Thank God for sending me to Dr Jones. Hes one of the most caring and compassionate Drs Ive ever been to. This place is not a pill factory. They are so professional here. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is the VERY FIRST pain clinic that I have been to that I was treated with compassion and respect. My concerns were addressed in a way that I felt heard. Together Shannon & I agreed on a treatment plan. For the first time in years I have hope!

Very upset 😡 with them last I had a hard time getting my pain meds called this month its the refill of gabapentin which ran out the 29th its now June withdrawals im not a happy person right now to say the least

If you are considering going to this clinic, there are a couple of things you should know before going. First and foremost is the incompetence and inmaturity of Dr Jones. It’s apparent from my experience there that he is incapable of conducting a proper pill count. And if you question the results, he will accuse you of being belligerent and proceed to discharge you. You are much better off finding a clinic with a mature intelligent practitioner. His only intent is to steer you to an expensive procedure that you want be able afford. I don’t understand how such ignorant quacks are allowed to practice in the state of Tennessee. Be for warned!

Been going for some time. Three back surgeries. Everyone has been very nice. Dr. Jones was very concerned about a problem I was having with a dentist causing me a lot of pain. He offered me good advise and did not have to. Caring people.

My husband and I were patients of Dr. Jones & Dr. Keller since they were with CPS & now with PMOS until recently. Dr. Jones was so caring when he tried the temporary spinal stimulator on me years ago. He was as upset as I was when it failed for me. My husband and I always had good experiences with them until one of the other associates in the office screamed at my husband for not wearing his mask over his nose. (He has severe sleep apnea & Dr notification to not wear a mask) My husband tried to explain to her, but she pointed her finger in his face and told him he would be discharged for not wearing his mask correctly. He received his discharge letter that stated he was belligerent and threatening. She was not even the one taking care of him, just passed by him. He is a large man and the Dr said he is intimidating because of his size. No one deserves to have a finger in their face & being yelled at over a mask.I was called to be told that Dr. Jones needed to leave early on the day of my appt and could I come in earlier in the day. I agreed to come in early, however, was never told of a particular time to be there. I was there at 1pm to be the 1st patient after lunch. When I got there I was told that Dr. Jones had already left for the day and I couldnt be seen. I spoke with the office mgr and she argued with me about the conversation I had with the girl who called to change my appt. She called me a liar. I went to reschedule my appt with Tiffany (who is awesome) for the next day & left. Then the office mgr called me to tell me I was rude and would be discharged from the practice. I tried to talk to her twice and she said I was nice then, and I could be seen the next day. However, Dr. Jones called me the next day & discharged me anyway. (Failing to follow the Plan of Care???) I really have such mixed feelings for the office staff here because my husband & I really liked it here and for the most part over the years were treated nice, but dont disagree or ask too many questions because the letter will be sent within 48hrs and you will be discharged. We wish them the best and hope they are able to help others who dont have too many questions and are able to wear a mask correctly. Thank you for all your help over the years.

I would recommend pain medicine of the south to anyone this place is great I love all the staff there mrs Patricia Is the best she’s great and so so nice I love her being my dr thanks pain medicine of the south for everything y’all do to help patients.

Shannon assumes that the pills in my bottle were fake but what she didn’t ask I was issued two different kinds in two different bottles. I have never had an issue with them but they dismissed me and is going to have me withdraw COLD TURKEY. Because everyone was so friendly!! I have multiple sclerosis and one of the staff members helped me fill my paperwork out because my hands are messed up right now 😥

There very clear on everything,if you dont understand what youre singing, then ask, I have been with this clinic a while now, after my cancer, I went here for pain management due to what my body was going through, and needed this clinic again after another serious surgery, there all very good people,I have my pick, thats because she understands me, but there all very good people, helpful caring, clean staff, and yes they are very strong about testing, there helping those that need the help, if you cant fulfill the agreement you sing, this is not the place for you, yes they go by the law!

