Very unprofessional. Very cold and wont hesitate to tell a woman about to give birth to go somewhere else instead of doing her job.

Dr Cadigan has been my gynecologist for almost 10 years. She has always been professional, caring, and a great listener. She has let me have a say in my own healthcare. She has patiently answered any questions I had. I have had 2 D&Cs and a hysterectomy that she has performed, and I have all the confidence in the world in her.

This office has been nothing but unprofessional and incompetent. I had a miscarriage and the D&C wasnt scheduled until almost a week later because of the Thanksgiving Holidays and I ended up passing the baby at home. 4 months later, I got pregnant again only to have to deal with the following: my 1 year old was not feeling well and I had to reschedule. The scheduler treated me like I was being irresponsible and that Dr. Cadigan wont like this. I had to re-explain why I couldnt come in a few times for her and she ended up transferring me to the nurses voicemail so I could again re-explain that my son wasnt feeling well and I needed to stay home with him. How entirely odd. At my 24 week check up my appt was scheduled at 3:30PM. I still had not been taken back by 4:45PM. It takes me 30 min to drive there, and because we have no family in the area, my husband has to take off work to watch our baby. I had to reschedule after waiting well over an hour. They treated me like I had no right to be upset about the over-an-hour wait time, with no courtesy call beforehand. Even with knowing that my husband has to take work off, there was no apology. I was rescheduled for the following week. I am 25 weeks pregnant at this point. I called beforehand to make sure the doctor was on time with appts. I was told by Savanna that “yes, Dr Cadigan is for once on time today.” I am halfway to the office and receive a call from Savanna saying that Cadigan is delivering a baby and if I can come in at 4. The amount of time it takes me to get there plus with my husband already taking work off, it was a no. I get to the office to wait. Realizing that Cadigan would most likely not be back in time to see scheduled patients, I asked if Christina could at least take my vitals and my urine sample, and listen to my babys heartbeat. They said no because the doctor wasn’t present. This excuse ended up to be an apparent lie. I was treated with much disrespect by Savanna. Given that Ive had a miscarriage through this office and they were refusing to even check the babys heartbeat was completely appalling to me. I rescheduled for that Friday to see Dr Cadigan and pleaded to have vitals checked and baby’s heartbeat checked before I left. Christina then said how do we know youll even come Friday? I was going to come back, but what is the difference, they couldnt just take my babys heartbeat? I said I might transfer given the mistreatment and refusal of something so simple, and me driving this far for nothing. Christina relented and took me back to check the babys heart beat. It had nothing to do with the doctor not being there but they felt like it was a waste of “their time” to examine the heartbeat. Before this, they acted like it was vital that I come in no more than two days after heartbeat and vitals were checked to see the doctor (that same Friday) so two days in a week my husband would have to take time off work only for me to receive a phone call from the office manager the following day saying that the Doctor said maybe it would be best if I transferred to another doctor to fit my needs. Dr. Cadigan didnt even call me herself. And apparently me being told that coming in on Friday was a “critical appt” the doctor obviously didn’t find necessary at all. They don’t actually care. Now, at 25 weeks pregnant they wouldnt even provide me with a list of doctors that would consider taking late transfers knowing full well that we are not from this state and are not familiar with the hospitals. The doctor is also aware that I have to get my rhogam shot at 28 weeks or I have a high risk of miscarrying. She is also aware that the late pregnancy transfer to another practice is not a quick process. I have been so disgusted with how uncaring, inappropriate, and unprofessional an entire staff could be. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Much love for Dr. Cadigan! She is wonderful and I am grateful for her as my OB/GYN. She was very caring and professional during my entire pregnancy and I am very honored that she delivered my daughter. I still see her for regular appointments and always feel comfortable with her!

Always has time for you. As others have noted, her practice is very busy, but they are all polite and pleasant. I have only had to wait a long time ONCE. And that was because of an emergency c-section. Cant complain about that. Her patients come first. Christina (her nurse) is fabulous. Tina is also incredible. Thank you to everyone.

I love this medical group. Dr. Cadigan is a fantastic doctor. She has an extremely busy schedule (you can tell just by sitting in the wait area) but she has always been very attentive, answered any questions I had, she has been proactive with any issues or complications that presented themselves in my current pregnancy and with my son who is almost 4. Her nurse is also great and has always returned my calls promptly. The other staff (front desk, office, lab and ultrasound) are all very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind also!

They were such a great team. They made my delivery so smooth ( I switched to them mid pregnancy) and felt very at home and was glad to have a his and hers team deliver my precious baby. Being a new mom and having not planned my pregnancy- they made things very comforting and had great delivery with them. You wont be let down.

Dr. Cadigan has been my doctor since I was 16 years old her and her nurse has been so great. I had my first C-Section and was very scared to undergo this procedure. My delivery was as smooth as it could be and have had no problems following. I now have a health 5 month old son. I recommend her and her staff to ANYONE. Also I saw Dr. Shroeder a couple times throughout my pregnancy and he was wonderful too. Just a all around great medical group!

Dr.Cadigan wasnt my doctor. My OBGYN was actually Dr.Yang but when I went in to labor on a Saturday with a complete placenta previa Dr.Cadigan was the doctor who performed my emergency c-section and she was wonderful! I had a wonderful recovery. She was very thorough from the moment I arrived at the hospital. They had everything ready for my c-section. I know have an 8 month old daughter who was born a month early but is thriving and doing well! Dr.Cadigan was great!

Doctors are great but the office staff and nurse came off as judgemental and unhelpful. The office staff scheduled my ultrasound on a day that they didnt even have a technician on duty, so I made arrangements to take off of work only to be called two days before my appointment by another receptionist who verbatim said the other receptionist must have been smoking weed when she made your appointment, because we dont have a tech that day. How reassuring ! They also threatened to discharge me as a patient because I had a hard time working around their schedule to take off of work, saying they had to track me down in order to get me to come in to be seen ! Very unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend this office if you are seeking courteous treatment and a stress-free pregnancy. Like I said, no issues with the doctors themselves, however the office staff and nurse I had were not understanding and caused me a lot of stress. So much infact that I have changed OBGYNs and hospitals completely during my seventh month of gestation.
