They lost my appointment, and the next available one was 3 months out. It doesnt matter if the dentists are good if you cant actually see them!

Several years ago, I visited this office. I had an emergency appointment as I was in so much pain from an infection, I could barely walk into the office. The dentist showed zero compassion, stated he saw nothing wrong with me, charged me over $130 and sent me home with mouthwash. I went back the next day, my jaw was so swollen, it looked like I had a golf ball in my cheek and I was met at the door by the office manager who yelled at me and said, We cant help you. You need to leave. Needless to say I ended up in the emergency room with an abscessed tooth. I am a very well known, reputable businesswoman in the community and this dentist and office manager have unethical business practices and treatment of patients.
