We love Dr. Lott!! She is AMAZING!! The love and care she has shown my children over the years is genuine. She also has an amazing team as well. Couldnt ask for a better doctor to treat and care for my children.

My son was sent to Dr. Jackie at 6 weeks of age and we have been with her now for the last 4.5 years. She was willing to listen when we were at our most desperate and worked with us patiently and diligently until she figured out exactly what his issues were and how to treat them effectively. Even now at 4.5 years old, when problems (unfortunately) pop back up and medication dose change is needed, Dr. Jackie is always ready to help. Her staff is very caring (Dave!) and calling the office always results in pretty fast call-backs. Appointments are easy to schedule and the wait times are minimal. All in all, she’s wonderful and worked tirelessly to stop our son’s stomach pain.

I have had the worst experience with is doctor basically told me to stop breastfeeding due to severe food allergies but we decided to go to an allergist who told us that the allergies are basically negatives very mild I don’t understand the communication with her after we decided as a family to no longer give our daughter hypoallergenic formula because it made her symptoms worse we tried explaining to her she basically walked out of the office telling us there is no need for us to be here and was left at that. She was very rude never expected that from the children’s hospital.

This dr. Treat people like nothing.......what a horrible experience

Herself and staff are not compassionate or give you any sort of caring feeling. Do not expect any sort of proactive help even if your child is consistently in pain. Please stay away from this team/ facility.

Absolutely horrible. She was extremely rude and didn’t have any compassion towards my daughter. I don’t even think giving her 1 star is worth it but everyone needs to know how horrible she is. I wouldn’t take my dog to her.

Dr. Jackie always provides accurate and direct information in regard to your childs health and plan of action.

I almost didnt take my daughter to her cause of the bad reviews. But Im glad I decided to. I think she does a great job. She is thorough and wants to work with us to get to the root of the problem and not just stick a band aid on it with random meds. She is friendly and knowledgeable.

She didnt provide any answers, was monoton and had no compasion towards me. Very rude, wouldnt answer my questions, and didnt do a good job of making us feel like we were important. Felt very out of place and small while talking to her. The staff at gi for kids is a hit or miss.

Jackie lott is the worst dr my husband and I have ever dealt with! We have 5 boys and have never had a dr that didnt listen to our concerns! She also has been prescribing our son with all sorts of different stomach acid reducers and now to the point of nexium 40mg once a day and hes only 6 yrs old! I highly recommend you take your own child somewhere else! My husband and I have also reported her to the department of human services for malpractice! As there is absolutely nothing wrong with our child yet his biological mother keeps telling her there is. Jackie also says that our son is allergic to a few foods yet he eats them just fine and mother gives him these foods. So we took him to allergy dr who preformed an allergy test on him and said that the results from the blood test jackie had done on him were so low that they are absolutely not considered to be true allergies! My husband had this info faxed to jackie and once again she ignored the truth! She still continues to prescribe these meds that are truly for adults to our son. At our home half of every month he eats normal with no problem goes to the bathroom with no problem and never complains of his stomach hurting! REPORT REPORT REPORT , SHE SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ACT LIKE A Dr. WHEN SHE OBVIOUSLY DOESNT DO WHATS BEST FOR CHILDREN WHEN SHES CLEARLY UNDER OATH TO DO SO!
