My wife and I had to be tested for Covid. They squeezed us both in and did a thorough exam and answered all questions. While the isn’t pleasant staff was fantastic at administering the test.

They are exceptional at this little clinic!! They are always quick and efficient and the kindest ever.

Came here to get a TB skin test, I dont understand why you have to pay twice I get once to administer the dose/test but why to read it, when all you do is look at the arm and sign a piece of paper. Kinda ridiculous

I was on hold for almost 4 minutes before someone answered the phone only to find out that even though I had an appointment, they had no covid tests and no one seemed it appropriate to let me know.

Very friendly and helpful. My initial visit was quick, easy, & helpful. I believe I messed up my web login, & they have been friendly helpful & understanding. I know they have to be busy (fall of 2020), but they were always friendly & helpful.

I’ve been recovering from an upper respiratory infection which was diagnosed by the clinic on a Saturday and I have had sinus issues added to it, which my doctor had checked. Following that dr appointment on the following Saturday morning I felt terrible and needed medical attention. I checked the clinic website to see what time the clinic opened and the website did not mention to be seen by appointment only.Therefore, at the clinic I received rude attention with no eye contact by both ladies working the clinic. One lady’s name tag said clinic manager and she acted like she didn’t even want to be there. The ladies rudely told me and another lady wanting to be seen that it was by appointment only and we could wait to see if we could be worked in. We were told it would be a 3 hour wait with no guarantee that we would be seen. I told the ladies that I had checked the clinic website to see the time the clinic opened and it showed 8:30 and nothing about seen by appointment only. The clinic manager snarled the website was being worked on. I’m not a rude person but I felt if she didn’t care to be hateful then I didn’t care to reply. Therefore, I said shouldn’t the website be updated first. She ignored the question. Make note there wasn’t even a sign anywhere at the clinic entry saying by appointment only. The clinic manager asked me if I would like to schedule an appointment for Monday. I replied no I will see my doctor if I have to wait until Monday. I said thank you and I left. And if they would PLEASE remove the register or put a sign on it not to use it. I have only been to the clinic less than 5 times but every time no one is at the desk and once we have began to do the register to be rudely told no you don’t need to do that. If they are tired of telling people not to use the register then mark it as such. The ladies never apologized for mine or the other patient’s inconvenience. I’m not sure that I will ever use this clinic again which apparently is no longer a walk in clinic if it’s by appointment only. I did not appreciate the rude attitude as it sets an example of the care to expect to receive.

Went for a visit today due to stomach being upset. The lady asked me what brought me in from across the waiting room!! Due to my issue I didn’t feel comfortable saying it. When I walked up to her and told her she stated they can’t do anything for me. I wanted to make sure I didn’t have a fever or high blood pressure since I have issues with those things and didn’t want to wait at an urgent care office for hours. I was also told they can’t prescribe anything either. Absolutely useless!

I made an appointment and was seen promptly and timely. Very friendly staff. Service was expedited and I was quickly in and out. Friendly staff.

My wife visited the clinic on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, with a fever and severe sore throat. She requested a strep test on this visit, but the physician on duty refused, saying she thought it was viral and would have to run its course. The physician ordered Tamiflu for my wife. She took the Tamiflu for three days and saw no improvement whatsoever. She decided to return to the clinic on Saturday, April 27, 2019, and insisted that a strep test be done. And guess what? The test IMMEDIATELY showed she had strep.The same physician that treated her on Wednesday treated her on Saturday, but did not seem to recall the visit (?) and refused to make eye contact with her on the second visit, showing no concern whatsoever that my wife was still extremely ill and that no strep test had been ordered on the initial visit. Wouldnt you think an apology or at least a little concern would have been in order?Furthermore, the staff could not initially locate my wifes records from her previous visit on Wednesday, although after much searching, they were finally located.Needless to say, we will not be returning to this clinic.

NP was very nice and polite. They could definitely use a nurse with a better personality. Very short with me and my daughter, huffing and frustrated very easily.

Developed high fever late Saturday evening in early Feb. Sunday morning, I looked in my insurers listing for covered care and found Little Clinic at the nearby Kroger. Online appointment for about 1-1/2 hour out. Checked-in and had to wait about 10 minutes. Flu swab test came back positive. Got Tamiflu script and was on my way. Elizabeth the P.A. was great!

Appt at 1:01, got there early. Had to be somewhere at 145. A lady comes in around 1:20. 1:30 comes around and they call the other lady in first because hers was easier than mine even though it was just us waiting and I already paid. I had to get refunded because I had to wait 50 minutes past my time. Never going back there.

Staff here at this little clinic is friendly and helpful, compared to the minute clinic right across the street at Walgreens where they are rude and unhappy all the time. Its also easier to get an appointment here. I brought my daughter here to have a strep test done as it was the only place open after I got off work besides the hospital. Nobody wants to sit at the hospital for 7 hours lol thank goodness for the little clinic.

Recently visited very congested (nasal) throat red, nose red and swollen. Practitioner gave me steroids but when I woke up next morning had severe sinus infection! I called to ask for antibiotic and was told someone would call me back! Never happened! Not a good experience for me wont go back! They dont want to be bothered!

They are the sweetest around! It very convenient.

Walk in the door at 7:56 p.m. with a pediatric patient who had a raging ear infection. They were closed. I dont think 7:56 p.m. is the same as 8 p.m. They freaking had the lights turned off and everything. Thats ridiculous. If you say youre open until 8 p.m. then you should be taking patients until 8 p.m. .

Incredibly long wait

Usually we dont have a problem with this location but today the woman at the front desk was kind of rude. We arrived during their lunch hour (which I was aware of) and UPS showed up and asked me since no one was in the office if I could just let them know that they had some packages and that he was leaving them under the desk. I said ok I would let them know. When the front desk clerk arrived she didnt greet us or anything but I did inform her of the packages and I got no response (no thank you or anything). She literally didnt even acknowledge that she heard me. Other patients started to come in and she did greet them but not us. She literally didnt say a word to us until should told us our wait would be longer than expected (about an hour longer than we were quoted among sign in). Which I said thats fine bc we didnt have an appointment and since we only live like 5 mins away we could just leave and come back. All in all I like this clinic but this was the first time I felt uncomfortable bc of an employee. Maybe she was just having a bad day but I was there with my 7 seven year old and she asked me if we had done something wrong bc that lady seemed mad at us.Edit: I talked to a family friend and she said she knew exactly who I was talking about and that she had a similar experience so I guess it wasnt a bad day kind of thing
