I went there in 2018 and I got discharge from there and I really dont know why unless I had something in system that I received from Fort Loudon Hospital when I spent 18 days being treated with mursa infection in my left eye. I didnt know what they give me there for the pain. They had my med info that I was on. It was hard on me and I wish I was still a patient at Omega cause they were nice and and I never had any long wait time. That was important cause I am in wheelchair and my body is severely messed up due to a car accident I was in 2009. I wandering if you would ever consider reviewing me and see me again in the future. I had previously put a less than favorable post however my reason for changing or updating my post is because I messaged the pain clinic messenger about my appointment and I received a phone call from omega pain clinic and I was given an appointment for Tuesday 9/7/2021. I am grateful they were able to get me an appointment.

Clinic is worthless! I called from Guam to apply as a new patient. I have suffered from chronic neck pain since 2004 from an accident at work. The woman on the phone at the Omega clinic said although they do accept Workers Comp Insurance, they would never prescribe the 80 mg a day of Oxycontin that I have been prescribed for the past 11 years. I couldnt believe when she said the best their clinic could do is prescribe to me 10 mg of Oxycontin a day. What a joke! Dont waste your time applying at this clinic.

Omega Pain Management is by far the best pain management facility I have ever had the pleasure of being a patient at. Dr. Igor is not only a pain management specialist but is also a board certified Neurologist, which I believe gives him a greater understanding of how to diagnose and treat chronic pain. He is highly professional but also seems to care a great deal for his patients. I have been to facilities in the past that seemed to be interested in just throwing meds at the problem instead of finding a path to genuinely finding a long term solution to chronic pain. Dr Igor will explore with you procedures that will actually treat the problem not the symptom. I have also been to facilities that I literally was there for hours. Not the case at Omega. The entire operation runs like a well oiled machine and in most instances I’m there less than one hour. If you are looking for a professionally run pain management facility try Omega, you’ll be glad you did.

I have a true case of RSD/CRPSD from a car accident 21 years. Im originally from GA. And was looking for a new Doctor. The first thing I loved was that it took over 3 months to get in with Doc. That tells you alot when you were bounced around previously. My condition is a very tricky one. Doc. went through my office transfer paper work. Went and got his staff to come look and learn from me. That then told me how knowledgeable he was. I have been a patient of his for over 3 years now. Best practice Ive ever been too, yes it has pain clinic in title. But when he started years ago this stero-type wasnt around. Now people who are basicly pill shopping bounce around to pain clinics. Doc will not deal with you if your there for a fix only. He and his staff are always very profesional, kind and care. But they will not put up with a pill shopper. Doc. Runs a tight ship from, appts. must be on time. Drug testing randomly and will not think twice to tell you he doesnt think your a good fit for his practice! I highly recommend Omega Pain Management if you really need them. I tell Doc. He has a mind and heart that is truly blessed by the lord. He is a walking book of knowledge, and doesnt mind talking to you until you understand it. Love them all there! Highly Appreciate and Recommend!

Great Doctor. He can relive your pain with these great shot he putts in nerve. He really change my life from a drug addiction to up walking and working. But his staff up front will not cut you a break. If u all was 3 mins late they make u come back and charge u 35$ .

Hello. I was wondering if I have been discontinued from another pain clinic, and yes it was for failing a drug test. BUT let me FIRST say whatever this is they say I had failed WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT IN MY SYSTEM, which was in the Xanax family. I’ve NEVER taken that EVER! Anyways, I am now struggling to find a place to help me. Single mom of 3 kids, spinal fusion, & Lupus. I’m so upset. Please let me know if you think you would see me.

First off let me say this, if you are looking for a pill mill or a Dr and staff that will just prescribe a pill and not CARE then Omega Pain Management is NOT the place for you!!! But if you want a better quality of life and a Dr that will listen and a formulate a plan to give you some relief to be able to enjoy life again then YES this is the place for you!!! Dr Igor Smelyansky is AMAZING! I never thought I would look forward to having injections in my spine but through his and his staff’s kindness and the doctor explaining every step it is a breeze! Did the injection take all the pain away no but my first one gave me noticeable relief for almost a month so hopefully this one will last a little longer if not I will still be happy with whatever time it does give me... as for my other regimen I am asked to follow the RULES that they as a pain clinic are REQUIRED to follow and in return I am treated like somebody and I have more good days than bad (which is something I never thought was going to be possible!!!) knowing that I have Dr Smelyansky and Staci and the rest of the staff in my corner makes the future less scary now, so from the bottom of my heart thank you so much for giving me back my life...

