Dr. Eric Armitano is amazing. However the office staff need a complete overhaul. They almost never answer the phone, and rarely reply to voicemails. I was asked by Dr. A to get outside testing done back in Oct. of 2020. I have only been able to schedule 2 of the 3 tests I need so far because of the incompetence of his staff. I had a huge issue with one of the staff and she actually told me we dont call insurance companies to figure out your authorization. You need to do that yourself or have them call us. After I explained to her the insurance company told me they physically cant call out on their phone line, they have to be contacted. Im not sure if they need more staff because of how many ppl they treat, but something definitely needs to change.

My neurosurgeon, dr. L a o, recently retired from Neurological Associates of Washington. He was a fabulous neurosurgeon. He performed 2 surgeries on my neck and one on my back. All were very successful. His staff is well organized , kind and super helpful. I recently followed up with Dr. Naimi. I was apprehensive because doctor Lao was amazing, however, Dr. Naimi, w was kind and very detail oriented.

A currently underwhelming clinic to visit and a terrible one to work for. (Was the sole MRI tech for 11 years) Having worked there for so long and through several transitions, I am not proud to have my name associated with the place, the new managing partner likes to pit colleagues against each other with their jobs as the prize. That DOES NOT translate to better patient care no matter how you slice it. While I’m not one to sell out former employers, this one is particularly egregious and deserves it. NAW was great clinic that is being undermined by, honestly, a really good surgeon that happens to be a terrible managing partner. I hope the other docs wise up before it’s too late.

They bill their patient un-reasonably, stay away from this clinic. I have been there a few times (office visits, MRI and EEG). The price is higher than any other Neurology clinics in my experience. I looked at the CPT codes that the doctor ordered for each claim, the doctor always chose the most extreme (expensive) CPT code, plus they will add far-fetched CPT codes to a single service that you received. For example, they billed 99205 for all new patients regardless the complexity of the issue of each individual, another example: I got 3 CPT codes (EKG+eye study + EEG) for 1 single EEG exam that I had. I talked to them about this and got this response: This is how we bill our patients.

I was able to be seen promptly, and in addition requested an MRI that they were able to squeeze in that same day since I had traveled from out of town. The staff were lovely and Dr. Armitano is very knowledgeable in the field of dysautonomia. Highly recommend.

I have the up most respect for Dr. Naini. He is very understanding and had a plan of action for me right away... THE FIRST VISIT! I had no hope of feeling relief from pain and he gave the gift of optimism!! Thats a gift EVERY doctor should give to their patients. He calls me directly with updates and gives that personal touch that is hard to find in a doctor. Also, his assistant Christina is AMAZING. She is on top of every detail and will go the extra mile to get things done.GREAT SERVICE! GREAT PEOPLE!

Fantastic experience! Highly recommend Dr Naini to anyone in need of a caring neurosurgeon! When my cousin was in a coma at another hospital, we were told his chances were zero percent. Dr Naini was recommended by a family friend and came out to give our family a second opinion. He gave us hope, was optimistic, and fortunately, everything he predicted medically, is coming to pass. Genuine interest in helping people do what is truly best for patients. He inspired us and encouraged us to provide at home care after the worst was over. Seriously helped our faith and guided us to the best outcomes for my cousin. Forever grateful!

Scam. Charged $500 for 30 minutes of just talk without any solutions. Consider this before going here.

Very disappointed with the poor assistance I received over the course if this week from Dr. Kutsys staff to obtain prior authorization for a vital medication. I will be looking for another neurologist as a result.
