Dr Zentz is the best dentist! He is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and a true professional. He makes me feel comfortable and not just an appointment that has to be taken care of. The hygienist was also very nice and knew what she was doing. They both discussed a treatment plan that included my input and made sure I was happy about it!

When greeted by Dr. Anderson he was great! Very warm, welcoming and super down to earth. I loved and appreciated that he was very educated about our concerns for our 13 year old daughter whom was tongue-tied. All other dentist(s) that I had spoken too about this matter over the last ten years would assure me that it wasn’t an issue or cared enough to investigate a bit more. Even though I had made it clear to them that her speech and pronunciation was clearly being affected by her being tongue tied. Dr Anderson was able to clip her tongue right there and then.Wish I would’ve found him 10 years ago!!Thank you so much for taking the time to listen and being knowledgeable when others were not.

Update: had excellent care today with a new hygienist, Emily. She was professional, gentle, and went above and beyond in helping explain the treatment options I need to consider for some of my teeth. Infected lower front tooth taken care on this my 5th visit.Root canal procedure and restoring tooth was performed taking nearly two hours. Dr. Zentz made sure the infected portion of the tooth was completely removed prior to the restoration of the tooth. Tooth was a bit sensitive that evening.

I have been a patient here for about a year, but I do know Dr. Loren Anderson personally, so needless to say, Im quite prejudiced when it comes to him. His staff is amazing & willing to work w/you. Im usually a white knuckle patient when it comes to dentists visits, but his assistants as well as Dr. Anderson put me completely @ ease. Todays visit was quite extensive & I did very well. THEY ARE ALL AWESOME!!!!!!

Needed my last wisdom tooth pulled due to pain, they got me in quickly and did a fantastic jobs extracting my tooth. I also appreciated that Dr. Zentz took the time to show me my films and explain some of my nerve pain. All of the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Anderson is the best dentist around. He is knowledgeable, personable and up on the most state of the art techniques. I hadnt been to a dentist in over 10 years, aside from one unpleasant extraction, due to lack of insurance. Admittedly, also a little fear, kept me out of the office.My first visit to Anderson Dental was an exam and a root canal on a tooth that has been bothering me for years. It wasnt scary, it wasnt even painful. Start to finish, it was a positive experience, no one made me feel weird for having waited so long, or for avoiding the dentist for as long as I had. Everyone was kind and patient and took the time to explain everything as it was happening and what the next step was.Dr. Zentz was professional, patient and really cool. The assistant Tawnya was the stand-out however, in making sure every step was the most comfortable and least awkward as possible.

Absolutely the best! This visit was beyond my expectations because it was an emergency. A cap on a molar became loose, and they got me in within the hour, fixed it, and all is well.

I have never had such a great experience at a dentist! Dr. Anderson took the time to personally sit down with me and show me all of the x-rays, answered all the random questions I had about my teeth in general, and was just friendly and pleasant. I learned more about my teeth in one visit with him than I have ever known and it really made me feel more confident about my dental hygiene. This office and the staff definitely get an A+ in my book and I will continue to go there/recommend them!

I was called and was able to get my teeth clean weeks before I had my first appointment was scheduled

In a word, Dr. Anderson is wonderful!I am MarJeans husband, Bob. After years of dental neglect, I had an extraction and a root canal on top then a partial denture on the top and a full denture on the bottom. Surgery and a few months of healing was required get me ready for that lower denture.I had a root canal and some oral surgery. Because of my special circumstances, all were done in the same 3-hour appointment. Talk about being flexible to accommodate a patient! I had no pain before or after that appointment. He prescribed some over-the-counter pain relief but I never had to use it.He was exceptionally careful during the fitting of my dentures. I could tell that he would tolerate no ongoing pain even though It would be me who felt it!I still need posts to anchor the lower denture. I will get those in a few weeks, almost 4 months after I started treatment. He is very careful to give surgery ample time to heal before moving on to the next step. So far, my dentures are very comfortable and pain free. He will make any needed adjustments quickly so you dont suffer.There was lots of communication! I knew exactly what my course of treatment would be right from the start and I was kept fully informed all along the way. I never return to medical professionals who wont spend some time talking to me.He and his staff now feel like old friends. I hope he hangs onto all of them for as long as he can! His dental assistant is as nice and friendly as you could hope for and is a great asset to his business!On top of all that, I was pleasantly surprised at his rates.Very highly recommended!