This group, the entire staff, has quickly become my favorite healthcare provider in all of my 53 years. From the young lady at the door, to the ladies at reception to check-out, to the nurses, aids & assistants, up to Staci and Dr. Smelyansky, this staff is awesome.Ive never had to wait like I have a MULTIPLE other providers (including my Primary Care Physician). Ive never experienced anything other than smiles and helpfulness from this staff.As for Staci and Dr. Smelyansky, they are on point and concerned for my well-being. Dr. Smelyansky and his staff advocated for me to get me expedited care for a spinal issue. I couldnt get my PCP to help like this. The problem Dr. Smelyansky diagnosed was spot-on and after no help from my PCP, Im finally lined up with a surgeon at UT to get corrected.Regardless, I love this office. The entire staff is very kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. So personable and fun...

I was a patient there for a while, and back in November, I received a registered letter from them stating that I failed a drug test for cocaine and methamphetamine D, I have not touched anything in over ten years now. And they wouldnt listen to me when I called them asking for another test to be done. Sometimes drug tests come back a false positive for some reason, and I now am having trouble finding a pain management clinic to take me. Until then I had no problem with them. I thought they were great.I wish I could go back and get this problem resolved.

Dr Smelyansky is the BEST doctor I have ever seen for my shoulder injury. I have been in pain for over 8 years and was referred to Omega Pain Management. Dr Smelyansky and his staff diligently worked to truly fix what was wrong. He recommended a procedure that no other doctor has ever recommended and it worked!!!! My shoulder feels better than it has in years. He has the BEST STAFF I HAVE EVER MET...SO FRIENDLY AND GENUINELY CARE ABOUT EVERY PATIENT THEY SEE. I cant say enough wonderful things about each and every person there and Im SO THANKFUL they did not give up on me!!!!!!

Was with Omega for about 3-4 years and always had a good experience. Once I go in with over my count, and they said that it was okay, so no problem. Ive had several injection to my back and left knee, nothing worked longer than a few days. I ended up having a total knee replacement and it was very painful. I still have some pain from it and on my 4th round of physical therapy. I have Lupus, Fibromyalgia, RA , Degenerative Disc Disease, Deterarating Bone Disease and Osteoarthritis. So yes Im in a lot of pain. I push myself daily and Im now working out the best I can do, considering my health issues. Once I was one short on my count. So I get a warning. Next appointment Alisha wanted me to have another x-ray but she never had it scheduled. The next thing I know I get a letter in the mail saying I was being discharged because they found my meds in my system plus methadone in my system. Every one that knows me, knows I DONT TAKE METHADONE. Besides you cant take that with all of the other meds I take. I called them and they wouldnt even let me talk to Alisha or Dr. Igor Smeyanski about the piss test. She just it shows it was in your system. I told her that I know that it had to be contaminated at the Lab, because I swore I had never taken methadone or any other kind of stuff like that. I went to my PC and he drug tested me and said No it doesnt show up in my urine and that he knew I didnt take anything like that because of All of my other meds. Anyways I told the nurse I spoke with that they are making me feel like a liar and Im not a liar or a drug addict, which I also thought Methadone was to help people come off of being addicted to drugs. So now because of that being on my medical records with Omega Im having issues in finding a new pain management. They said they would call me something in like valium or Xanax for withdrawal systems. Um, No thank you I dont need anything like that in my system with all of my other meds, I would never get out of the bed. They moved location from the Cedar Bluff area to Old Weisgarber area with a lot of new employees daily. Before everyone was friendly and very caring. Now they can care less about you. Thanks a lot Omega now Im a liar and you dismissed me for no reason and I no longer have a decent quality of life! Whos next to be dismissed?

