I feel like I’m forced to come here because it’s the only place that allows me to peacefully follow a delayed vaccine schedule for my children that’s close to home.Dr. F is alright. I don’t like that he never washes his hands when he touches my kids, but he is generally nice. I recently started seeing Karina and she’s absolutely lovely.Overall, the place is cramped and not kid friendly at all. Good luck trying to maneuver a stroller in this place. The staff is rather terrible. The front lady receptionist needs serious phone etiquette and a better attitude in general. She never smiles and her tone comes off as she hates her job and you.The nurse assistants seem to be hit or miss. I have gotten some with bad attitudes and others who are fine. The staff just doesn’t look happy. I don’t feel welcomed by any of them.The bathroom is right in the middle of the waiting room and honestly that’s rather gross. It’s a good day if they still have toilet paper in there.Another thing, in my experience it ALWAYS takes over an hour just to be called into the room. Try waiting an hour with a toddler and newborn just to be called into another room where you have to wait even longer! It’s extremely stressful and plain annoying.I have waited even longer when Dr. F has his meetings with his staff. From the waiting room it sounds like a preaching/sermon. This is nice and all, but not when you have a full waiting room and have babies waiting to be seen! So please Dr. F, be mindful of this.Lastly, Dr. F, you should seriously consider getting a nicer place. I’m sure you can afford it! The current office is too small and crusty.

During my first visit i was seen by Karina and she was very knowledgeable and spent time with me to listen to my concerns and recommended a lot of test to find the root cause of my symptoms. I didnt book an appt with Dr Hernandez because he was booked but he came in and greeted me. However, Karina was amazing. And even the girl who drew my blood i think her name was Sophia she was very knowledgeable and caring too. I recommend this office if you are looking for someone who cares and listens.

Dr F is great. His staff is atrocious. I was a patient for 5 years. I can’t manage the stress they cause me. It’s ridiculous. I attempted to email him to discuss my concerns before leaving his practice. The primary issue is Jennifer, the practice manager. She responded to the email I sent him. I assume that to mean he doesn’t care. The office staff can make or break an office and his is broken.

Dr. Fernández is caring and compassionate with his patients. Excellent service and care.

Dr. F and his entire staff are GOD sent. I have never met a more genuine and kind doctor. The kind of doctor who isn’t corrupted, but truly wants to see healthy families. If it wasn’t forthis practice i would have never been diagnosed with my health conditions. I saw several doctors before Dr. F who always dismissed me and said i just had anxiety. Coming to this practice is like a breath of fresh air. There is hope for YOU too. you will become family. Thank you Dr. F and your wonderful staff!

Dr.Fernandez does not have very good bedside manners. As a new patient, he entered our room without introducing himself and just asked (how can I help you??!). He literally was in the room for 5 minutes, ordered a bunch of labs and NEVER returned to the room. He sent his nurse to tell us we were done. During a pandemic he did not wash his hands before doing his exam NOR wore gloves or a mask. His medical staff were not wearing masks either. The patient restroom was FILTHY. It really grossed me out. There was no paper towels or soap. Office was dirty. Will not be returning to this office.

Nice staff and doctor, BUT I don’t like being scammed with vitamins for my only treatment option. If I want to buy vitamins I go to GNC not the dr. Then you have to pay out of pocket for “supplements” instead of paying for a prescription. Also the office is run down and tiny.

The doc is friendly, knowledgeable, and cares about helping people. Thats where it ends. His office staff are incompetent the front office receptionist is very rude, and as a whole the practice is unorganized. I also did a separate lab months ago and the office has not followed up with me on any of my visits. Neither will they give any of your lab results without paying for a follow up visit, which oftentimes cannot be scheduled earlier than a month away. Steer away from this doctor.

Ive been waiting on lab results since June! Apparently they had them and just didnt know it and Ive had to reschedule my appointment for October. They also wont submit any of my tests to insurance, and just lied to me about it saying they just dont cover anything. I found out from the lab and my insurance that none of this was true. Ive paid more than $1k out of pocket and I still dont have any answers and might never at this point if I dont find a new Dr.

Love being a patient here! After years and years of feeling terrible, Dr. Fernandez discovered I had Hashimotos. All the NP’s are very good and quite knowledgeable. I have been treated by doc, Linette, and Alex and honestly as being a provider myself, I have no complaints. They always treat me with respect and kindness. Thank you to the whole team, including front desk, MA, and the vitamin center for always showing empathy.

Doctor Fernández and office staff is very friendly. Love how they pray together before starting to see patients.

Dr. Fernandez is my entire family’s doctor and my OB as well. He treats patients holistically and naturally, which I appreciate since most docs just want to prescribe meds right away. I also love that he is a Christian and interweaves his faith in his practice with weekly online devotionals. Highly recommend if you are looking to heal your whole self and are open to alternative health treatments!

Very intelligent Doc that stays up to date with the science. Hes probably the best primary Dr Ive had in my life by far! Hell tell you the truth whether you like it or not. No sugar coating anything.

