I had an amazing experience with a tooth extraction. Dr. Shepherd is very professional. No pain, no hassle, great care!

I walked up to the cutest mask required sign on the door. Walked in and none of the 4 people in the lobby were wearing masks. The front desk person had her mask down too. She pulled it up when i refused to speak to her until she did so. The lobby is small so i was forced to wait for my appointment outside in the rain since no one was enforcing their own mandate. Disheartening and maddening. A small piece of cloth can keep you healthy and others healthy in a DOCTORS OFFICE but because a room full of sociopaths dont care and the medical staff dont seem to either.

Such a wonderful dental office! They make you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you come in. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience with them!

Timothy Williams is extremely rude and so is much of his staff. Can not recommend avoiding them more.

I followed Dr. Young from the UT Hospital location. This guy loves what he does and does it to the best of his abilities. I had an implant done through him and it was wonderful because everything was done by him personally. He does teeth extraction, implants, teeth alignment and general teeth maintenance all under one roof.One key selling point for his implants is the fact his x-rays are done in 3d. This gives him the ability to place your implant with insane accuracy, which increases implant success. The implant will be place entirely in your jawbone. say goodbye to having to deal with both a dentist and an oral surgeon. Few to none in knoxville have this ability. I would not go anywhere else for an implant.

I wanted to like this place but had a lot of problems from the start. The appointment I made over the phone was never actually set so I had to wait longer and see a different Dr. The Dr I saw was less experienced and left my filling sharp and painful so I had to go back, the billing team called me because my birthday was wrong on my insurance but they were the ones who submitted it incorrectly. I was also told id need a root canal even though I had been to other dentists who did not agree. I was probably extremely unlucky but all of this left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Recently went in for a planning visit for some major dental work i need done. The staff was amazingly friendly from the front desk all the way to Dr. Shepard. Fantastic customer service. Absolutely recommend.
