Really nice and caring people here. Dr. Burton is my GP and hes always really attentive and genuinely kind, professional but not uptight or without personality. Nurses and labs have always been a breeze, really recommend them if you are looking for a local practitioner.

I called approximately 3.5 weeks ago to establish my self at Rocky Hill. As im an out of state, college student i didnt have a PCP in the area. I told the woman on the phone my concern was a lump under my armpit. I was told my medical paperwork would be mailed to me. over the three weeks i never got my paper work and called twice to contact them to ask about it but couldnt get through the phone. My appt comes and im told that ill need to reschedule because i didnt have my paperwork that I didnt receive. I made the woman aware of my issue, and she said shell look to reschedule. personally, i dont want a PCP that isnt concerned with the severity of the issue in their patients. i was hardly met with any compassion, but rather a bland i could care less face from the receptionis.

Great medical professionals and a great location. Affiliation with the UT system is awesome.

Dr. Burton is a very thorough and engaging physician. I never have trouble scheduling appointments at convenient times. He’s never rushed through an exam and we always discuss multiple plans of action, with my concerns and preferences in mind. I have great confidence in his ability as a physician and his attention to detail.

I’ve been going to this office for about 10ish years now and I’ve never once been disappointed with the care I’ve received ☺️. I started with a different doctor (loved him) after he left I reluctantly started seeing Amy Forsee & I am so glad that I did , she is THE BEST ! She is knowledgeable, attentive, I never feel rushed, she listens & addresses concerns , everything you look for in a PCP , I just love her !! Brenda has been my nurse from the beginning, love her too ! I’ve never had anyone be able to stick me on the first try and she does every single time ! I should also add, their front desk is phenomenal (Charlotte is my fave ☺️). I highly recommend this office, especially my doctor & nurse, they’re top notch !!!

I found the entire visit to be remarkably professional. The covid protocols were superb! Thereceptionist was charming and knowledgeable. Dr McGrafts nurse was welcoming and efficient. The Dr himself was patient and attentive. It was obvious by his remarks he was listening. And the young lady who did the blood draw was maybe the best at her job I have ever had. Painless and skillful. I highly recommend this team!

Saw Dr Joseph. She was attentive and addressed my problem. I wanted to recommend to my daughter but just recieved a letter that she was leaving the practice. I was disappointed to hear this.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Joseph for nearly a decade. I saw her as a friend and I always felt like she and I tackled my medical problems as a team. Then, I received a letter out of the blue informing me that she can no longer be my physician. Apparently I missed 3 appointments within 12 months which is a fair policy but I’m completely unaware of the appointments they’re referring to. If I missed appointments than that’s my fault but I received zero notifications and there was a lot of rescheduling on their end when covid started. Not once did anyone reach out to me to ask “Hey, are you aware that you’ve missed appointments and we drop you after the third?” I had no warning, no knowledge of the policy and they dropped me over a simple misunderstanding as if my ten years with them meant nothing. Not to mention, I have referred several friends and family members, including my wife, who I will advise to go elsewhere. I feel completely blindsided and mistreated, and you’d think they would be smart enough to not throw away a lifetime member and his family over something so minuscule.

I have been going to see Dr. Joseph and the staff at Rocky Hill for many years. They do a wonderful job treating me and all my medical needs. I highly recommend this location.

Wonderful staff and knowledgeable physicians. From my experience, this office has some of the best primary care physicians and nurses available in the area, short of UT Medical Center itself. They are always helpful and willing to work with schedule changes or new issues as they arise. I would highly recommend this office if your looking for a new primary care doctor.

I urgently needed paperwork filled out and faxed to my employer and the staff were all so helpful. No one made me feel like I was a burden or demanding. They were all so kind and Kathy, Dr Josefs nurse was so efficient. Thankful for this group of people!

I do not recommend this place. I went there for a sore throat. They did a swab. I waited for the results for about a week but, there was no response from the office. I called and they said the results should be in shortly. I waited but there was nothing. I called again and thats when they admitted that they lost the sample. That is not all. I needed some paper work done for school and they couldnt get it right. My school rejected their labs and I had to go back to get my blood redrawn. Of course, they charged me for each visit. I paid as much as I could at the time and when I called to finish paying, they said I had no balance. I was patient the whole time as I used to be a medical assistant and I understood that things can get hectic. Fast forward to now, I find out they sent my bill of about 150 dollars to collection 2 months after they told me that I had no balance (according to Transunion).

