My daughter has Down Syndrome and needs extra consideration from her dental team. This practice is kind, welcoming, and patient and gentle. She loves it here.

I had a great experience my first visit at Edenfield Dental Group. I had been to Aspen Dental, and they told me I had 6 cavities. I wanted a second opinion, and it turns out I had none. Dr. Farrier looked at my x-rays and examined my teeth, and was honest with me in that Aspen had given me false results. I appreciate their honesty.I will be coming back!

The Edenfield office was great with our daughter for her extractions. She is extremely anxious with going to the dentist. The people there are very compassionate with their patients and took time to calm her instead of rushing her thru. We will definitely bring her back there in the future.

Awesome people. They were kind to my son who needed his 2 upper incisors fixed. The nurse and the Dr were so gentle and explained every procedure to him. My son got to ask questions, and he got his anwers. This made him relax and not afraid. Thank you!

I have an irrational fear of the dentist and came here bc they offer sedation. I was scheduled for sedation but last minute I decided to try to get my root canal with just nitrous. It was an amazingly painless and calm experience. The staff is delightful and I’ll gladly travel the hour for this calm and caring doctor.

We stayed coming here couple months ago and we have had nothing but a great experience. Everyone is super nice and friendly and helpful. I wont change offices for a long while.

I cannot express how wonderful the staff is. We came in today and my daughter is extremely high anxiety. Heather took her time and explained everything step by step to her to ease her worries. We will returning shortly for more treatment. We briefly met the doctor who was very kind as well. I wish every practice took such care and compassion for their patients.

I Love this Dentist. Its so professional and the services is great. Make you feel comfortable and they scheduling is marvelous. You want be crowded in with a big group of people. They take their time to examine kids teeth and let you know what can be done to help prevent more damage on kids teeth. Especially when you have kids like mine that love candy. I just love the location and the Dentist. Very professional. I Will recommend them to as many people I can.

The staff at Edenfield are very professional and nice. The office is very clean and they are taking Covid 19 precautions seriously. I did have a little trouble finding their office with my GPS, but nothing terrible. As a new patient upon arrival at first I was a little confused in regards to which side I was to check in at. After a small amount of time, the office staff assisted me with where to check in and the process was quick and smooth.The Dentist answered any questions I had and was very thorough as well as the assistants.

Well pleased. Takes Care of many special need children and adults. Takes TennCare / Dentaquest. Also takes regular patients so it works great to take my special needs adult son and get my dental cleanings at the same time.

Both dentists and their staff were excellent. They cared enough that I had a broken tooth for weeks and was unable to see my regular dentist due to being overbooked and no sight of opportunity to get my tooth fixed. Well at Edenfield dentistry they treated me as an important priority and seen me immediately not only fixing my broken tooth but fixed another bad filling and did my comprehensive exam all in one day. That is what you call excellent service friends. I liked them so much that I have selected them for my dental work from now on and left the other dentist I have seen for years. The office is well controlled to prevent virus spread. The very best part is my hygienist, Marisa. She is very efficient and fun to talk to. She makes a dental visit fun. When was the last time you heard fun and dental in the same sentence. My preventative care by Marisa is outstanding. The rest of the office staff is friendly and helpful.

I just had the best cleaning Ive ever had by Melissa! Very gentle and very thorough! Dr. Farrior and Melissa made my kids feel so comfortable too ! I was really nervous about how my daughter would do on her first visit but thanks to them it was a great experience and she did awesome! Thanks guys !

I was very disappointed this last visit. We were 20 min early so I expected to have to wait but we were there almost 3 hours for 2 cleanings. It was almost hour before first child was taken back. The dental assistant was very rough. My children never complain about a cleaning and they both did this time. I did ask at check out of we had option of picking the dental assistant and I was advised we could. I told them Idid not want the same one that they just had. She was apparently a temp. If I would have known that we would have rescheduled. I have never had a bad experience here until today and hoping that is the last considering it was a temp. I would like to have been told up front that she was the one working on my children. I think there was a lack of communication today most definitely. I will never wait an hour again to let me kids go back. From now on I will ask ahead. My time is just as important and anyone elses. I can take into consideration being a little behind but 3 hours almost is ridiculous. If I was an hour late I would have been told to reschedule.

