I am new to this office. I have been wearing hearing aids for 12 years. I, just this week, received my Sharkey Livio 2400 AI RIC hearing aids. I am hearing things that I havent heard in years with my previous brand of hearing aids. The hearing test was thorough and Chris ability to customize them to my particular level of hearing loss is astounding. His patience, understanding, and willingness to listen (no pun intended) and adjust them to my satisfaction has been quite refreshing. Ive had hearing tests at other entities that sell hearing aids. Hearing Health USA is by FAR the best hearing test Ive received. By the way, after my first hearing test, it was not recommended that I get hearing aids at the time. I went back twice more over a period of time before it was deemed that I needed hearing aids after the third test.I recommend Hearing Health USA, Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster to my friends. Dr. Brown is first rate! Hes knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and sincerely wants what is best for his patients. Darla is so courteous, helpful, and truly strives to make the experience in the office and over the phone the best it can be for the patients! I was introduced to Christopher Brown, NBC-HIS at Hearing Health USA from an invitation in the mail for a free hearing test. I decided to go and see what percentage my hearing loss was. I’ve had hearing aides for several years, but due to what my insurance would pay for and what hearing aides my insurance company would use, mostly the “cheaper” brand I never heard correctly. Nothing ever helped and I would not wear them consistently. My life was mostly silent and my extremely poor hearing separated me from social events, friends and gatherings. This man, Christopher Brown, through his professional and careful examination of what I heard and could not hear, he prescribed for me, hearing aides that absolutely changed my entire life! My husband and I are extremely happy with the results and technology of what I received. Christopher Brown explained everything in detail about my problems and taught me everything that I needed to know to care for my absolutely miraculous hearing aides! Great experience for the hearing text. Job well done. It also enabled me to navigate through my hearing aids up and coming some day. I just wont be buying them from the salesman I spoke to after the test. No only did he pressure me into buying a pair of aids on the spot but he truly didnt know a whole lot about what he was talking about.
