The head nurse argues with the TennCare patients and treats us like we are all mere drug addicts.Their drug testing is fake. I was told that I had fentenyl in my system when I never took anything that wasnt prescribed by them for my pain.The Dr lies saying that none of her patients have to pay for their medicine, then blames untrue drug test results for TennCare not paying for my medicine.Im finding a new Dr!

The Dr that I see is wonderful and very understanding. I have been going for over two years. She has been great to me! I see Dr Kim Lowe and she absolutely the best and most caring Dr that I have seen!

I went to this place when I lived in Tennessee. Charlie Bartlett and all the staff were great. Its good to go to a place thats following the rules the state puts forth. Great place.

The clinic has been providing pain care for 25 years. As a state of TN licensed pain clinic, there are requirements that have to be met. We should appreciate a clinic following the rules for our benefit and safety. It is the responsibility of the patient to follow the patient agreement they were provided when they became a new patient and if not, should expect there to be consequences. Follow the rules and you will likely enjoy a better quality of life with your pain care.

As a provider at BHA we work hard to treat everyone with kindness and respect. We accept most insurance plans and are very accommodating to patients with their bill pay as well as their care. We do injections, primary care, chiropractic care, and pain management. The goal is to help our patients with their quality of life. That being said, if a patient is noncompliant with the plan of care established by the provider we can discharge the patient from the practice. There are some negative comments on this thread. Due to HIPPA I cannot address them one by one but I will say this, illicit drug use, noncompliance with therapy, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated at BHA. You think that posting a negative statement somehow will make you feel better and make us look bad. Three patients that posted on here came in with track marks using illegal drugs and one of them is a nurse. I did not write you what you wanted me to give you, instead I tried to offer you help for your addiction and you slander me. To you, I pray that God will help you find the strength you need to overcome this. If you ever would like to talk or need help finding help do not hesitate to call. I pray for my patients daily and I pray for those that have addiction as well. I love people and I feel like I was placed here to help others. I do not judge, I believe God is the only one that can do that. ♥️🙏✌️

I see Ed Roland, and he’s great. He takes his time with you and is a straight shooter. My pain is from radiation & chemo therapy for colorectal cancer. This practice does take cancer-related pain.

The staff is friendly and efficient.Charlie Bartlett is a wonderful provider... takes her time and looks at the whole patient..talk about options and different ways to treat pain. I was very wary of any pain management place.. but honestly this place is legitimately in business for the right reasons.

They should maybe focus on Pain management becuase the Family Practice side of the office is a disaster. Twice they have failed to call us with negative /serious results that came back from blood tests. My son should have been on medications for those issues, but they just never paid attention. The next physical, they miss-diagnosed my son with a serious liver disease because she read the blood test results wrong. We lived through hell that week until we saw a specialist that told us she read it wrong. Their staff constantly forgets to schedule referrals or forgets to send the file information to the specialist they referred to. You will likely stand at the front and be completely ignored for a while before they ask what you want as well. Many of the staff are nice, many are rude and uncaring. I was yelled at last time because I opened the door after waiting in there over an hour to ask if the Doctor was coming before long. I was harshly and rudely rebuked for doing that. I certainly would not wish anyone to go through what we have gone through.

I used to go to this place, they dont care if your in pain even if you got the xrays or Mri to prove it. I was turned away a couple of times and yes I had to pay 275.00 because my blood pressure was high so they could reschedule me and get another $275.00. I can tell you some storys about this place but dont want to type that much. They do a high priced urine screen dont care if you cant pay for it most insurances wont pay for it so you foot the bill and they dont tell you they are doing it until you get the Damn bill after 6 months. Also they do these made up tests like they put electrodes on your head and tell you to shake your head while on a lap top computer. I asked a real doctor and there is nothing like this in a test. So what did they file on the insurance company. They know enough to get by the Whistle blowers but may not for long. If you go there just beware and get a receipt for everything. Sometimes they will give you one and sometimes not. Just be careful but find a better doctor like I did.

I know about this practice and everything that Ive hhear about it is positively fantastic. If you want a partnership in your pain management, a better quality of life and to be treated care and with the utmost respect then I highly recommend them. If you are a pill seeker, pill head or what ever its called you need to go elsewhere! It is not that kind of practice!

This place is nothing more than a pill mill. They do not care about your health care. Kimberly Lowe is the reason I left this facility. I stopped all of my opioids on my own. With no help from them at all. I went through hell. All they cared about was writing their strong opioid prescriptions. When theyre tired of you, they leave you to suffer. There was no warnings about what opioids do to your health, or what excruciating pain you go through when you stop taking them. Theyre not highly regarded in the medical community.