They took care of everything I needed and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there. Felt professional but not too professional to make me nervous the entire time. They took care of me quickly and are working with my situation as best as they can. Great, great, great office!

Everyone was very prompt and efficient. They were also very nice and helpful. I appreciate how they looked after my granddaughter to try and make sure she was not in a lot of pain.

They are taking all the correct safety measures and assured that temperatures were taken and mask worn.Shelia Sharp, the hygienist, that assisted me was the best. I went in Today for a 6 month cleaning with my Dental Hygienist Shiela. She is fantastic !!! She was exceptionally careful in her work and absolutely one of the BEST professional caretakers I have ever had clean my teeth. She is a Joy to be around and has a delightful sense of humor which makes a stressful appointment much easier to go through. I would recommend her services to everyone and if I had higher words of praise to give I would.

We are so pleased with our experience(s) @ Edenfield. We used to have to go through UT Hospital for special needs dentistry. What a fiasco and time-consuming mess every UT experience was. Hopefully, never again will we have to go to UT to get dental care with sedation. The folks at Edenfield are so good with our son. We were on time for our 9 am appointment and finished and on the way home by 10:15!!! We have always had the same dentist, Dr. Farrier. At UT, we never had the same dentist and most always we dealt with dental students and each one had a different opinion. We are so happy.

Im always welcomed with a smile! Marissa, hygienist, is assigned to me and she dies a great job and is always pleasant. Dr. Farrier is my dentist. He is knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this group.

I’m an older person and I’ve been to an array of dentists in my life, probably 12. I had to have a serious procedure for continuing pain during the pandemic. Finally I made it to Dr. Farrior for a root canal and restoration of my lower front tooth veneer. Dr. Farrior is among the top two dentists who have treated me over the course of my life. He is a true professional. He paid close attention to my various descriptions of what was happening to me and what my needs were. I had no pain during the procedure and after. In addition, his staff is top notch.

Marissa, dental tech, is the very best ever...in all of my 70 years, innumerable dental appointments in many states, Marissa is the best Ive ever had...I actually look forward to having my teeth cleaned...not to mention that all of their staff is friendly and professional as well...but, Marissa makes my appointments incredibly enjoyable!

When I walked into Edenfield Dental the first time, it been over 15 years since I had been to a dentist. Needless to say, I was a bit nervous. The staff were so nice and fun, I almost forgot where I was and that people were going to be putting their hands in my mouth. I’ve actually looked forward to going back each time after the first experience. When I regain feeling in the right side of my face, I’m buying the first round for the staff at Karaoke night.

I called in the morning and spoke with Emily. I explained I was a new patient and I was having a dental emergency. Emily got me an appointment that day. When I arrived I was greeted by Emily and filled out the required paperwork. My appointment was at 1:00 and I was taken back promptly by Shelia who was assisting Dr, Edenfield. She was so sweet and caring. Dr. Edenfield came in and within an hour he took care of my dental emergency. What a great practice, everyone is so friendly and caring. My husband and I are definitely going to use them as our family dentist. Thank you to all of them for caring about me.

My son is Autistic and they are so good with him. They have such a calming voice and today is the first time he has had a cleaning without sedation. He is 21 and they were so good with him and made it relaxing for him.

Had my teeth cleaned and a check up this morning. As usual I had a very short wait time which is important to me. My hygienist was smiling and prepared. This is also important to me. Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I had a dental emergency a few months ago and went to Aspen Dental. Seemed the quickest route. They were horrible and gave me bad advice. My emergency was still not dealt with and I was in excruciating pain. I drove by Edenfield by chance and decided to go in. They set me an appointment for the very next day and took care of my problem. I came back for a routine cleaning and was given a treatment plan. That was July. I’ve had several appointments since then to get the work done that I need. They’re always very nice and polite. They take very good care of me. I really love how they’ll give you an extremely close estimate on how much your next apt will cost so you can plan accordingly. I love these guys. As long as I live in the area, I’ll never go anywhere else.
