I have been a member of this community for over 12 years. Fortune Dental has a reliable dental team that consistently goes above and beyond to provide me with best service. Since my insurance changed, I decided to try a dentist in my network to help with costs. That was a mistake! As a result, I had to have some emergency dental work done, and I was in a lot of pain. I immediately contacted Fortune Dental, they were happy to work with me to help me afford the out-of-network fees, fit me into a tight schedule, and referred me to a wonderful specialist when they felt this doctor was better experienced with the procedure/work I needed done. The energy in the office, level of professionalism and compassion was felt throughout this entire experience. I would recommend them to anyone, in or out of network. When it comes to dental work, you want the best. That is FORTUNE DENTAL!!!

Highly unimpressed - unreliable, zero privacy. I called seven times in one day to try and schedule a second appointment, no one ever answered.First time I entered the facility for my first appointment, I was not acknowledged despite standing directly in front of the receptionist. Then I was seen 15 minutes past my appointment time.The doctor is very personable. The only issue I have with him is he told me my teeth would be cleaned in order to better determine how many fillings I would need, yet the treatment plan stated I would need fillings. It was very contradictory.Maybe I would have been treated better if I had insurance, who knows. Had they been reliable, I would have been a long-term customer. After not answering the phone over 60% of the time, theyve lost a customer.

Have no complaints except for the female dentist there. She works with an attitude and she real rough! I advise anyone going here to avoid seeing her. The male Dentist is the one to see.

If you want to WASTE your time, this is the dentist for you! I feel like common courtesy is not a thing anymore. I had an appointment for 10am and at almost 12 still haven’t been called back. So I asked how much longer, they couldn’t give me an answer just said the dentist was running behind, I have NO issues if things are backed up. I totally understand, the issue I had was that there were three ladies at the desk. And not one had common courtesy just to let me know things were running behind. I walked out.I will never give these people my money, booked with another dentist.

I’ve been going to them for many years over five years they are very responsible professional attentive to your sensitivities I take my children to them and I’ll keep going to them for any needs that I have best place ever best prices also. Guy this is the best dentist office you can go. Super friendly team and doctor I was help by Yanira at the x-ray and she make me feel so good there . After this I make appointments for cleaning. The worst dental office ever. I have been going there for 6 to 7 years and for the pass 3 years the new staff mistreat patients. They are so rude and slammed the receptionist window in my face as a patient. No respect at all. I received a call to cancel my appointment that my husband already paid for due to lack of doing their research before calling. So unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS OFFICE.

Dimhary has been my dental hygienist for the last couple of visits at fortune dental. It’s always the most pleasant experience! She is so kind and passionate about her work. The staff are all very friendly and overall it’s always a great experience! I certainly recommend this office.

I got a deep cleaning and to be honest I could have just slept through the whole thing the dental hygienist did a great job!

Called yesterday to make an appointment for some pain in my front teeth and was told “sorry it’s been two weeks ( May 2020) since we are not taking your insurance anymore so u have to go somewhere else”How cold hearted can they get?... , no other dentist office is accepting new patients because of covid 19 and here these dentists even stop existing patients from coming , who am I suppose to go to now? If you are the dentist reading this I hope that you understand that its better to help people in times like this and probably offering free treatment or exam for uninsured would be awesome during covid 19, but to not accept existing patients during this sad time is really sad.Thanks for your time

The best dental experience of my life! I have been going to this dentist for years and the staff have been amazing. They are professional and caring. In fact, they have become kind of like family. Carol, managing at the front with a smile. Leslie, at the front desk was always accommodating for me and she is extremely knowledgeable. Carmen, your cleanings were a thing of beauty. Then, there is my two favorite dental assistants, you know who you are. Thanks to all the ladies for their pleasant experience!!!

My husband had a great experience at Fortune Dental. Yanira accommodate him with an appointment in a short notice. Everyone very professional and pleasant.

This is a poorly run practice and it is claustrophobic. Everything appears to be crammed into a small space. The waiting room is tiny and its floor had stains and appeared not to have been cleaned in a couple of days. The examination rooms provide little privacy and so whatever the dentist discuss with you can be heard throughout the practice. They did all kinds of X-rays and billed my insurance a fortune. The dentist was extremely rude and treated me as if I was an illiterate person with little intelligence who did not have the right to ask her questions. They then gave me a long list of treatments that they wanted to have me do. I shared this a number of dental experts and they all though I was being gouged. It appears that is how this practice exists. I am seeing another dentist - will never return to this practice.

I feel this is a pretty good place. Came in, signed the new client papers, and then got checked. I left with a paper telling me all I had to do so Ill never feel lost.

If you have an HMO insurance and you are trying to setup a first visit appointment I suggest to you go somewhere else. This office was a nightmare to try to setup an appointment they wanted me to wait another month to callback again and kept blaming my insurance company instead of trying to help fix the miss comunication with the insurance company to make the situation right and help me as a patient. In the end I was able to have Greenberg Dental make an in place assignment for my HMO and setup an appointment that same day.