I came in for a checkup/annual wellness visit, which my insurance covers 100%. I mentioned to them that I was concerned about high blood pressure. The doctor did end up prescribing some blood pressure medication and recommending a follow up visit. A month later I get a bill for $128 after insurance chipped in. I called Rocky Hill and they coded my visit as a routine visit and treatment for hypertension. When I explained that I was there for a checkup, they just said thats not what I got and that i was treated for hypertension. They couldnt care less that they entered the wrong code and cost me $128 of hard earned money. STAY AWAY!

Ive been bringing my elderly in laws here for over a year. Dr Joseph is wonderful, she takes time with them both and really listens to us. I especially love her nurse Melissa, she is amazing!!!

It took me years to find qualified Drs who take time for their patients. The staff is the best I have seen! Dr. Joseph and her nurse, Kathy are absolutely the best!

Dr. Burton is the BEST pediatrician in the city! He listens, is kind, and always puts my kids first. Highly recommend to other moms.

There seems to be an unfortunate pattern with this doctor in which she assumes without asking the patient anything. She did no blood work, further imaging or anything to understand the root cause of symptoms but assumes the diagnosis without spending more than 2 mins in the room with her patient. Her diagnosis sounded pretty severe and yet she explains nothing and nonchalantly says its just a degenerative disease. I wouldnt recommend this doctor if you were on your death bed.

I must say, I am a bit disappointed with Dr.Joseph. She does not take the time to ask the patient questions, she does not have the patience to address the patients concerns, and to be honest, her compassion and bed side manners could use some work. She bases her information off of HER NURSE instead of taking what her nurse says and following up with more in depth care. Begs the question, who really is the Dr. Here? The nurse or her? The only reason I gave a 2 star review is because the location is convenient, the staff seemed adequate and competant enough to do their job, and I hear Dr. Jenkins has a better rapport with his patients. If you are one to follow advise... follow this one... if you start seeing Dr. JOSEPH... get a second opinion.

Dr joseph is very attentive and respectful, she did an amazing job and really explore what was going on with me. Did not dismiss me from my lack of symptoms (other than just my fever) and actually figured out what was going on with me. She was the third dr that I visited that week, and the only one that actually tried to help me. My whole experience was positive. The nurses and lab techs are amazing too (i wish i could remember their names). PS everything was done in a timely manner, this is specially important to me since I am a student that need to study A LOT

Literally turned me away for an appointment because they didnt think I had enough time to fill out the paperwork, I was sick and they turned me away. Where is your hypocratic oath?

This place is an absolute joke. Your better off asking Google if you need anything. Every time I have made an appointment it was well over an hour after the time before I was seen. There is a long list of other complaints I could go on about but dont bother wasting your time going here they will surely waste yours. I will never go back.

I made a appointment here back in 2017 and my insurance had changed and couldnt keep my appointment so I called to tell them what was going on. Fast forward to today I found out my insurance will be excepted by them again so when I called to make an appointment today they said I would not be excepted because I was a no show last year when I had called and explained to them why I couldnt make it. Clearly they didnt make the change in the computer. Very unprofessional and the lady could care less. She said I can only go by what the computer says. Im sure there never busy and could of forgot to change it!!

Typically the service and care at Rocky Hill Family Physicians is pretty good. However, I recently went into the office - feeling sick - confirmed by the doctor that I needed antibiotics. They said they were calling in my prescription to the pharmacy .... they never called in the prescription. I had to wait until the next day before I could get a hold of anyone to straighten the mess out - while being sick. I dont know who dropped the ball in their office, but thats poor care.

Good doctors and you dont have to wait a lot.

Dr. Forsee and staff are amazing. Usually very short wait. Dr. Forsee is very knowledgeable and kind.

Great staff, Dr.Campbell is great. Very short wait anytime I have been in. Not difficult to get an appointment.

In my 1.5 years of seeing her, Dr. Joseph has never once called in a prescription correctly for me. Isn’t this a basic in practicing medicine? It’s hard to trust someone that can’t do something as simple as calling in a prescription she told you she was going to call in within the time frame she described.

Dr. Burton told me to call back for a different antibiotic, if I didnt get any better. When I called back, I was told that I needed another evaluation. I wish that I could give an eighth of a star. I will no longer visit this Dr.
