I went in today for a covid test and I was amazed at nurse Belmaries patients and gentleness. She was very professional and kind.This is the best experience I had doing this!!! Highly recommend her..

I took a covid test Monday and its Friday still have not received my results and no answer. Left several messages no call backs. So disappointed.

Go somewhere else. This is an old, dirty house being masked as a clinic. A place of medicinal practice. The waiting area was extremely small and crowded, completely against the principles of social distancing. Ironic for a clinic. Then we got called into the examination room and next to a gurney, by the wall, I see a dead cockroach. Again, ironic, for a place that’s supposed to be clean and making people healthier. The only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because the doctor who tended to us, was very attentive and you can tell he truly cared about medicine. I wish him well, and to move on from this place as soon as possible, as I believe he deserves better than this.

Ive been seeing Dr Ahmad for years he is very professional and caring. Hes definitely my favorite doctor. May God bless him.

Dr. Ahmad is great honestly. Hes very caring, listens, and explains well. My problem is with the staff. Im constantly having problems with prescriptions being wrong or not being sent at all. I contact them and they often dont pick up, I leave a voicemail and they dont call me back. My pharmacy has been trying to contact them for the past week with no luck. Its sad that Im having to consider not returning and its not the doctors fault.

This place is unsanitary , staff does not follow any cleaning or disinfecting guidance. Substitute Doctor is very unprofessional and curses at patients. Florida Department Of Health should be investigating this place soon. Staff is always talking about how nasty the Doctor is and rude the Doctor is when he is not there. Place is extremely dirty, and of course they give you an appointment time, same time they give 10 other patients and then you have to wait about an hour for Doctor to arrive.

I like to see other people reviews cause sometime this help.. but in this case I have to make a comment, one husband had been going to office about 4 years and Dr. Ahmad is a very good listener and care about hes Patients, something that you dont see Often, give him a try and you will see..

Dr Ahmad is great, a very caring and compassionate man. if I were rating him alone Id give him 5 stars. The staff is cordial and shows much improvement since my original review two years ago.Ive been going to Dr Ahmad for 10 years so Im very familiar with the office. Theyve come a long way all around in that time, and hope they continue that trend..

Upon going into the office, it does look a little run down. However, when entering, the staff was so pleasant and the doctor was so nice that the conditions could easily be ignored. The doctor appeared on time and my complaints were listened to and diagnosed correctly. Id been suffering from severe back pain and the doctor prescribed me doses that solved my issues within a week. Thank you so much Dr. Ahmad.

Great staff. Dr listens and tries his absolute best to accommodate and help in the best way possible for his patients, and as self pay. I will add that it doesnt cost very much for the visit.

I had most horrible experience! Staff very rude and uneducated. Building is run down and very in kept. There was no room for any move in waiting room I felt sorry lady in wheel chair. I have serious health was looking for good knowledgeable doctor but today was waste of time. Lady taking my blood pressure wouldn’t even tell me what was went got another lady took again she also didn’t tell me . I know was low I have Addison’s disease . I ask where was doctor they said he was there yet 45 min past appointment I just left! This place is crazy ! I work as nurse Medical field for 20 years and never seen Doctors office so unorganized and ghetto. I will be changing my doctor ASAP . I’m not negative or mean person just being very honest. Save yourself some time do not go here!!!

This doctor only cares about money. He has horrible bed side Manor. Has really no medical knowledge. His office staff are slow and dirty. Dont go to this doctor unless you want to die!!!

Scheduled appointment for 9am.show up 15min early because that is custom and courtesy. Nobody here til 5min till 9am. Open door for me at 905. Dont find my folder till 915. Take me to exam room at 930. It is now 10am, and still no doctor. Only here to get a previous operation that doctor performed looked at to make sure no infections so this should have been a fast appointment but it is not. Just went out to speak with the reception. Doctor isnt even here yet!

The medical receptionist was rude and didnt relay messages to my doctor. When I asked to speak to a manager, she left me on hold for over 20 mins.. When I called back the receptionist said the manager lost her voice and couldnt talk to me.. She could have told me that from the beginning instead of making me wait so long.. Then she laughed about it smh.. Doctor Ahmad wanted me to come in every 3 months to refill medication.. total rip off!! I shouldnt have to come into the office every 3 months for a refill.. Thats ridiculous!!! Never have I ever!!! 😡 $$$$ hungry!! Dr. Ahmad didnt listen to any of my concerns. I had swelling and pain in my mouth, blisters and streaks throughout the inside of my cheeks.. He tells me to use mouthwash and walked out in a hurry to go to lunch 😳 I was like... wow?! I had no choice but to go to the dentist.. So now I had to fork out more money 😣..I was told that I had an infection.. I told the dentist what my doctor had said.. He was shocked.!! My dentist said the doctor should have prescribed me antibiotics.. But no.. He let me suffer in pain!! Dr. Ahmad is the worst Dr. Ive ever had!! Stay away from this place!! It suuucks

I should have gone for one-time doctor visit to get medication refill. Problems included arriving at the office on 3 different occasions to find a substitute dr or office closed and did not receive a call to cancel or reschedule the appointment; dr erroneously stated a diagnostic test showed no negative findings and dr advised elevated blood pressure was acceptable. Went to my previous dr who increased my med and blood pressure decreased to acceptable level. If you leave a negative review although truthful, you will receive a call telling you not to return for a bogus reason. So a one time emergency visit is best.
