My experience through the audio exam and the fitting of hearing aids was positive. The aids did not work well with my house maintenance work, so I did not keep them, but I will have another exam in 2 years and will stay with Red Rose Hearing again.

A high level of professionalism that you would expect at a University hospital but with a touch of personal caring that is only available at a local audiologist...I have used Dr. Bennawit in the past to get a custom molded aviation headset and her level of care and understanding far exceeded my expectations.

These folks are professionals and do a great job. I have never had to wait beyond the time of my appointment, and I have been using their services for many years. Maria and Tami are educated and trained in what they do so they are up on all the new products availabe, and its always with a smile. Marie solved my problem in minutes. I thought I was going deaf in my left ear. I did what I could to try to repair my hearing aid, and I though my ears were cleaned so I didnt give it much hope. I left with much need wax guards and batteries and with my hearing back to where it used to be. Rose Tammy and Marie always make you feel comfortable.

I am a family Physican who took my 96year old mother to see Dr Brouse for worsening hearing loss. Her evaluation was superb, carefully assessing how her hearing loss has affected her life, and evaluating how her current hearing aids were (or were not) able to meet her needs. She spent ample time to tailor a recommendation for her particular environment. Our treatment was very personal and professional. We left with a high level of confidence in this clinician and practice.

This is the best place for a audiologist. Tammy is not pushy and she cares about her clients! Maria is also a great audiologist! Most of our concern was ,of course the expense of a new set of hearing aids. I ,perhaps am realizing that at 86, I may not even need them anymore. While I seem to think and want to do all the things I did when I was 40. It just aint so anymore, and am being restricted more and more. Thus the latest fall from a ladder attempting to take down our Christmas Decorations. I do believe I cracked several ribs and did some unGodly damage to my ankle . Well then my Eye Doctor suggested that I get in touch with the Veterans Association. I havent before because I am so old.