My name is Melissa Ferrell, I was always treated well, at this office, but they had me on 30 day script and wanted me to come back again for a another visit in 2 weeks and I didnt have the money to get to the visit, Im on disability income, I just didnt have it. So I phone the office 2 days before an told them I didnt have the money to get there , they in form me if I wasnt there at 3:00 pm that next day I would be released. I called the next day and I was released, I have been with out Dr, an meds sence im in alot of pain. I still have credit there they owe me, an I havent heard from them sence. An I want to be clear ever 2 week thing was every month the hole time I was there. An I have inc. not 12a year it was 24 times a year. It was 30 day scripts it shouldnt been like this , it could have been a office mistake I dont know, I never once hard a problem with the drs at Omega. You deside.

I went to see the doctor today for injections..... The Mans Hands are Guided by God..... Ive been to many doctors over the years and insurance plans, He Is the Best, he listened and he Helped Me. AmenThe doc is a pain god!!!° Ive been going to pain management with other doctors for 4 years. This doctor is amazing, injections are the best and he does his best to protect the patients from addiction 👍👏😁

I have been going to Omega Pain Management for a year now and i could not be any happier.They are professional, friendly and very helpful.i have been to other pain clinics but none as nice as this one.

There service was very poor the almost killed me with the injection in the knee the Dr knew, they need a Dr that speaks English so the patient can understand wat he says.

I am writing this review not in retaliation but to inform others that do research and read reviews as I did . I called the clinic and followed their instructions to get a referral from my primary care.After waiting for over a week in my pain and suffering I was denied. The reasons being is this clinic does not treat those suffering from chronic pain due to cancer or soft tissue pain. I dont understand this but I accept that its their policy. I hope this will help others going the a situation like or similar to my own.

Dr. Smelyanski has definitely helped me more than any other doctor Ive been to in the past. had injections in my hips last month, very easy experience & definitely helped with some pretty bad pain! If you do a little research youll find hes probably one of the most qualified neurological pain specialist in E. Tennessee. I have & would definitely recommend him & his staff.

Awesome place. They work with you well, they listen, they dont treat you like a junkie. Ive already recommended a friend to this place. If you want a facility that will bend the rules, dont come here. Theyre strict but they have to be due to government breathing down the necks of the medical field, especially pain clinics. They offer numerous services for pain management and, shocker, they will listen to you when you say injections dont work. They arent fishing for your money like other places in knoxville that I wont name here. The 7 months I was a patient here were the best Ive had (pain-wise) since i was in my early 20s. If you give a bad review to this place then youre clearly just venting about something that you probably couldve figured out with them. Thanks Omega. Worst place ever!! Katlyn is the worst most rude person to ever deal with and its as if the place is ran by children that have no idea of what their doing. Run far far away!!!!! I just had a knee replacement and have been going for 2 days now without pain management because of the people in office doesnt care at all about the well being of the patients of this office. I have never dealt with a office that doesnt care as little as this office. If you want a office that is there to help you and take care of you like a medical office is suppose too then this isnt the place at all.Update: Besure not to leave a bad review about them or not like it if they do not do what they say they will do or they will make up lies about you and discharge you without tell you and leave you without medical help. SOme oath huh? They tell you to do something after a surgery and then not follow through with what the Dr. orders and then blame you then discharge you, Really good Dr. that care about patients HA!!!!! Well, it seems they can not find a fax. My Dr sent them a referral letter 3 times and no call. when I did call in to ask about it, the person was very short and a bit rude. She asked a co-worker about the referral and they asked who she saidsome Todd guy. Tell them to fax it again. I think 3 times is plenty myself, so I will be looking else where for competent people

Im giving 3 stars for my first visit. The Physicians assistant I saw was horrible and SO full of herself. I hurt for 3 days afterwards. My next visit was for injections. Dr Igor is wonderful and hopefully my issues will be addressed next visit. I will not be seeing that PA again. Ive been promised. The remainder of their staff is wonderful! Ive finally received a diagnoses and again Dr Igor is wonderful.

I went here hoping to get some relief from my back pain. They scheduled me for injections which I had done. They call me about 3 hours later and asked if it helped me and I told them that they didn’t help. Their response was “well there’s nothing else we can do for you!” I haven’t been back since and I don’t plan on going back.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical that I would ever find relief from my pain, but I did! I have rare condition called Ehlers-Danlos and I’ve suffered most of my life from pain. I was living every day at a 7-8, my life was miserable. I was just existing not really living. My spine is in poor shape due to the laxity in my soft tissue and my pars defect. My C5 has caused severe pain in my neck and shoulders. My first appointment I was greeted with friendly staff, my wait time was very short. Dr. Igor was extremely kind, caring, and compassionate. I told him about my neck pain and how it effects my everyday life he treated me that day with an injection. Let me tell you it has made a huge impact on my life. I’m able to clean, cook, and run after my four kids. The first few days after the injection I cried happy tears doing basic things that seem silly, like loading my dishwasher but it was the first time in over ten years I was able to do that without excruciating pain. I’m scheduled for a lower back injection next month and I can’t wait to feel even better! This doctor and his staff are top notch! If you have legitimate pain there isn’t a better place in Knoxville to get treatment. I literally can’t thank them enough for giving me my life back.

