I have to say the staff member and the doctor really nice but to reach a person during a call is another story. You not only wait too long to get answer (30 min minimum) which is ridiculous if you said something they always has the same excuse about new record system. They really need to improve the answering call issues.

I have lost all my patience with this place. You call and wait so long, eventually you give up. I have been trying to speak with someone for over 3 weeks now! and forget getting a call back! that wont ever happen. Its been a month since i have been trying to get results from my test.

This place has lots of excuses. They have changed their medical records software and are blaming all of their issues on this. I call everyday for test results and they keep saying oh they havent received them or they may be sitting on the fax and they have been so busy and havent been able to catch up. Excuse after excuse

The staff seem nice enough in person but i have had 0 return phone calls when they tell me theyll call me back while dealing with a very important matter. Im very disgusted

The doctor is outstanding !!! The employees are unprofessional Rude !!!if you call you will wait for 1 hour on hold and they will respond we’re booked they will give you an appointment 5 month later !!

It is impossible to contact Dr. Aquinos office by phone. They dont answer or they leave you waiting on the phone.

Not only is she inattentive, a bad doctor does not have human quality and does not physically attend to her patients, they have to send her a Postgraduate degree in customer service
