I went in Monday because the left side of my jaw was hurting beyond belief. Nothing I was taking relieved the pain. The dentist said he didnt like my bite and grinded down 2 of my teeth. He also took xrays and said he could find nothing wrong, but it looked like I might grind my teeth at night. My mouth is hurting so bad I almost passed out from the pain. It feels like someone hit me with a bat. Even orajel isnt working. My sister called them back today and she was told he would return a call today on my cell phone. Well, that never happened. Im not able to drink, eat or sleep. He never even offered me anything for the pain. All he said was eat soft food and it would be better in a few days. THIS IS NOT BETTER.....

I am new to Killeen. I had a loose crown and needed help quick. They got me in the same week, and scheduled a cleaning for the following week. Everyone there was very friendly and I appreciated that I didnt have to wait over a month to get in for a quick fix or a cleaning. They were great - I highly recommend them.

I love Dr. Rod and his staff.My hygienist Tony is super cool and very gentle.I have been going to Dr. Rodriguess Dental practice for over twenty years.I started out with him in old building next to Hobby Store.It is not scary or painful once you find an awesome dentist and hygienist like these guys.

I really love this office. Been going for about 7 years now. The receptionists in front have always been amazingly nice and helpful. The wait time usually isnt too bad either. Dr. Rodriguez is great, professional, and does amazing work. The best part, they actually care and remember you! I am sometimes surprised by just how much the staff remembers from just a little conversation we had last time I was in.Overall, I love this office and my family loves it here as well.

I went yesterday as my second time for my check up/cleaning and like the first time all I can say this team is awesome, Mr. Tony explained to me everything that I needed to know about the health of my teeth in a very charismatic and polite way. The folks there at Loop Dental have a way of doing business in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Its always pleasant, clean and doesnt really feel like a dental office at all. Youll first be greeted by Jennifer, the warm and pleasant lady that you will enjoy conversing with. She will make you feel right at home. Mr. Gazette (Tony), the hygienist, is a professional and knows how to talk to folks as a friend. In 2001 I arrived in the Ft Hood area after retirement. I had only been here two days when I broke a tooth on a Sunday. Dr. Rodriguez was the ONLY dentist to answer his phone. He was ready to respond but recommended if I could wait until the next day, he would work me into the morning schedule. True to his word he did exactly that. I have been a patient ever since, almost 17 years!!

My first visit was as a walk-in. I told them my problem and within an hour I was seen by Dr Rodriguez and he fixed my problem. My second visit was for cleaning. Again I was seen promptly. The hygienist was thorough and considerate. I have found a new home

My family has been going to Loop Dental since my children were small. I transferred here after I retired and continue with their service. I love the small-town feel of this private practice, reminds me of where I grew up. Dr. Rodriguez is wonderful, my dental tech, Tony is wonderful and the staff is always great.

I was told that as a new patient I would be required to get a pan-x (the full face x-ray) even though my insurance did not cover it. The cost was approximately $50. I asked to see the office manager. She apparently could not be bothered to talk with me herself and instead sent the very nice receptionist to tell me that the pan-x was required even though I expressed that I did not feel it was necessary in order for me to get a cleaning (the only reason I was there) and that I did not want it done. I then asked the receptionist if the office would actually refuse me treatment if I did not purchase an x-ray not covered by my insurance. She said yes. Since they refused me treatment, I left. I will get my cleaning somewhere else. I was there approximately one hour in order to reach this conclusion. NOT recommended.

I called Loop Dental Clinic to see if they accepted my insurance, to make an appointment. A lady by the name of VERNICE answered very rudely. I asked if they accepted my insurance and she said NO and hung up in my face. I was not done talking and asking questions following that. So I called back and even still as shocked and upset I was I was still respectful. I called back asked the ladys name she stated Vernice, I then asked to speak with a supervisor and she stated she was the supervisor. I then explained to her how rude she was and then started explaining to her that I wasnt done speaking and she cut me off and yelled through the phone I AM WITH A PATIENT I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS I TOLD YOU WE DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICAID WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT!!! After that I told her that it was ok and that I WILL take this to whomever I need too. Lady hung up in my face again. I work in a medical office this lady needs to be TERMINATED AND SHOULD NEVER ANSWER PHONES AGAIN...IN HER LIFE. This lady needs to be prayed for it seems from all the other bad reviews she has gotten. Somebody needs to see these and fire her. I would hate to have someone like this running my clinic.

Im not sure what the other reviews are about. They all loved Dr. Rodriguez but had issues with the reception so thats an automatic one star? Really? I havent had any of the issues listed. I have been going to Dr. Rodriguez for two years now along with my family. Very clean offices and friendly, courteous staff. I never wait longer than five minutes before Im ready to be seen. I highly recommend Loop Dentistry!

Ok service. Always a long wait. (I have been there at least 8 times between my daughter and I) One of the Drs was really nice but her work wasnt great. Hard to understand as her English wasnt the best. Had to go back several times to get something fixed. I finally went to another dentist who finally fixed it (for no charge which was very nice. He even did his own x-rays for free too) The lady who cleaned my teeth, however, was great! Very nice, professional and good. But then the office manager is the rudest lady I have ever met! She has a really bad attitude and even hangs up on you while you are still talking. I got a voice mail to confirm an appointment for my 7 year old. I called back to let them know that I didnt know that she even had an appointment as they referred her out due to her young age. So she rudely said We will cancel her appointment then CLICK! I was even trying to ask when my next appointment was when I realized she had already hung up on me without even a bye. When I called back to talk to someone else and let them know how I was treated and to cancel any further appointments I had due to that treatment, they didnt even care to lose a patient due to the employee. And then that employee was borderline rude too. I just know there is way better out there and I Am all about treating people right. I was in no way offensive to anyone, I was very nice actually. So it was quite uncalled for. There are other issues I had too (such as cleanliness) but I do not want to write a novel. Find another office. I highly recommend doing so. Just remember these places see HIV and HEP patients and without proper cleaning they are putting you at risk of getting it too.