Gosh, reading all these reviews after I was told this was an excellent pain management clinic, has got me weary. I’ve been on extended release meds with breakthrough and works amazing. Scared this clinic is not caring enough to what pain I’m in. I may just have to travel back to where I’ve been going. They’ve worked long and hard on finding the meds that work for me and I’m scared I’ll not get the same meds here

Ive never had a problem the Dr and nurses have always been professional. But I do think that they should take into consideration when someone has been in hospital. My neighbor mr sands was dismissed due to morphine in system. He was in hospital having a severly bad infected Gall bladder and stones removed. And they gave him morphine. This man Is most sweetest man and now has to hurt because of it. So I do think that they should take hospital meds giving into consideration.Fhis is 3 days now with no meds this man is sick I dnt think its right to stop some one cold Turkey hes got a mind of very low vocabulary he doesnt understand alot. He cant read or write other than his name . Hes been throwing up and un pain. Im begging you to see him again I dnt know what he did wrong but that mirohind was giving to him in hospital. We can get proof. Uts hatd to watch a man with his mind set cry cause hes sick n pain. Put him on a 6 month probation this man dies everything by the book. Plz if take into consideration. Two and a half months ago I got the medicine amount cut in half. From 60 mg per day to 30 mg a day. I asked the N.P. why and she said you are a lawyer so I cant talk about it.I am not a lawyer for their purposes. I am a patient with two failed back surgeries /moderate pain.3 weeks ago and right before my appointment I did indeed run out 2 days early, for note the medicine was cut in half, and had a psychosis episode due to running out. I called them and told them about it. I had to go to a behave health center. They summarily discharged me with zero exit prescription when I tried to make another appointment.I had been going there for 3 years. I have never diverted the medicine and was the kd of patient they should want. For I combat my pain with exercise and yoga.. I was merely having a difficult time making adjustment to drastic med reduction. For that I got kicked out with zero tapering prescription. Now I am n a rather dark place.

My sister went to see Dr. Igor. She had a car wreck and was going to have surgery on T1 and bone spurs. The Surgeon wanted her to be stable on Opines.The first appointment Dr. Igor cut her long acting off and only gave her two Oxycodone. Saying that insurance makes him take people down on medicine. He told her next month he could increase her medicine if she decided to come back. I think that the doctor is irresponsible to do that to someone. I have never seen someone suffer like that before. Her surgeon got her to a caring doctor. He doesnt care about patients. He only concern is insurance company or dea. I agree that there are guided lines to follow.But dont let your patients suffer Dr.Igor!!!

I had a knee that could not walk on the dr gave me injections of homovis made from rooster come he did my procedure under Fluor after the procedure I got up and walked out of the clinic. Omega pain management has helped me be able to have some quality of life now it’s enabled me to be able to walk and do my housework thank you so much dr and omega Pain Management

Regardless of any negative reviews, I have been a patient for over a year and Dr. Igor & staff have gone out of their way to help me. The program is comprehensive, so for any who might be seeking a simple prescription, and are consequently, making it more and more difficult for those of us responsibile folks living with daily pain, seeking to restore some quality of life, OMEGA is not the place for you. On rare occassion, I have had to wait for 30 minutes to see the Doctor, but no business or provider can control all things which interject delays.