Dr. Fernandez is a warm, caring, dedicated physician who has invested time and resources to become an integrative medicine practitioner. Ive sent many friends to him, and we all love him. I drive 2 hours to get to his office and its worth it!

Good doctor...very caring and personable, however, if you want to wait in a closet sized waiting room for hours after your appointment time and be berated by receptionists...this is your spot.

The worst Ive ever dealt with this visit was the last Im putting up with my 4 kids will go else. they never return phone calls I had a sick visit in November was prescribed abuderol but no nebulizer so I called to get the nebulixer left vm 3 weeks later received a call saying there is a message here in our system did any one call you i said no never then she asked what it was for and said someone would call me back that day now here I am Dec 12th face to face dealing with the issue on a well child check up because no one got back to me then come to find out it was ordered but I wasnt informed an my insurance paid for it so they had to give it to me in their location NOW more on todays visit wait time is ridiculous not usual doctor wait time and its always like that. I had an appt today for 2 of my kids at 1030 I got a text this morning saying see you at 1050 so I called this morning to find out why the change and she tells me my daughters appt was cancelled because she isnt due for well child but my son still has his appt. ANOTHER ISSUE I shouldnt have to call you to find that out when I get to the office she claims she called an left vm. To my number but my phone is always on Im always available and my voicemail is set I didnt receive a call. I arrive close to 1040 since the appt was now moved to 1050 and I had to ask how much longer because I was still sitting and waiting at 1125. Then she claims they are cleaning the room an will be out shortly so I step outside because my son is not sick an there is a sick child walking and standing around us coughing and not covering her mouthFinally 1143 we get in I live on the other side of town my original 1030 appt woulf have worked just fine with my schedule if they kept it my son gets out of school early so at this point im irritated traveled far I asked the nurse for my daughters physical and my son along with the nebulizer (they should have been prepping that while Im waiting longer to be seen) but no I have to wait.more after my son has been checked she mentioned I could sit in the waiting room to wait but I refused they screwed me enough ill stand right here in the way where you can see me so you can hurry up with the stuff Im waiting for I didnt get out of there until 1230 OH and the linnette doctor is very rough with my 7 mo old pushing his face down into the bed to check his ears ALEX is the best they have there an thats the nicest thing I can say about this visit Alex is sweet and gentle I will miss Alex but the staff and other doc All need to go thru training again straight BASURA(trash) OH another GOOD thing about them they dont force vaccinations

I do not recomend this place the customer service here is terrible the lady at the front desk has a I dont want to be here attitude not to mention that she wont call to verify insurance you will have to do her job..very poor customer service..I was even willing to pay the money to see one particular Doctor (linett) I was referred to but the lady affront screw everything up.

Most caring doctor I have ever had in my life! I used to drive all the way from UCF for my prenatal care. I would do it all over again.!

His only interested is making more money out of selling his own products. He gets rude and defensive if questioned.

Awful, completly violated HIPA they completely disregarded a patients best interest by favoritism. Theyve had a patient for over 20 years that has married 4 immigrant women for them all to leave because of basically being used for sex, money and verbal/physical abuse. The doctors played an imminent role in this very serious situation because they felt the loyalty of past patient over a new patient. She was newly married and her husband lied to the doctors saying she didnt speak english and they disregarded her questions and allowed him to speak over her. Then 6 months prior she was checked and in reality the only reason she was there was to ensure her virginity when she returned for a visit she contracted HPV and the husband found out when her appointment was so he could take-over the entire appointment and manipulate his said wife who is beyond intelligent and unfairly treated and embarassed as the husband gave her the disease and is not being treated nor held accountable. I am trying my hardest to break his interference because of her disturbing treatment and I am completely shocked that a female and male doctor are disregarded THEIR patient to please a past patient. Their advice was to go to a reffeted OBGYN after her results were explained thoroughly to her but instead this manipulative husband who gave an immigrant a perment STD and though the husband completely made her appointment about him, they never told him that he is responsible because he indeed has had HPV for years and never told her. There is so many cases of mistreatment for those responsible without even considering the actual victim and a real patient. Unreal the only person Id suggest THESE doctors is to a manipulative man who wants to infect women with STDs and have their wives be completely unaware. This husband has his own son telling her that he doesnt have anything that she got this desease simply because she didnt douche. Thanks doctors, thank you kissimmee and thanks for the cruel mishandle of someones personal respect. Even if he is on the list it is not because SHE filled out the paperwork and this is not the first wife he has done this too. Sick to my stomach.

Muy experience wasnt good good at all. For my this doctor only try to sale his products to make more money. He has his own illnesses that he diagnosed without a base in science. Seudo medicine. He dint help and I spended more money buying his products and became more ill but he didnt know why because is not research about NATURAL PRODUCTS!! What a shame!! He treated us with a antibiotic for a bacteria that everybody has but he read I dont where that can cause cancer, and put on antibiotic me and my husband!! When I talked with my ginecology he told that many women has that bacteria and is no reason to treat the bacteria........he call you is you are in normal range for laboratories but for him nop and then he prescribed more of his own products!! What a coincidence!! I will never go back to this office.
