All the staff was very nice. This was my first visit with Dr. McDowell and although I received some news about my condition I wasnt expecting, he was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. He spent time with me, answered all my questions, and I did not feel like he was in a rush to move on to his next patient. He has an excellent bedside manner. I appreciate that!

Surgery and recovery went great. Office personnel very nice and courteous. All my visits were very informative. Happy and satisfied with the hole procedure.

This orthopedic practice came highly recommended. I checked first to be sure they were in our network then set out to make an appointment. The online appointment suggestion and process was easy to navigate and I was successful to complete it. I really did not think I was going to get a return call that day but to my pleasant surprise Kelli Krise called me back. She was wonderful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. After I explained the accident my husband was in with his bike, she searched for the first available appointment and my husband Rick was able to be seen by Dr. McDowell in less than 48 hours! Thank you Kelli!The entire process of the office visit was exceptional! The staff were all excellent. After meeting and speaking with Dr. McDowell, we knew we came to the right place. He took his time explaining everything and was happy to answer any questions. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed but instead felt like we were in getting excellent patient care. First visit. Staff friendly yet still professional. Very orderly process. Doctor was wonderful. Listened carefully to me. Never rushed. Thoughtfully explained procedure/outcome in easy to understand verbiage. Surgery scheduling was easy and very thorough. Definitely would recommend.

I’m so very grateful for Dr. McDowell and his staff. I live more than an hour away and you never really know if you need an extra hour because of traffic on the interstate. I had my 2 week follow up appointment after my recent surgery yesterday at 1:40 I signed in just after 1 pm and was actually called back in less then 5 minutes after getting seated. The nurses and the staff are all so friendly and caring. Took 86 staples out of my knee and bandaged with the butterfly strips and I was at Valet getting my car at 1:45. Dana saw me while in the back room and took a moment to say hello - she’s so sweet and informative (before/after surgery) letting me know what was going on. I’m hoping and praying they heal this time and I never tear those Quadriceps again. After doing so twice in the last 8 weeks.

Friendly and professional experience. All of my questions answered. Time was taken and I never felt rushed or patronized.

I have been hurting in my shoulders for about 2 months or more. (about level 8 in pain) After visit with Dr. McDowell and results from ultrasound and xrays to both, he said he thought I may have a rotator cuff tear in both shoulders and before getting an MRI he wanted to give me ejections in both for pain. I usually get up 3 to 5 times for bathroom and pain. Last night I did not get up until time for work. Pain level this morning is 0. Thanks you Lord for answered prayer and thank you Dr McDowell and staff for your excellent work..