They were good to me until I myself found out I was pregnant and informed them buy trying to call over 3times they never returned my phone calls instead the sent me a letter dismissing me ..even though in the voice mails I told them my ob said I could remain on gabapentin to help with my pain Wich was prescribed by Omega as well as oxy 10.. they refuse to write me a wing down script or to continue writing me gabapentin ND told me to jump from if our oxy a day to one a day for a couple of days then a have a one for two days ..I am already a high Rick pregnancy and now risk losing my unborn child by crash off of my pain meds !! As well as I am missing the last four disc in my back and haft to continue to work to feed my children!! I will get a lawyer if I lose my unborn child to there stupidity!!!!! Erin Reid 4/25/19

In dire need of a management change. Lauren will be the down fall of this office. On multiple occasions she has directly engaged in the harassment of multiple employees, offered jobs to employees that didnt exist (without the doctors permission), and mishandled patient files. Her attitude is the sole reason of the 1 star review as a professional doctors office should not have a person that yell, curses, and belittles her fellow co workers. Also I have already been harassed about this review because it reflects the truth. See attached photos.

Dr. Smelyansky was very pleasant on my first visit and listened and took notes as I told him my medical problems. He prescribed the appropriate medications for my multiple problems. The staff were all friendly and helpful.Edit to original post: I have been going to Dr Smelyansky’s practice for six months now and all the staff are great. Dr Smelyansky gave me cortisone injections in my shoulders and neck this week that have really taken the pain away. They are moving to a new location off of Middlebrook Pike that will be a better office set up.

Every single doctor here is helpful and wanting to find the source of the pain and not just palc e bandaid. They truly care about your pain level and think outside the box.

Absolutely wonderful compassionate and actually do care about you as a person....... not like the people who have that commercial that are liars lol. Ive been going here for 4 months now since I moved to TN from FL. They made it possible to see me asap and I met with the 2 main Drs on first visit then their PA after that. They all have been great! They count your meds and ask how are medications working but in no way do they make you feel like a junkie or bad that you have to be on medications. I needed new MRIS and they got it approved immediately now being set up for nerve burning...I was nervous about the procedure and Dr Igor came in to talk, explain everything and rescheduled for the next month to give me time to relax and come with valium he prescribed to take b4 procedure. I am soooo grateful for this PM officer Staff is also great and they are aIl so patient which from what I hear, thats extremely hard to come by in TN. If you dont have documented & ligit issues, then dont be fooled- theyll know. But Those who truly have chronic pain issues, I really recommend this ofc.

I liked this pain clinic cant say I loved it, the doctor gives you time to tell him what your filling. But its like he knows what your filling more then you do. And he puts you on the meds he thinks u need no matter what u tell him that has helped your pain in the past!

My husband had fell 27 foot in 2011 and in May 2016 he was under our car and the jack fell over causing our car to fall on him. He has three broke bones in his nose,three broke ribs,shattered his right foot,and has 13 screws and a plate in his left wrist. Dr Igor was the only dr that we went to that listened to everything we said and examine him and finally helped my husband with the pain. Dr Igor was a very sweet and respectful dr. I would definitely recommend him to people and very thankful for him!!

I saw 4 specialists in 2 years and the receptionists told my insurance company the wrong diagnosis resulting in my insurance not paying for my medicine anymore. For around $400 a month I dont want to be treated like they are doing me a favour.

Omega Pain Management is very professional. The employees know me by name and care about me as a person as well as a patient. Dr.Smelyansky has been able to bring me back from being home bound to attending college and back into every day life. My pain has been taken from out of control to manageable levels. I would recommend Omega Pain Management, Dr.Smelyansky, and his staff to anyone needing pain management from a Doctor who is understanding, caring, and very professional.

This doc is unprofessional. He calls everyone but his office a PILL MILL. He saw two separate patients in the same small exam room so HIPPA LAW BEWARE. Not a doc I would trust with ss # or sensitive info. Makes fun of disabled persons that will not go thru injections in back for his office. I have had these done three separate times without relief, and he demands full cooperation in this repeat even insurance refused to repeat injections.

This is the first pain managrment doctor that actually listens and trys to help relieve your pain. Dr. Igor is understanding and knows what is needed to help you live a normal life. The office staff and nurses are wonderful and professional. Im very happy with the care I receive.

Just called to make an appointment today. Said I’m new to the area since I just moved here from across the country. The lady I talked to was completely rude then hung up on me. Guess they don’t want any out of town people going there.

