For the last 16 years I been cared for nothing but the best Dr. Hartman and Lori White and not to forget the nurses that are caring and attentive. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Doctor Hartman has been my physician for over 20 years. During that time he has been rated in the top 10 physicians in the area several years in a row. I have never had a bad experience and have always been given top notch care. The staff is always nice and although it sometimes takes awhile to get an appointment, that is only because everyone loves the care they receive there. If your looking for Doctors and staff who really care about your well being, then look no further.

I find Dr Hartman very knowledgeable, unassuming and completely focused on me and my descriptions of my symptoms. He is an exceptional MD, plus he is just a really great guy. I would recommend him to anyone.

I went for a new patient visit to establish a primary care giver. I saw Lori the NP. She was nice and thorough. The entire staff was helpful and professional.....and NO WAIT!! They said my appt was at 2:20 and I went back at 2:20! I highly recommend this office.

I have been a patient with Dr. Hartman & Associates for 8 plus years and I have never had a bad or unprofessional experience with the entire staff, they are just uniquely exceptional. I say this with an absolute conviction as it relates to other doctors offices, walk-in clinics, hospitals, etc. In my humble opinion, I believe any person that is looking for a caring and dedicated healthcare professional, Dr. John Hartman & Associates is certainly for you. It would be an excellent choice.

Always Great Service, Doctors and Nurses are polite. Slow communications between insurance. Can’t get medicine if they don’t tell the insurance what’s it for, for coverage. The receptionist recieving calls very rude and unhelpful and since she controls communicate between you and the office it makes for a very unpleasant situation . Be prepared to be hung up on, after telling you how it’s not her problem and you’ll be dealt with eventually. No effort.

Where do I begin, this is a wonderful group of doctors and staff to go to. I highly recommend them and they will and can get all the answers you need or want. I have never really seen Dr. Hartman personally, but his PA is awesome LORI WHITE very gentle and welcoming which all the staff are especially my favorite RECEPTIONEST MS.KATHY! She has kept me on my toes and for the record SHE IS AWESOME! She has been with this medical team for along time, I have gotten to know her so well that she she is very special to me! I 💜 her so much! That everytime I go into the office I alwys give her a nice pen to write with, because she and I both have a love with pens! MS. KATHY IF UR READING THIS ,ITS YOUR FAVORITE PATIENT! UR DOING A GREAT JOB! AS WELL AS DR. LORI AND THE REST OF THE STAFF! GREAT STAFF!

What a nasty receptionist Kathy is! Her whole demeanor was negative from the time I approached her. With such a bad attitude, Im curious to know why she works in customer service--yet alone healthcare! I was considering this practice until I crossed paths with her. In addition to this, they hardly ever pick up their phone. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, Kathy decided to place the blame on their new patients. Smh. AVOID at all costs...Esp. if you are AA. They should keep their practice in racist St.Cloud. Kissimmee doesnt need their nonsense.

Absolutely not helpful at all. Staff was pleasant, but didnt provide any information or guidance.

My whole family and I visit Hartman and Associates for all non-specialized care. The staff is excellent with both adults and young children and we have never had to wait long for an appointment.

Staff is very rude and not professional at all.I called to get appointment and they asked me for my information and she put me on hold several times during the call then she give the phone to someone else and she was asking me to repeat everything again after 15 minutes over the phone.
