Dr. Meredith Overholt listened, understood and took the time to explain things. Her nurse was fantastic too. Both very knowledgeable and friendly.

Made appointment to see Dr. Overholtbecause I had previously made appointments with her for my parents who had raved how wonderful she was. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience. I went for a skin cancer screening. She was very impersonal and very terse with her responses. When I asked questions, she came across as angry and annoyed as if I had inconvenienced her. Likewise, her assistant was equally as rudeand unfriendly. Not sure why they acted as as they did, but my experience was less than ideal.

I was sent to Dr. Overholt, I had undiagnosed skin/scalp lesions and was losing my hair. Also had lost 30 pounds.I had a laboratory report showing positive for candidas. She refused to accept the lab report or retest. At my last appointment with her she walked into the room with 3 of her other staff members? She told me that there was nothing more that she could do for me. She said she had done all test and couldnt find the problem. I left her office in tears. One week later I picked up a copy of my records, she had diagnosed me as self harming myself! I disputed it but it still prolonged my being able to get the treatment I needed. I have a fungal/mold infection that is directly related to the candidas. I am still suffering from her profiling me.

Horrible! My daughter went to her today and said she had never felt so disregarded and patronized in her life. She said she spent 2 minutes with her and said that what she had was basic acne (even though she has never had acne before and it has been unchanged for months and not responded to any prescribed acne medication or cream) and kept winking at her as if she was humoring her. I wish I had less than one star to give her.

I have only seen Dr Overholt 2 times. I was very pleased, both times she did a biopsy and knew exactly what to treat me for.

I have a scar now ! which if shes had gone her job right I wouldnt have had to gone through this. Arrogant pinhead !! Stay away !

Horrible!!!! My daughter had an appointment yesterday. We were running late because we were first time patients and I was unfamiliar with the area that the office was in. I called the office and told them I was on the way and the receptionist said that was fine as long as we were there by 3:15. I ended up passing the office because it sits back off Kingston Pike. I made my kids jump out of the car and sprint across the parking lot to be in the office by 3:15, while I pulled back around to park. My daughter made it by 3:15!! We sat down and after giving them my information I was told that we could not be seen and would have to reschedule because we were late. I reminded the receptionist of what she told me and that we were in fact there by the time she said. She said that we would have to reschedule. As a first time patient, that was all I needed to know about this Dr. who has a complete disregard of what her office tells the patient and my time. There are some serious problems there!

I am a retired cardiologist due to severe plaque psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. I have been under dermatologic care for over thirty years. Dr. Overholt has been my dermatologist for the past eight. Never have I been treated so well by both her and her staff. My experience has been exceptional. We have traversed all of the biologics as they became available and she has sort help from the leading academic dermatologists in the country when essential. My skin is clear and she has worked with the drug company to alter my regimen in a manner to assure success. She truly has been my advocate. I have rarely seen such a brilliant and caring practitioner.

After waiting for an hour and a half, I had a two minute consultation, a five minute explanation on cancer, and a $40 copay.Spend your money on a physician that respects your time and needs.
