Really upsetting they won’t accept an exemption to mask wearing. This is the only holistic place in town and we are being denied care.

I have had three appointments and I am very pleased. Both Dr. Jackson and Dr. Gardner are very personable. They explain everything thoroughly and make sure their patients are comfortable. All the staff members are very kind and helpful. They take pride in their work and do an excellent job.

My wife and I drive 120 miles from Signal Mountain, TN to Springwater Dental Institute to get our teeth worked on by Dr. Gardner because of his expertise. That should tell you how good he and his staff are!

Highly recommend! This is the ONLY dentist I have visited that didn’t cause pain or leave my gums and jaw sore for days after the dental work. I had several fillings replaced and it was completely pain free! I will also add that the procedure went quickly and efficiently.

They have shown nothing but compassion and professionalism every time Ive seen or spoken with them.Dr. Gardner was able to find and remove infection leftover from having my wisdom teeth removed by an oral surgeon 10+ years ago. No other dentist has even noticed the infection until Dr. Gardner. I was very impressed and thankful for this.Dr. Gardner is very thorough and works quickly and strategically. Simply put, Dr. Gardner saved my life, he diagnosed something that 5 dental specialists and 5 medical doctor specialists could not. Their office staff is so friendly! Their office is very busy, they see patients from around the US so you need to call well in advance to get on the books.

My wife and I have been going to Springwater dental for many years. Always professional and very caring. I recently had open heart surgery and went in for a routine cleaning. A severely abcessed tooth was found that could have potentially killed me. Dr. Gardner successfully removed the tooth with no complications. I needed no pain medication after the proceedure. I thank God for finding Springwater dental.