I am an RN. I did research and read reviews of all the pain specialists around the Knoxville area. Omega and Dr. Igor had the best reviews in the area. I was specifically looking for a place that would not just medicate my pain as so many clinics do, but work with me to come up with better and safer solutions than controlled substances. I specifically requested to be referred to Omega. I received a prompt call to schedule an appointment. However I was informed, without being asked why I needed to be seen, that unless I had an abnormal recent film that I could not be seen. She explained to me that they were an orthopedic pain center and that I was denied service. The Omega website, however, boasts treatments for everything from abdominal pain to migraines and everything in between. I do not have an abnormal x-ray. I do however have autonomic nervous system dysfunction with Ehlers-Danlos. Thankfully the CRPS/RSD listed on the website, that I had as a child, has went into remission. As an adult I now just deal with the gastroparesis, esophageal spasms, small fiber neuropathy, and migraines brought on from dysautonomia. While my loose and painful joints from a connective tissue disorder causes me pain, my scans appear grossly normal. Other than my grinding joints, back pain, and muscle spasms, I would appear to not need the services listed on the Omega website. Receptionists and nurses should not be vetting patients over the phone, especially based on a single qualifier. As a full-time working health care professional, not interested in receiving controlled substances, I am very disappointed in how this was both approached and handled.

STAY AWAY FROM OMEGA! I recently moved from Florida to Knoxville. Knowing narcotics cant be refilled I planned my trip very carefully and made an advance appointment with Omega. I am a disabled former reporter, so I take copious notes and trust...but verify is my motto. I brought MRIs, a Tri-phase bone scan, X-ray results and a nerve study. I had been stable for almost 4 years in FL on 120mg MS-Contin 2x day with 15mg oxycodone for breakthrough which I rarely used half of. Then the preferred Rx list was changed and I was put on 100mcg Duragesic patches. This caused nightmares but oddly it did little for the PAIN so my health team upped my oxycodone to 30mg. Well, on my first visit Smelyansky at Omega looked me in the eye and said the DEA wont let me prescribe more than 2 100mg morphine tablets and gave me nothing for breakthrough. I told the office manager I was disabled and both the website and doctor reviews online said the office took TennCare. I had just moved so it was not in effect, therefore I paid around $400 for the visit. Not counting paying the pharmacy another $200. I received a call 2-3 days before my next appointment and was told since I now had TennCare they couldnt see me...so I was caught with no meds but a few leftovers from Fla and they had made $400. If their website had said we do not take TennCare I wouldnt have gone. Yesterday I called the State health licensure board in Nashville and spoke to the Asst. Director who told me there was NO RULE limiting or even encouraging doctors to limit dosages. It varies with patients, and I had ALL my prior info he could have double-checked if he had doubts. And BTW the DEA is a law enforcement agency. They do not tell doctors what/how much to prescribe, only ask responsible behavior. I am working on a news story about my experiences and hope to interview a local man who shot his wife as she couldnt get adequate pain relief. Based on my next dr visit, Smelyansky isnt alone. But Id avoid Omega Pain Mgmnt like the plague. A doctor that will lie (or given the benefit of the doubt, one that is just misinformed) is NOT a good first (or tenth) choice in my opinion. P.S. I have progressive nerve damage due to neuropathy (neuropathy often has little discomfort, but mine is rabid) several amputations on both feet, open ulcers, and osteomyelitis (bone infection). Im not just whining about throwing my back out. Having said all this, the STAFF was incredibly polite and friendly and the doctor didnt just hustle in and write the Rx and leave ASAP. Despite my issues with him, he seems well-trained and smart. He did give me some samples of Lyrica, which helped the heaviness in my legs/feet. For this ONLY I am revising my review to 2 stars. But Id find another doctor or (if you can; I cant ) move to a more compassionate state. This one cares only about addiction problems, not people in need of legitimate pain management.

When i first started going to Dr. Igor i couldnt walk with a cane or assistance. Im in my 30s. I had been to other Dr.s. and they messed me up so bad i have severe nerve damage an burning an stinging in my legs an goes all way to feet. Had to stop driving cause feet would go num after while. Im bone on bone have to much to list. But since I have been seeing Dr Igor. I can drive. Iw3ut my pain is still here an will be forever but he makes. I can live my life. I Thank God i found this wonderful Dr. I drive almost 2 and half to get ther. I would travel days if had to. I would tell everyone

Stay far away from this hole. The facility is run down and they rotate staff like you change underwear. They charge you extra fees when it’s unnecessary as well. The patient never comes first, money talks here.