I was treated unimportantly. They didnt care that I was sick. They treated me like I was nothing and the doctor didnt even examine me. It was horrible, also waited for 2 hours. Ill never go back. The nurse practitioner I saw was a female and evidently is horrible to everyone bc just about every bad review on here, mentions her name. She egregiously bad mouthed 2 of my previous family physicians and 1 of them is deceased and she knew he was deceased!! It was so crass, for her to bad mouth anyone, ESPECIALLY another physician. I couldnt wait to get out of there. I called and reported it to the main doctor, and spoke to him on 2 separate occasions. He was supposed to get back in touch with me. That was 3 months ago. They just dont care about anything, except getting that money from you..

Do not under any circumstances give them any money. I went in on a Friday and to sign releases and was given a new patient packet. They scheduled me for the following tuesday but asked for payment that day. Which I thought was odd. My appt time was 930 am but was asked to be there at 830am (I assumed to do the paperwork) when I signed in at 830 I was asked for my paperwork. I told them I was working on it and was told if it wasnt done Id have to reschedule. After I drove an hour and a half to get there. I was then informed that it was gonna cost another $100 to reschedule on top of the $275 that I paid them already. I told the. I wasnt paying another 100 and to just give me back my 275 and I would find another doctor. They refused to give my money back and Im now having to take them to small claims court. I did not receive any service whatsoever for that 275. I did not see a doc. So for anyone considering going to them just know that they are crooks and theives.

If your not white. Which Im not do not give this palce no business. They put everyone in front of me. I was gagging in the office they didnt even offer a bag or anything. They werent helpful and I believe they were not trying to be. I wouldnt recommend them to anyones pet less know a human. If you feel like waiting for hours and terrible service go here. If I could give no stars I would.

Bearden Healthcare is an extremely unprofessional Pain Management facility that should avoided at all costs!! They clearly have absolutely no regard for HIPAA regulations, appropriate medical procedural functions or even common compassion for the patients, like me for example who had 9 appts and 9 witnessed urine collections in2 1/2 months. While I was a patient of theirs, despite the horrible unprofessionalism I had already been told about, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and did absolutely everything that was asked of me including a short appt with the Medical Director, Dr Trout, who was not devoid of professionalism but whom was not in-network for me and did not inform me that I would be surprised with s $304 charge I owed them, which was a shock since my insurance coveted 100% of everything else. While being seen at Bearden I never spent more than 2-3 minutes with my provider who was merely a Nurse Practitioner named Kimberley Lowe and in the very short time I was face to face with her... she flat out lied to my face 3 times that I know of! (My very 1st meeting with her was when she guessed I was a smoker and told me my new-patient packet smelled so strongly of smoke that she couldnt make it all the way thru it)!! The most outrageous lie was shortly after they collected 8 vials of blood from me to be sent to an outside laboratory for testing that was going to take 2-3 days. I had a 2-week follow up with Ms Lowe and she was quickly in the office where I had waited for 40 minutes and turned around to exit just as quickly when I asked about the results from labs drawn 2 weeks earlier. She clearly told me that all of my blood sample was destroyed during an accident on the way to the lab and that she would arrange for additional samples to be drawn and resubmitted since the entire collection of patients labs were destroyed. I returned again in one week this time to give 8 more vials of blood and was greeted by the kind, compassionate Lab Tech named Dennis who told me that there was no such accident and that blood is only collected in unbreakable tubes these days and admitted that the information my Nurse Practitioner. had relayed to be was an egregious, unnecessary lie. It would have taken her mere minutes to locate my lab results but Im guessing she had better things to do!?!?This is merely the tip of the iceberg as far as Bearden Healthcare is concerned. I would suggest you keep on looking for a reputable facility that will hopefully treat you with some respect & dignity rather than making you feel that you, your health & most definitely your pain is valid and you ARE worthy of their precious time!!HATS OFF to Jameesa (sp.?), a Medical Assistant / Tech that was gentle and kind and to Dennis in the Laboratory for his genuine professionalism and honesty and for finding a good vein every time he had to take samples of my blood.

This is the worse of the worse..they keep milking you insurance seeing anyone all under their referral system..they want you to only go to the physical therapist they tell you too..there chriropractor..there pain specialist..etc...want you to do some procedure called cooleze where they burn your nerves in your back...they just keep milking it badd
