Very professional and great interaction. I havent been to the dentist in about 2 years because I dont like pain. I knew that I had to go but didnt want to so with much encouragement from my wife (lol) I went and glad I did. The entire procedure from start to finish was not a bit painful and I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Dr. Metelka and his team are top notch!!! I have even taken my daughter there since she was 4. They are always so good with her and calm her fears! I would highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Dr Metelka and his staff. My service on Sept 29th was, as always, excellent. The office is neat and spotless. Everyone there is very friendly and I feel comfortable asking any dental question. But, most of all I feel confident that they are taking care of my teeth.

I was in for my routine 6 month checkup. As usual the staff was exceptional and thorough. I would recommend Dr. Metelka to anyone looking for a great dentist and caring staff.

I highly recommend Dr. Metelka and EVERYONE at his office! My last visit was for a cleaning, and Courtney did a fabulous job AS ALWAYS!! My teeth felt so clean I didnt want to eat anything and get them dirty...lol. Dr. Metelka is always so friendly, considerate and kind, you really feel like he is interested in you personally. And everyone there is always very professional and courteous.

I love having my teeth cleaned and she pointed out one place I need to take extra care with when brushing. The visit was great.

If we had dentists like Dr Metelka when I was a kid, my teeth would be 100% better. Dentistry has come a long way, and Dr Metelka has mastered it. He took over the practice from Dr Milan, whom I have had a long relationship with, and I am confident that Dr Metelka will provide the same stress free preventive care. Dr. Metelka took over my former dentists practice a year or two ago. I had been with Dr. Jimmy for decades and was quite frankly worried when he retired! Dr. Metelka slid into Dr. Jimmys position and he fits like a glove. My husband and I both see him. He is extremely knowledgeable and informs me of what I need to know. I also like the office staff very much! It is always a great experience!

Erin is very efficient, through and gentle with her cleaning. always does a fabulous job! dr metelka comes in to verify, answer questions and chat to make you feel comfortable. these folks are awesome! dianna

I had an issue with scheduling and an insurance claim denial that was causing an issue for me. Dr. Metelka called me this morning and told me that he would write off the balance. Very happy about that, but I wish that the front office person had helped when I first brought it to her attention over a month ago instead of letting it develop into such a big issue. Apparently she is no longer with the office, so hopefully things will run much smoother now that they have a new person in place. Dr. Metelka himself seems to be a nice and professional dentist.

Dr. Metelka is a knowledgeable caring dentist. I enjoy every visit I have with him and love that he always asks about my family and cares about me as a patient and a person. If you need a dentist in Knoxville, I highly recommend him.

Ok it would not let me copy and paste my review so I will rewrite it I have been coming here for 20+yrs with DDS Jimmy Milan & DDS Frank Metelka seems alot like Jimmy very pleased great service and employees dont plan on changing dentist any time soon I would highly recommend them.

I recently had a new patient appointment at Dr. Metelka’s office, and was very happy with the entire experience. After a couple of bad experiences at other dental offices (and being a procrastinator) it had been a couple of years since I had last been to the dentist for an exam and cleaning, so I was a little hesitant before my visit. I had zero reason for hesitation! Everyone at Dr. Metelka’s office was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Courtney, my hygienist, was wonderful! She pointed out the effects of not keeping regular dental visits/cleanings were having on my teeth, but did so in a friendly & informative way. I NEVER felt like she was lecturing me or judging me for not coming in sooner (which I had worried about). I did end up needing a filling, which Dr. Metelka took care of for me. He explained exactly what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable during the whole process (which is no small feat, I’m a wimp). I highly recommend Dr. Metelka and his office!

Being billed for my wife and I missing an appointment when she was throwing up sick! Now theyve sent me to collections after I already spoke with them about this mis-billing! What a joke! Dont waste your time here...find a real dentist that doesnt need to gouge you and send you to collections on a missed appointment!
