This may sound unusual but coming into Law Family Dentistry is something I look forward to every six months. It feels like visiting a best friend or favorite family member. Every interaction from the receptionist to the dentist (Dr. Kevin is my guy) has been informative, professional and enjoyable. The entire staff is warm and friendly.I have had positive experiences on all of the different services provided by Dr. Kevin as his work is exemplary…pretty sure on one visit, I referred to him as an artist!I simply adore my hygienist and follow her advice to the letter of the law…no pun intended. ;) Besides making my mouth beautiful, we have a great time catching up each visit, like having a glass of wine with a girlfriend but without the wine.I have purchased the dental insurance they provide for my adult children so now the entire family goes there. I trust that they will only recommend the services that we need which says a lot in today’s times. Bottom line, I highly recommend Law Family Dentistry for the entire family!

From start to finish A+. I can’t recall a time I ever said I had a great time at the dentist until today. Friendly, professional and thorough are just a few ways to describe the office. They take the time to explain everything so you completely understand. Gently touch, didn’t have any discomfort. I felt comfortable from the moment I sat in the chair. I needed to get a broken tooth dearth with but I had complications due to an upcoming heart cath. They worked with me to deal with my tooth on a temporary basis until I can get a crown after my cardiac issues are resolved.As usual the staff and dentist are wonderful. They were very understanding about my condition and worked to ensure I was comfortable during the procedures. I have always been pleased with their professionalism and caring.

I love my smile, I love my teeth. Crazy as it sounds I love going to the dentist. Somehow, 9 years have passed since I’ve been to the dentist. Shout out to Law Family Dentistry. Not only did Dr Kevin Law and his staff not judge me, they did a  thorough exam of my teeth and mouth. (I was wowed by all the advances in Technology too)!This is how much I love my teeth, after 9 years of paying dental insurance and not scheduling the time for my own dental exams, I’m proud to say I am Dental Problem Free. I was very hesitant about going back to the dentist after the pandemic but I had a dental issue that needed to be treated. Law Dentistry was the best place to go! Extremely clean - air purifiers in place throughout and all precautions taken- I felt extremely comfortable and very safe. All staff was excellent and Dr. Kevin took care of my issue in short order - he explained everything clearly and was extra attentive so assure there was no pain and the process was completed perfectly. I love both Dr. Muriel and Dr. Kevin and their staff is so wonderful- it is easily the best choice for dental care in the Knoxville area.

This was an amazing experience (I know, a strange thing to say about a dental appointment.) Due to poor life management, I had not been to a dentist in a decade. Law family dentistry has been my dentist for several years now. They also see both of my young boys, who actually look forward to going to the dentist so far. And my daughter will go there when it is time. They are so sweet and professional. And very understanding about weird family/work/dentist situations like the one I brought with me today! They also don’t “make stuff up” to get extra money as I’ve heard other doctors do. I highly recommend for anyone to go there as I know you will have a pleasant experience!

The facility is always spotless. All of the staff is friendly and competent, which allows me to relax as much as possible. The hygienist always takes the time do a thorough job while entertaining me with friendly banter. The dentist is very cordial and reassuring that my aging teeth and gums can be managed. I could not ask for a better overall experience.

Law Family Dentistry is fantastic! Our kiddos have gone here for 5 years, and they have had nothing but wonderful experiences (even with extractions!). They LOVE to go see Heather and Vickie!! Dr. Kevin was actually the first to notice our son’s ENT issues and got us pointed in the right direction toward getting his airway/sleep issues addressed. Before going to Dr. Muriel and Kevin Law, I had some not so great dental experiences. This dentistry is the absolute best and I have been treated with compassion and respect by the receptionist, hygienist, and dentists. Casey is an amazing hygienist and great about answering all my questions. I usually see Dr. Muriel, but they are both excellent dentists and have given me so much hope and peace of mind regarding my oral health. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially those who may have had bad dental experiences in the past.

I never remember my appointments and they do a great job of calling or texting me to help me remember when one is coming up. I pay out of pocket on a monthly plan and Im happy to know my money is going directly to the practice.

This is definitely meant for Law Family Dentistry in Hardin Valley.It’s unfortunate that instead of addressing your end of things, you felt this review had been left incorrectly.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Scheduled a basic new patient dental cleaning months ago; arrived at my designated time and after waiting 25+ minutes past my scheduled time, I inquired how much longer it would be. Apparently they schedule new clients for dental cleanings to be there a minimum of 90 minutes. Given it was 25+ minutes past my appointment, I didnt have the time to continue waiting. Honestly after waiting months to get in, I feel like this was a complete lack of respect for my time. I dont feel it should take almost 2 hours for a routine cleaning. I understand things happen and clearly they were running behind, but it was a bad first impression and I hate I cant support local to HV now. My family wont be returning.On the positive, the office was nice, as was the staff I encountered.

I had the most amazing experience today as I went to Law Family Dentistry for my first time. It is usually a very stressful thing for me to go to the dentist but I was so relieved by the friendliness and knowledgeable staff. I had Heather as my hygienist and from her initial approach to getting my xrays completed to her cleaning my teeth I actually had fun. She put me at ease from the first moment and throughout the process. Then I was met by the doctor who sat down and went over everything and explained options for future treatments. No pressure. Just reccomendations. This was definitely the best dental appointment experience Ive ever had. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Growing up I have hated going to the dentist and was always anxious about my visits. Since moving to knoxville and finding Dr. Kevin and staff my beliefs on the dentist have shifted for the better. I always feel very comfortable, heard, supported, and taken care of. The use and availability of new technology has made my visits easier. I can trust them. They can show you potential or current problems on pictures. Tell you how to take preventative measures. I’ve had over-priced dentists who have tried to rip me off by telling me I needed procedures I didn’t. I’ve never felt pressured at Law Family Dentistry and they always provide an estimate.

I have had a crippling fear of going to dentists since a very young age, but they were such kind and knowledgeable people and really took the time to inform me on every single procedure they were doing (which they did a fantastic job of)!
