I have not seen Dr. Oh in over 3 years (was a patient for several years - not a fan! He does not listen!) Just got a bill for almost $300.00. This is the first time I have received this bill. His wife is in charge of running the office. What total incompetence to not realize that a patient owes money for 3 years. We had moved 2.5 years ago so they had wrong address. They sent bill to collections. We did have address forwarded for 1 yr so if they had sent a bill then I would have received. I’m sure I’m not the only one this has happened to.

Dr Oh is awesome but I have had lots of problems with billing. Over the years I have been notified at least 7 times of past bills they say I have not paid. Each time I call my insurance company and they give me details on when the bill was paid. Recently it happened again for a bill that was from 2018! Again my insurance company gave me details of when the bill was paid. I thought I had taken care of it but somehow it has gotten missed. The amount was $15. Now I have been dismissed from the practice. I hope Dr Oh will do the right thing since it was their mistake. I really like Dr Oh and I don’t want to have to find a new doctor

I have seen Dr. Oh for 5 years now. He is absolutely the best doctor I have ever seen.As a patient who has struggled with severe upper cervical spine and hip joint pain for many years I had a very hard time achieving stability through pain management.Dr Oh is extremely educated in many areas. He has spent allot of time reviewing my CT’s and MRI’s. He takes extra time to explain everything that he sees. He is very thorough in his exams.I was referred by my spine surgeon toDr. Oh after I went through upper cervical fission surgery and have had some progressive complications a few years after my surgery.Dr. Oh uses a compassionate approach to managing care. He also is extremely educated in addiction and provides an in depth understanding of how to manage pain in the most healthy way possible.He truly is a doctor who cares about his patients. If I could give 10 stars I would. He is definitely a five star “plus” doctor.I am honestly very grateful to have found my way into his care.I recommend Dr. Oh to everyone I come across that needs a Really good pain management doctor.Thank you for all your hard work and compassionate care Dr. Oh.

Dr. Oh is very compassionate and understood my pain and addressed it very well by injection and referral to specialist who deals with my needed specialty. He is my regular Doctor and my wife and I are so thankful for his care as he always listens and makes informed decisions, rather than talking over you like some doctors do. I would highly recommend anyone with spine issue related nerve or pain issues to see Dr. Oh first. His office is two building over from Neurological Associates Northwest where they have wonderful Neurologists, Neurosurgeons and even a great Brain Surgeon, Dr. Ali Naini. We’ve seen Dr. Armitano, Naini and Pearce for various treatments and surgeries. They are wonderful and patient care is their priority. And, unlike some hospital based surgeons, they perform and supervise their own surgeries and not unknown medical fellows or other staff as almost all Doctors at UW, Swedish and Virginia Mason. That is a whole other story but it is very important to know that Dr Oh and unaffiliated Neurological Associates are “patient first” Doctors.

I have being seeing Dr Oh for 5-6 years now! Dr. Oh is the most understanding and caring Dr. I have ever seen. He listens to me and helps manage my pain! The staff is always so friendly when I call and they can always get me right in! Also the appointments are always thorough and done in a timely manner. He is the best Dr.

Ive been seeing Dr. Oh for a little over a year now. Im a difficult patient but hes the perfect doctor. His receptionist is always very cheerful. The lobby wait has never been more than just a few minutes. Im sceptical about people but theres no doubt he truly cares. Ive never written a review but hes certainly worth a good/great one.

Ive been seeing Dr Oh for about 5 yrs. Hes helped me more then any other Dr Ive seen. Hes a very good listener and kind and he isnt judgemental like some Drs. He has helped me tremendously. And if your cash patient his rates are very reasonable. Ive recommended Dr. Oh to several people, who are still seeing him to this day.