I’m not a patient here, actually just a rep that has visited this office and was extremely impressed. I’ve been doing this for quite some time but this office stood out to me. Dr.Jones was very kind and his receptionist was incredibly sweet too. Five stars for being so welcoming, comfortable, and clean!

I recently had a total knee replacement and was looking for a pain clinic. I have had a pain clinic since my back operation in 2012. I went to this place thinking they could help me. The first visit they made me submit a drug test and was told to come back in 2 weeks. I was honest and told them what I had in my system. Upon my return visit I was told that I was being discharge because I failed my drug test and was accused of doctor shopping. I have never doctor shopped in my life now I stand to lose my medicare. I have NEVER been treated so bad in my life. The quake that I saw was FNP was Dr. Keller. They made me feel like a drug addict. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

This place is quick, efficient and caring. Not a pill mill so no danger of them shuttering. You are not made to feel like a drug seeker or degraded for being in pain. If you take medicines as prescribed there would not be an issue. Nice clean atmosphere.

Great staff and Dr. Jones took his time and listened. I wish I would have got referred sooner. Thinking about having spinal stimulator placed

Very dissatisfied. I have been a patient for a long time and got new insurance. The insurance denied one of my scripts and the people in the office said they could not help me. The insurance company tried to call to work it out so it was covered and they said once it was denied at the office it was nothing else they could do. Even tho the insurance company tried to call them and cover it. So now I have to find another doctor.

When I came to this clinic they listened to what I had to say about my back and where it hurt. They worked diligently to make my back feel better. I am going to get a permanent spinal cord stimulator in my back. Other pain clinics did the most expensive procedures on me and then told me that I would have to live with it. This clinic gave me medicine and then did a trial stimulator and it worked well for me. This clinic is amazing and I would recommend it to everyone!!

Dr. Jones is a great doctor, he really listens and tries to really pinpoint the pain. Also the establishment is very clean and you don’t have to wait all day to be seen!

Dr Jones is such a great person and an even better Dr. He cares about his patients. The staff are just wonderful as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Dr. Jones use to be at Comprehensive Pain Clinic, I switched from there to here so he could treat me.This place knows how to treat peoples pain. I dont mind doing monthly visits or monthly drug test. Im just glad to get relief from the pain.I dont like the fact that this clinic & most other clinics dont allow hand washing in the bathrooms. I do use clean toilet paper to open the door to exit the bathroom cause hand washing is not allowed.I do get a weird vibe when there. Idk what it is, the atmosphere is edgy.

The Staff were very Nice and friendly. They make you feel very compfortable... And Finally I think I will be able to get the help I have needed for my Cronic pain. Thanks to all the staff you all are Awesome!!!

Dr. Jones is a blessing to me he has been my doctor for long time he cares about his patients an the staff are excellent an he has helped me throughout my degeneration of my lower back an I would recommend him to anyone thankyou for caring about my health an getting me better god blessed you with a gift to help others an Im so thankful to call you my doctor Jones

I did not have a good experience here ,I felt like a criminal having to urinate all over my hands and not being able to wash my hands until I reached the room.I am 67 years old with severe pain and a lady to boot and dont feel I should be trea ted in such a manner. I never have until I mover here.so humiliating.

The staff and Dr are very good to there patients. I would recommend ppl to come here they are the best ones I been too.

Got here at 3:35 for a 3:45 appointmentCame in the exam room at 5:11At 6:40 a nurse pecked on the door and said he’ll be with you in a second or two. I wished someone would have checked on me after a half an hour or so. I was seen at 6:45 and on my way at 6:55. This isn’t typical for them. But Doc Jones left early sick

The office staff were nice but it took.Forever to get a phone call back.Saw the Dr. finally treats you like a addict.as soon as he walk in the room to talk to you self discharge myself.Stay away from this place if your really in pain.

I quit going here because my insurance was not paying for the $300.00 urine testsSo after I quit I got billed $600.00 for the last visit
