They even help me work out payments when that becomes an issue. I would recommend The ENT Center 100%.

Super great with my sometimes difficult son. His surgery was a huge success in fixing the problem and everyone genuinely cared for him. Thank you all SO much!

I wouldnt give even one star to this place. I went for just regular check up and then doctor asks me to do MRI. Few days later I receive a bill of $200. This is insane! Costco does the ear checkup for free. I wish I knew this earlier I would have saved my money. Also they do charge no show fee which they dont tell u when u book the appointment.When I requested the billing dept if they could take out the no show fee, the representative said she will have to check and get back to me. Guess what she never called me back n then I received another bill with late payment charges. All they do is charge more n more money! Never going to this place ever!

Was hear for my grandmother and the staff was great. The doctor really too the time to explain everything to both of us. Office was clean and the receptionist was super polite and positive.

I waited for almost an hour before being seen. When the doctor finally saw me he dismissed my input and told me everything looks fine. Never got any results, reports, or follow up of any kind. Totally unprofessional atmosphere. DO NOT VISIT THEM

Wait times are absolutely ridiculous! This place has got to improve on their scheduling. Everytime 45 min to an hour seen after appt. time. If patients are expected to be ontime do should the doctors!!!