Dr Oh has literally saved my life, I have been a patient of his for 3 years, I am taking Bupereneperine, its purpose for me is twofold, one is for pain management and the second for opiate dependency, my dependence is based on taking prescribed pain meds for 8 years. After which I found that nothing worked for very long, not taking something was a horror, the pain too intense and the withdrawal even worse, Dr Oh manages me, keeps me on my toes and holds me accountable these are some his best attributes. I see him every 60 days and each time I see him I realize how much he has impacted my life and the sheer value he has as a Doctor. If you have pain issues, opiate dependency issues, detox or tapering.. or need a counselor. This is the Doctor for you. There is only one requirement I believe he has, be absolutely honest with him. And he will be absolutely honest back. I rate him as one of the best doctors Ive ever had, if not the best Doctor Ive ever had. He saved my life..

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Oh for over 5 years now. What he does that other doctors dont do, is LISTEN! I love that hes very straight forward with you, no BS from him. I guess when your a pain management doctor, its hard to rule out addicts from real physical pain. With him, he can tell right away if your an addict looking for pills, and hell tell you up front....get help!! Thank you Dr. Oh and staff for being so nice and understanding!!

Dr kyle oh and his office staff couldnt be better. Visits are always quick, and without grief. I would/will recommend his practice to anyone suffering from such a conditions.

My dad has been going here for 6 years and the doctors wife dropped him as a patient because of a billing discrepancy! No notice, he called to make an appointment and was told hes no longer a patient. The wife is apparently in charge of billing and doesnt have a clue what shes doing! This has been an on going issue due to her incompetence and its no secret, the staff is aware that she sucks at her job! He is handling this legally and with the better business bureau but BE WARNED that billing issues are a common problem with this office.

Hello Everyone!! Ive been going to Dr Ohs’ practice for about a decade,I have spinal issues and am now fused on my Lumbar and Cerviccal spine.. Living with chronic pain is a challenge in itself but Dr Oh is caring and careful to address my issues as well as giving me advice on how to keep my head up and prevention to continue to life as well as possible! I don’t know where I would be without Dr Oh,my only concern is what if he retires. Who could I trust as my pain management Dr because I have been to numerous Drs and most just see a dollar sign. Dr Oh sees more in you. Add the amazing receptionist and you have a complete and perfect practice! Thank you Dr Oh and staff for taking such great care of me! All around great doctor and person.Dr Oh has great bedside manner. He will run the correct tests and MRIs so that you can better understand what is the root of your pain and treat you accordingly. With the pain contract Dr Oh will treat your pain but you must follow his instructions in order best treat your ailment, I went after spinal surgery and DrOh helped me wean off of the nasty painkillers. Oh and he weaned me off of the pain killers and it was fine.

He is very caring and listens very well to your conditions and concerns and takes care of you properly. He deserves 10 stars.

Very uncaring and impersonal. He dismissed my wife bc she couldnt drop everything to come in for a random UA & pill count on the day her dad was being taken off life support, even though he have her 48 hours. Prior to this I thought he was a very caring doctor but after, I lost all respect for him.

Unbelieveably bad customer service in the billing department who apparently is his Dr. Ohs wife. Never responds to phone calls or letter writing. Make sure you have your ducks in a row when paying. I would not even give her one star. Dr. Oh was very nice in treating me for my carpal tunnel EMG.

A really nice team, although I know everyones situation is different mine was very great. It took a lot of visits but over time my situation improved.

There are several other offices to treat your chronic pain. “Steer Clear”. My mom is now trying to wean herself OFF her pain meds

Dr oh is a very caring person who will take great care of you,if its from physical therapy to pain management or to surgery he will find you the right people and guide you to the right route..Although i have a long journey ahead of me i know im in good hands with Dr Oh,he has never push me away and has always given me hope even when i thought i had no hope..I dont know what i would have done without him..I appreciate you and your staff so much Dr Oh and i want the world to know that you are Amazing!! I finally found a Dr that ACTUALLY cares about his patients, Dr Oh and his staff are amazing he listens to every thing you say and doesnt judge or demoralize you. I thank God for Drs like Dr Oh.
