I had my ears checked and new aids and out the door in no time! The staff are the ultimate for professional, knowledgeable and courteous service. Five smiles too! I think their names were Dispenser Evelyn and Lori at the front desk. They are the best of the best!

This is a franchise but it is ran like a small business. They know me by name and help me in absolutely anyway they can! Lori and Dr. Evelyn are so friendly and great at their jobs and they were even able to fit my dad with my old pair for no money! He needed them terribly... Finding a good audiologist after my regular childhood doctor, Dr. Larry McPherson passed away was difficult so I am very happy to have found this place!. I dont see how they could be any better! I will forever be their customer as long as they stay in business.

Bar none, the best experience I have ever had with any Audiology or Hearing Aid facility. This is a professional practice that actually takes the business of helping people seriously. To spare a long story, they did not HAVE to help me, but they DID - they did everything possible to make sure that for the FIRST time ever, I actually have hearing aids. They have also been supporting my son with his hearing aid needs for years. No high pressure sales either: they explain your options including what your insurance covers and/or what you can actually afford. It may take a while to get an appointment but it is worth the wait! I have nothing but love for the entire staff at HearUSA Lancaster California!

Got my new hearing aids there, Dr.Evelyn was very professional, took a long time testing me& cking all my issues,Went with True hearing premium RIC, had them make molds, very happy to hear sounds I couldn’t with my old aids, During Covid, Lori was extremely nice to change my tubes, at no charge, where others charged me $90. So when I decided to upgrade my hearing aids, they were my first choice.Every one there is so nice, can’t say enough great things about them.

Evelyn and her sister store in Escondido helped me get the new signia pure x aids during the pandemic. Just finished with the final adjustments. Anything that bothers me about hearing settings, she goes into the aids and adjusts it. She’s like a hearing aid magician! Lol. Oh and I should mention that because of the pandemic I couldn’t go to the store so they shipped the hearing aids to my house and then had me connect my hearing aids to my phone so they could go in and make some adjustments. Hands down the best hearing aid dispenser on the market. Thank you again for all the help.
