Dental Co has a clean office and everyone there was very nice. I did not have to wait long at all before they called me back and get started. The staff was very professional and polite. I was impressed with the technology this office used compared to my last dentist. Dr. Holt was thorough with his exam and easy to talk to. He took him time to explain his findings from my exam. I would highly recommend Dental Co to any one looking for a dentist.

Dr.Holt is great! Very knowledgeable at his job. On the other hand, if he had good or personable workers up front (receptionist) then his rating would be a 5 star. I have no problem with Dr.Holt but when the receptionist wants to argue about insurance and “owed money” when you have to pay for every visit up front then that becomes a problem. The receptionist and I had this conversation last appointment, and it was insurance problem then. Then tried to make appointment and monies doubled and then I had a balance then as well as insurance. Go figure!! Take care Dr.Holt, I hope you get someone descent to help you run your business and not a fly by night “pretty girl” that thinks she knows what she is doing. She is putting on a show for you. Thanks for the work that you have done.

Look, these guys will give you a pillow and blanket if you need it. Literally, it’s part of their amenities. Aside from the really nice office and nicer staff, Dr. Holt knows what he is doing and does not beat around the bush. He will give you his professional opinion on your smile and options for a solution to whatever issues you have along with pros and cons. I have a missing tooth and despite the cost i currently don’t feel like anyone else is the Dr for the job. This office is very malleable with payment options and they offer financing. Don’t let this high end dental office deter you. They want the best for your smile and they have the facilities to achieve that.

I’ve only had one visit so far, but I’m already impressed. I felt heard, and the plan of care was clearly explained. I have kind of an urgent situation, and Dr. Holt, Emily, and Hillary have done everything to schedule me as soon as possible while still working around my work hours. I neglected my teeth for 3 years. I decided to give Dr. Holt and his staff and try and I am so happy I did! New patient paperwork was a breeze. My first cleaning was pretty much pain free (remember I hadn’t been to the dentist in 3 years) so I was expecting some discomfort but it was very very minimal and nothing out of the ordinary. The entire process was explained perfectly by Dr Holt and his staff. I have found my new dentist!

I went here for a dental emergency as my regular dentist was out of town the week of the incident. He came highly recommended from a close friend so I called his office. Dr. Holt was booked weeks out, but squeezed time in his schedule to fix my broken tooth. His staff was incredibly friendly and he made sure I knew exactly what his plans were for fixing my tooth. Over the years Dr. Holt has been the best dentist I have ever had. My Hygienist was absolutely amazing. Her name fails me at moment. The doc was awesome also. They use state of the art technology. Digital x-rays super, comfy chairs and very professional.Update: 2/3/2021 Dr. Holt told me that my tooth would give me issues. He must be a psychic. I had a root canal performed. I feel asleep through the procedure. Dr. Holt and his assistant worked so well together. I didnt see any blood and nastiness. They have a great working style. Which i appreciated because I hate the dentist. I had a great experience and they have a client for life.

Finally a place that I feel like cares about my teeth and actually listened to what I had to say about any issues I have been having. Thank you so much glad I switched!

Nice facility, new technology. Dental Hygienist and Dentist were very good. Was very surprised the office staff was not wearing masks, even though I was wearing one!After visiting again today, I will give Dr. Holt and his staff 5 stars! Masks were in use by everyone and other appropriate measures were taken to keep us safe. The services provided were excellent and I would highly recommend Dr. Holt and his staff.

Dr. Holt is great, he discusses his concerns with you and make sure he informs you of everything going on with your dental health. Also, if you are having any procedures done, he makes sure youre okay throughout the process and he works very diligently, while also being gentle. I would give this office more than 5 stars if I could and I recommend them to everyone I know!!

Excellent staff, easy to work with. Up front about anything not covered by my insurance (and knew right what it would be, which was $21). Thorough and awesome technology that showed a 3D image of my teeth/mouth. I was very impressed, plus the office and equipment are all new and top notch! Highly recommend Dr. Holt and his team.

I went for a regular cleaning that was advertised for 89$ which included a cleaning and an X-ray. I had them examine a tooth for a possible root canal and crown. The cleaning was done and they scheduled me for a root canal later in the week. They were very rude and impatient with me because I have anxiety about dental work that I have not experienced before and numbing procedures. I did not get the root canal or crown done at this establishment, but they charged me over 300$ for just a cleaning, even though it was only an 89$ charge for the cleaning and exam. I have tried desperately to dispute this 260$ overcharge, but they have refused to honor my request. Don’t give these crooks your business. I will never recommend anyone to go to this place for dental procedures.

I have been going to Dr. Holt for years and consider him to be the best dentist in the area. In fact, I now travel 30 miles each way to continue to go to his practice precisely for that reason. His staff is incredible kind and accommodating.
