Best doctor ever! Staff and doctor very caring and nice.

Best doctor ever! Actually cares about how you feel and doesnt see you just as a money sign. Lets just say if it wasnt for her who knows if Id be alive!

These are the nicest people ever best experience good prices i dont have insurance i pay cash only been here twice but i been calling like 3 years 😆 smh they have always been so helpful answer all my questions i definitely recommend if they cant help they will find someone who can best doctor office by far

Their staff treat people bad and make them feel as they are bothering them. I am a regular patient and could not even make an appointment for my parents because the receptionist assumed they did not have insurance. After I clarified everything to her she did not even apologized and disconnected the call. After this experienced, I cancel my future appointments with Dr. Morales.

Dr. Maricelis is great, she is very caring. However, I always had issues with her staff. They are rude and treat people as they are been bothered when you call them to request assistance. My latest experience was the worst as I was trying to make an appointment to have my family see Dr. Maricelis as their PCP. The lady that answered the phone refused to make the appointment as she “assume” they did not have insurance, it was like she was too busy to even listen to me. She did not even apologized, even when I mentioned I already was a patient of them.Because of this, I cancelled all my appointments with them and I’m now looking for another PCP.

TERRIBLE Customer Service both people answering the phone are rude and not idea about customer service. Dr Morales you need to change or educate your staff you are losing clients because poor personal .

For many years this place has been my clinic. Dr Morales, my primary Dr. Its one of the most wonderful person and human being. She really cares about her patients. The staff is amazing. I wouldnt change my Dr.for any other one. When you have a Dr need to feel confident and secure. She is very professional as a Dr. and as a person I dont have any complains. Extremely satisfied with everyone there. Thanks Dr Morales.

Dr Colon is very Average physicianI know her from last four years, now Im sick n tired with her service, she dont call back after-hours, no meds refill, her girls dont care and dont know how to verified insurance,miserable doctor and her staff

Absolutely horrible place. They charge extra for the office visit if you’re being prescribed more than a one month refill, I have never heard of a place doing that. Also considers some medications as “controlled” when all other dr offices say they are not a controlled substance, just for them to make you go monthly and get charged whatever they want to charge you for an office visit, it changes each time. Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you have no insurance. Wish i just had saved my money for a different office. Only care about money here, could care less about the patients

I have been going to Dr. Morales Colon for 7 years. She is a very competent, caring, personal doctor. She has detected and tested for problems that I would have not imagined. She is involved in my health care and cares about me being well. The ladies in the office are polite and respectful. I will follow her wherever she goes. I appreciate her, she is a healer.

Dr. Morales Colon is a great doctor. She listens to her patients, treats them with respect, and takes the time to figure out whats wrong instead of just treating the symptoms.

Went to this place for my anual DOT physical . The nurse named Veronica treat me rude & professional . I wouldnt recommend this place and nobody else

False advertisement in the website they say they close at 5 pm and if you go to this”walking clinic” at 4:40pm they will not take care of you .

Horrible and poorly attended, so was my experience visiting that clinic, please DO NOT waste your time and money; The person who attends the reception the owner (acted as such) very hateful and Dr. Morales talking about his personal life for 45 minutes, paractically lost my query. Patients need help not to be ignored and treated badly

The appointment was at 11:30 and it is 1:00 pm and still unattended and I only came for a referral 🤷🏼‍♀️
