If you have kidney stones go anywhere else I would leave negative stars if possible.i was referred to chiles by the e.r. when I found out I had 2 kidney stones to large to pass.he told me i needed surgery where he would go in with a laser and break it up and remove it with a basket. after waiting awhile i finally agreed told them to get both since they are going in there they said no problem. Got the surgery after which he said he got the big one but couldnt find the smaller one.i was not happy about that.go for follow up to get stint removed they say everything looks good.fast forward 2 months and I pass a stone the size he supposedly removed.i am mad then.i know it isnt a new stone b/c i havent had any kidney pain. So not only did he not remove the 2nd stone he didnt even remove the big stone he said he did. didnt even break it up into small pieces.all he did was pull it out of my ureter into my bladder and left it there. So save yourself money pain and aggravation and go somewhere else.

Dr. Chiles is a world-class urologist. Id recommend him to everyone except I dont want him so busy that I cant get an appointment!

If youre looking for a real honest review, you need to read this. for those who are suffering from kidney problems go seek another doctor. i would give this place zero star if i can. worst customer service. they couldnt even get my name right. horrible sense of responsibility when it comes to sudden serious medical updates, and on the other hand the doctor himself is not any better. he didnt see a problem in NOT BEING ABLE TO URINATE and said no medicine is needed, which three doctors disagreed with him later. there is no word can explain the disgust i felt while dealing with both office and doctor. I was treated different, not even like an important human being. Im not going to say a race problem, but it felt like it very much especially when doctor is refusing to put a little effort to help my kidney problem. Again, dont waste your time and money in this clinic. I thought the good reviews here are real. I dont usually write bad reviews, but this experience was beyond common sense. I dont want anyone to suffer like i did.

Greatest kidney dr ever just to think without dr chiles i wouldnt be here today he took my left kidney out due to cancer very caring dr explains things to where u understand and what steps that can be took and what to expect when he says he will be there throughout it all he will 100%

Dr. Chiles has been my Urology Dr. for the past 3yrs. Dr. Chiles is very knowledgeable (always learning) , professional, takes great pride in what he does and always wants the BEST for is patients.

Dr. Chiles performed a TURP procedure this past Wednesday morning and on Friday the nurse removed my catheter after filling my bladder with about 20 cc of sterile water and I was able to void the 20 cc of water with some clots and bloody urine. I cannot give enough praise for once again being able to void my urine with a strong flow. I have suffered problems with my bladder and prostate for over five years now and the results are great. The TURP only took about 30 minutes to do. It was SUCCESS!!! Thank you Dr. Walter Chiles.

Why do they even set an appointment time if you still have to wait over an hour to see the doctor? Horrible service, I’ll find another doctor next time!