Horrible customer service

Absolutely stay away from this dentist office especially if you take your kids. The hours are not kid friendly, and when I cancelled my childs appointment they said I didnt and tried to charge me $45 even though I cancelled, I get medicaid where in the heck Im I getting $45 from, Im reporting to the state trying to get money from the less fortunate. I REPEAT STAY AWAY!!

I never write reviews for anything but my experience at fortune dental was so horrible I felt so obligated to warn people and let people not to go here. First off the receptionists dont even greet you, and keep the glass window closed at all times (and dont even acknowledge you when you are standing at the desk). The waiting room is extremely cramped. I waited a total of 2 hours for them to basically tell me what I already knew. Also the equipment that they used looked ancient and it was yellowing. The tools didnt look sanitary and it looked like it wasnt cleaned in a while. Gross!!! On top of that they tried to pressure me to come back to get a deep cleaning and other necessary things. Also there are no walls when you are getting your teeth checked, you might as well be on display at the zoo. Its sad that this was my first time here and I had such a horrible experience. One would think they would strive to give the best customer service to keep customers but I guess not. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL WASTE TIME AND MONEY!!!

You know, the way a business responds to reviews says a lot. Generic and indifferent, Im not surprised. My mother was very unhappy with the service and was told contradictory information. Apparently, if she paid out of pocket for particular products, the dentist, who was supposed to leave, would have been happy to stay longer to treat her.

Ive been going to this Dentist facility for 11 years with my family and it one of the best one we all been going to, at one point I went to another (anonymous) dentist ( because my insurance changed), and it was a rip off . They said my son had 6 cavities and I had to pay $1200, I didnt do it because I called my insurance and asked them if i can go back to Fortune Dental, my insurance said YES...I was so happy . When Dr. Anjum checked my son and I spoke to her about my son if he had any cavities she said No, I told her what the other(anonymous Dentist) said I knew it wasnt true I was so relief that I didnt had to pay so much money for that dentist lies...I Thank the staff for always treating my family and me with much up Respect and understanding...Thank you Leslie, Yanira, Damary, Samantha, Yashira, Sydelge,Samantha, Maya, Gliseth, and the most important part of the staff Dr. Anjum THANK YOU SO MUCH. They were very irresponsible how to work things out. Knowing I had a bad tooth they wait for my tooth to be at is worst to finally schedule the extraction. They wouldnt even take me as an emergency patient. Make me wait for my appointment and then give me more of the run around.Very disappointed on how they handle things.

Terrible customer service!!!Very, very poor customer service from the front office staff!!! When you call, their phones immediately go to an answering machine most often. When a staff member does answer the phone, they ask you to hold and never attend to your call. My first call was at 10:30am today. I was on hold for over 13 minutes and no one ever picked my call back up! I even left a message at 10:45 am for them to call me back. At 3:10 I had to call them back because I never got a return phone call. I spoke with Kimberly. As I explained my several phone calls and message I left, she indicated they havent bothered to listen to the messages. I advised her about being on hold for over 13 minutes, and she promptly cut me off as if she didnt want to hear it...very RUDE demeanor! Very unaccommodating with appointment scheduling also. They never called me to advise me that my partial had arrived. Now I have to wait another week to pick it up. Terrible customer service HORRIBLE!!!!Update (7/16/2018)-Was seen today to receive my new lower partial. I was originally scheduled for this Wednesday, however, they were able to accommodate seeing me this morning. Wait time was 20 minutes to see the AWESOME Dental Tech that took the casting of my mouth last week for the new partial. I dont know her name unfortunately, but she is very thorough and professional!!! She ensured my new partial fit perfectly and made a slight adjustment to make sure it was perfect! She even listened to me when I was in last week asking if they could place wires on it for a more secure fit. THEY DID!!! THANK YOU!!! Dr. Anjum is very professional and pleasant. She took the time to explain my future care to ensure great health! Thank you back office staff at Fortune Dental!!!The front office staff deserves ONE star. The back office staff deserves 4 stars!!!*** We have found a much better, more professional dental office in Winter Garden. We will NEVER return to Fortune Dental EVER!!! Every procedure Fortune Dental (Dr. Mamsa) did for my wife’s teeth ALL have to be redone! Such substandard care at this office. It should be closed!!!

Ive been going here and they consistently cancel appointments, make you wait forever, and overally lack any form of personal service. The new dentist that took over the practice is a nice individual, but it doesnt make up for the really bad customer service.

I had a cavity fill in here. The dentist didn’t clean the right and i got hospitalized and was really bad at the hospital and i have to get a surgery done and now i have to get a bone transplant and a 2,000$ implant. So don’t recommend coming here .

I am not one of the people to leave reviews but unfortunately this is the worst experience I have had in my life, I have been waiting for two months for them to return the Money to pay my pocket for a treatment that I did not realize and cancel on time, they ask you to You complete a form in The one that you choose where they will return the Money and despite the fact that I confirmed that I did not already have the card with which I made the payment, that was where they made the return, so why do they demand the form if they do what they seem ?!, The answer they give me is if the system works, they know very well how to charge in advance but to return it is a problem and they work as they see fit, they have a very bad attitude, you ask them for the number of a manager, the owners and even you They hang up the phone, finally save your money and the Bad experience, The customer service is terrible