The office staff here are AWFUL!!!! They sent incorrect claims to our insurance for all of our visits. They never called our insurance to see why they never got any checks( they had it set so any checks came to us). They just sent us to collections.Now that I have been on top of the insurance, the office has sent in corrected claims and they should be getting paid shortly. Yet they STILL have not told the collection agency that things are getting taken care of and to quit calling us.BEWARE THEIR BILLING PRACTICES!!!!!

I have been to several offices in the greater killeen area and settled on going to Loop for my dental needs. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Rodriguez has always treated me like a person and utilizes none of the hard pressure tactics, (unlike other doctors in killeen and harker heights), to drive up costs. So as long as my dental plan remains a PPO, Loop Dental Clinic is where I go!

Rudest customer service ever! They try to charge me $75 for a cancelled appointment when in the contract that I signed (less than a month ago) it was only $25. This woman, who said was in charge was rude and tried to convince me that I had to pay $75 dollars using the CONTRACT SIGNED BY ANOTHER PATIENT! When I said that I should not pay for something that I have not signed she became mad and yelled at me: IF YOU DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT GET OUT. She was changing my contract under the name of other (fraud), Stealing my money, and besides humiliating me. I reported this issue to the Better Business Bureau. Could it be possible that the owner of this clinic knows what these employees do? :/

Amazing dentist I have severe anxiety with dentist due to bad experience in the past they were amazing and even though my tooth broke during extraction he made a call and got me right in to see a surgeon couldnt be more greatful!

I have been with this office since 2005 and loved it, Dr. Rodriguez took such excellent care of my teeth and so did they male hygienist there; I absolutely loved going there.Now front office people changed over time; I received such a horrible service today that Im forced to find another Dentist after over 11 years of going there. I called today to make an appointment to fix a filling in my tooth, I needed a bulk amount what it might cost me before going there.Then I receive a voicemail that Im owing money from 2013....hello we are in the middle of 2016, I was there two month ago and gotten my teeth cleaned every six month from 2013 and just now you telling me this???And then Jennifer said this bill need to be taking care of when you come in, really????? Why havent I received a bill or call within those three years???? Why hasnt no one said anything while I was still going to this office every six month???Smh.......something seriously wrong with these front office people there, and I feel bad that I have to find a new dentist now but Im not trusting this one bit.And I just referred three coworkers to this office lol, well they now wont even consider to make an appointment there.

I got my teeth cleaned here 6 months ago. I wasnt going to write a review but what happened is bothering me still to this day. The staff there was wnderful I brought my son with me and they helped to keep him entertain while I got my teeth cleaned. The problem came when the Dentist cam in to do my exam and I asked her if she washed her hands. Not to be uglybut i am a healthcare worker and i didnt see her wash her hands. Her reply was yes and im going to wear gloves with an attitude. Regardless if you wear gloves you have to was your hands prior. This question should not have offended her or upset her i will not return here. I pay attention to everything and if a question from the patient gets you flustered you should change your profession. Or better yet make sure the patients know you washed your hands prior to the entering someones mouth.

I called this office to schedule an appointment. There was a lady by the name of Reniece Parker(may be misspelled) that answered the phone. She seemed to be in a very mean and snappy mood which made me feel very uncomfortable. She asked me some questions and as I was answering them she was very impatient and hung the phone up in my face. I called back to see if she has made a mistake in hanging up on me but I was meet by her again with a very rude attitude. I told her never mind and that I would just take my Dental insurance else where. About a week later I received a voicemail while on my lunch break at work of a lady by the name of Britney calling to comfirm am apt with LOOP DENTAL even after I clearly stated that I did want to be seen at this clinic no longer, due to the mistreatment I received by a lady that answered the phone by the name of Reniece Parker. But since Britney was so nice to me I had told her yes, I come on in so my apt was suppose to be today 8/26/2014. while preparing for my apt I decided to call and gather the price information I needed so that I would be ready to make an withdrawl out the bank to cover my portion or percentage of my co-pay, but when I called, Reniece Parker answered the phone and when I asked her for pricing info, she rudely told me that they dont give out price info over the phone. This was very strange to me because I had just got off the phone with several dental clinics that took their time out to let me know about all the prices of the work I needed done. It is good to be prepared with, no surprises about how much you expect to have to pay. So I canceled the appointment and I am very glad I did because I had been feeling very uncomfortable with the trement I received thus far just with the front desk staff. Because of this, I will never know if the dentists there would have given me the type of work and prices that I had desired. I am a medical assistant and I know how to treat patints with respect and concern so I know that this place is way out of line with the bad attitude lady they have working for them running patients off. I have good insurance and a wide network of professional people I can choose from so I would not recommend this place to anyone period. Please keep moving and find another detist office that carry themselves in a more profession manner.

Stole our money and kicked us out! The reception service was exceptionally bad. The management was rude, aggressive, and judgmental. The person in charge was a hysterical woman that treated us worst than second class citizens and refused to listen to us and solve our problem. She was very stubborn and did not care that she gave us wrong information. Upon cancelling an appointment for which we had paid the full price of the procedure, she refused to refund our money and decided to keep more than 50% of our money which was not on any of the contracts we signed. When we refused to leave without our money she threatened (yelling) to take us out by force. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this clinic, however I do recommend taking this lady to a psychiatrist because she is out of control.

Charged my wifes insurance got payment up front and then 7 years later puts a 174 charge on her credit report without contacting her first. What a horrible dental place!

Dr. Rodriquez has been our families dentist for more than 10 years. We could not find a better doctor and staff.
