Ive been going to them for years, Dr Higston and snyder have always been informative, methodical and caring. Numerious work Ive had done I know im in wonderful hands. Far better than the V.A with friendly compassionate service.

Office building is very nice. Also found the dentist and assistant to be very friendly. However I was very frustrated with my appointment time and a little disappointed in the quality of care. I was informed my appointment was at 1245 and since this is normal lunch hours I called to verify my appointment time was 1245. I arrived 10 minutes early to be respectful and fill out paperwork but after waiting 20 minutes I noticed the sign on their door said lunch is 12-1. I wasnt seen until almost 1:10 (35 minutes of waiting). The time they had given me was 15 minutes before my actual appointment. I find this disrespectful as it implies I cant be on time and that my time is not valuable. I am familiar with other clinics in the area and this is not a normal practice. As for the quality of care, it really wasnt too bad but I still felt a little pain during the procedure and have a stronger than normal metal taste from the fillings

So typically dental work is not my favorite. But I just have to share that our Salado neighbors, Drs Higson and Snyder, have a dental office in Killeen that is by far the most efficient, calming and service oriented medical office I have ever been in...and my former job was medical sales so I have seen a few. I found them upon recommendation of another friend. If you are looking for a dentist office this is well worth a 20 min drive....heck Id drive an hour. A cleaning and 2 cavities later I am still smiling...sort of 😊

Absolutely love Dr. Higson and his team! Tremendously skilled, personable, and professional. I couldnt be more pleased with my treatment and outcomes. Was always warmly greeted and seen within minutes of my arrival. Dr. Higson clearly communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommend these folks! They are terrific.

I used to hate going to the dentist, even being 20 it was the most concerning thing for me. However as of recent, I have found this place, thanks to my mom of course, and they are always kind and polite. They are always careful, and when I had my wisdom teeth removed my dentist always made sure I wasnt in to much or if any pain. I personally recommend this dentist to everyone in the area.

Ive been a patient of Higson & Snuder dentistry for about a year and I love them! The hygienists are great and super friendly and Dr. Higson is wonderful.Im a nursing student so, I am usually studying during my office visits, in some capacity. Everyone has been supportive and encouraging knowing that there really is no down time when studying for a career in the medical field. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxed while maintaining the professionalism and attention to detail expected from medical professionals.As long as we are stationed at Fort Hood, Higson & Snyder will be my dentists.

I went there as a new customer for a cleaning. They were able to see me the same day, affordable prices. They also worked with me, I have two filling and a tooth that needs to be removed.They worked out a payment plan (Monthly) that fits my budget. I m able to get two fillings, and tooth removed. All in one visit. besides affordable their best quality is how nice they are.From moment I entered the room, to the clerk to the dentist. I just felt welcome. Well back in Dec 2015, I was not feeling ANY Dentist at all!l. I have great anxiety when it comes to this...just totally terrified!!!!,Today I had to have some fillings. I was feeling some type of way for sure! Anxiety to the point of total tears and nervousness. BUT, The DENTIST, was soooooo great! He got me through it!!!. He was very gentle and very caring and most of all patient with me!!! I have decided he is the one that will get me through this fear of the dental Work. I would highly recommend you consider him. Plus my sister and Friend Robin was there the whole time!...I have had bad experiences with dentist before, but I must say today was NOT one of them. I had a great experience at Higson & Snyder Family Dentistry. The staff is very friendly and caring. They have a machine that allows them to offer same day crowns and tvs in each room to pull xrays up and explain to patients why a patient needs a particular procedure. I was very impressed with the time that Dr. Higson and Dr. Snyder spent with their patients explaining treatment and going into detail as to why certain issues have developed. Dr. Higson, Dr. Snyder, and their staff made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Higson & Snyder family dentistry to everyone.

Would give them zero stars if I could. They operate outside the scope of the insurance with complete disregard for the patients situation. They are not willing to work with the patient or adjust any charges that occurred as a result of their negligence and/or laziness. Customer care is ok at best. Choose a different provider for your dental care.

I love this people. Always taking care of me. They are very professional and friendly. I had to come a couple of times for a bad tooth And everytime the Doctor recieved me and my complaints and adjusted what was needed. Also, he always explains what is going on and tells you symptoms you have to watch out for. Today I woke up with a swollen mouth and face and came right over they doctor saw me without hesitation.

Ok, I am a person who has had high anxiety with dental visits. I found Dr. Higson online and the reviews were great. My first visit was outstanding! Great customer service and very concerned with my comfort level during treatment. I immediately made another appt. All the dental work I had been putting off bc of past bad dental experiences is over! I am a client for life. I love the whole team at this office and finally I am working on the smile Ive always wanted!!! You need to come see for yourself.

My experience with this Dentist office was amazing. I had broke my tooth on Sunday the 21st, by the time Monday came I was calling all around to find someone to take me, I managed to get an Appt with another dentist office that told me I needed two root canals with two crowns after an xray and a sensitivity test. The total amount was going to be close to 2000 after insurance kicked in. They also told me I had an infection and prescribed me antibiotics. They then set me an appt that was not going to be until 9/16. Anyway I went to work and was talking with a co-worker who had recommended I go to Snyder and Higson, I called them on Tuesday the 23rd and was able to get an appt for Wed the 24th. I went to my appt and it was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. They took care of me like I was part of their family. They educated me about my teeth, they took xrays, used a camera and showed me images of my broken tooth. We talked about replacing my old silver fillings with new white fillings. I found out that I didnt even need any root canals and I didnt even have an infection. All I needed was my broken tooth fixed and a crown. I made Appt for the next day and they went over the billing with me which was totally cheaper than what I was going to pay. I left and then got a call that an appt had cancelled and if Icould come back by 1:30 that afternoon on 08/24/16 that I could my tooth fixed and redo my fillings. I made it back and the work was done. My crown was cooked at the office, I didnt have to wait for one to be sent off to be made and then have to come back. I love this Dentist office and the staff is truly amazing! Thank you Higson and Snyder Family Dentistry for making my visit unforgettable and making me feel like I was important. Highly recommend them! If you want to be treated family and like you matter and not like its all about money then come join my new found dentist family!
